Kh (1/5): Nightmare!!!! - No response with property to any of my messages/emails prior to arrival. No lighting outside the door to apartment. On doorstep next to apartment at Via Del Cipresso 3, an addict was doing crystal meth. Upon arrival, nothing seemed to work: lights, electricity, plumbing/drainage in shower and sink. Had to hound property to get response that finally informed that A/C didn’t work (ceiling fan did not work either) and that drainage problems could only be dealt with on the next day. Had to close windows because of noise but no A/C available to cool sweltering temperature inside apartment. Electrical panel was in another building that required exiting apartment, walking down street and finding another address referred to in instructions only sent at the very last minute before arrival. Credit card had been charged in full at time of booking with NO REFUND POSSIBLE!!! Do NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
