- Lesley (5/5): Poor communication, no accountability, - The location was good We booked a two bedroom apartment and was given two apartments which for a family with a disability, created extra stress . We had more areas to try to monitor and more importantly were not told at any time until the day. Communication was poor

- Rebecca (6/5): It’s a nice apartment but wouldn’t stay there again. - Handy location, comfortable, clean and lovely rooms. Nice kitchen, and having washing machine and dryer was great! It’s in a very large apartment complex, tricky to locate at night as it says ‘Waterlily’ on here, couldn’t see a street number and the sign is actually different. Also a lot of stairs from the car park when you have heavy suitcases. Quite loud. Couldn’t sleep the second night with neighbours coming & going all hours/drinking etc (not the fault of apartment but definitely something to be mindful of - especially if staying on a weekend). Was charged an additional $10 for card fees! Never had this happen with a booking.com booking before and I travel a lot for work etc. Not good.
- Bharath (3/5): Too expensive. No where close to being considered luxury apartments. - Location is close to city center No elevator. Not so clean, especially the bathrooms. Very old appliances, looks like 90’s refrigerator and made loud noises throughout the night. Did not provide basic essentials lie soap and toilet papers for the entire stay. The essentials were good only for one to two days.
- Lachlan (5/5): Almost great - Awesome location, well-presented, and perfect for groups with its clever use of split but connected apartments. The spa was closed, which was one of the main reasons we chose this place. Luckily, we only stayed for the weekend because starting Monday at 7 am, construction noise kicked in. I assume this will be my wake-up call every day if I stayed longer. The most annoying part? The avalanche of emails—35 in total! I'm on vacation to escape work emails, not to get bombarded by yours. How about just one email with all the details?
- Mathilde (9/5): Great stay! - The two bedroom apartment was very close to the main street. It is the perfect size for 4 people and it has great facilities and it is well equipped. Most of the apartment was well cleaned. It is too bad that on one of the balcony there is a spa out of service, it takes a lot of space. The fridges weren’t very clean )but it wasn’t too bad either, it is just a detail!).
- Lorraine (10/5): Exceptional - So many things to do and see.The nightlife was amazing with the choice of restaurants and hotels. Everyone was friendly and helpful. All the shops catered for all your needs. Nothing at all to complain about. Everything was perfect.

- Laura (9/5): Beautifully clean well set out accommodation! - I thought that I had booked a 2 bedroom apartment rather than a studio and a 1 bedroom. It was not an issue though as it worked out well. It was difficult to locate originally however the receptionist was available and we called in and it explained perfectly. Loved how clean it was and all the facilities available in the room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thought it would have been great if the 2 balconies connected AND if the spa couldn't work it should have been removed as it took up a lot of space and you couldn't use the table properly. NOT a complaint though. Also, should have more towels AND a better ironing board. One thing it lacked was a good ironing board.

- Jack (8/5): Apart from the minor issues this place was amazing, affordable pricing and very friendly staff to help you along the way - The place was amazing and the location is perfect it’s only a 2 minute walk to the Main Street and has provided parking The only downside I have to say about the place is the spa on the patio was out of order and the switch to change the water from shower to bath wasn’t working either but apart from that it was one of the best places I’ve stayed in Airlie
