- JUAN CARLOS (6/5): Podrá estar bien si resuelven los problemas - El apartamento está recién reformado y tiene lo necesario para una estancia agradable. El equipamiento de la cocina es completo con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Nos costó encontrar el interruptor de la vitrocerámica que se encontraba en el armario debajo del fregadero (¿?).
Las habitaciones son agradables, aunque la segunda es de un tamaño bastante justito. Los colchones pueden resultar duros para los que estamos acostumbrados a los viscoelásticos.
Los propietarios hicieron lo posible para solucionar los problemas que encontramos, aunque estos no deberían de haberse producido. Llegamos a la tarde/noche y la calefacción no funcionaba. En el exterior había 3 grados. Tampoco el agua caliente funcionaba correctamente. Si a eso añadimos que unas máquinas de aire acondicionado tenía conectado el tubo de aire exterior a través de la ventana entreabierta -con el hueco cerrado por una cinta adhesiva, que estaba despegada en algunas zonas- la sensación de frío fue creciendo. A la mañana la sensación de frío era importante. Mi hija pequeña aún se recupera del resfriado. Lo indicamos a la empresa que lo gestiona y lo solucionaron al día siguiente.
La ubicación no es mala, excelente para un londinense, pero regular para un turista. Si bien la City o Coven Graden está a menos de media hora andando, lo cierto es que la zona es muy solitaria y triste.
Me parece que deberían aclarar la dirección del inmueble. Pésimamente indicada. Señalan Portpool Lane - Gooch House, cuando esta casa no tiene nada que ver con esta que está en realidad enfrente, entrando a través de un arco en una urbanización de aspecto eduardiano de principios el XX, Bourne Estate, dentro de la cual está el edificio Frewell donde está el apartamento. Un lío que de noche y con las explicaciones que dan, es difícil resolver mientras vagas con frío y lluvia.
Por último, me parece que Booking debería de informar que el edificio está completamente rodeado por andamios, lo que añadido a que es una primera planta entre edificios y en Londres, pues vamos, que la luz encendida todo el día.

- Rheanna (7/5): Nice but noisier than what we were hoping for - Great centrally located location. The flat inside is lovely and extremely clean and spacious. The windows of the property aren’t that thick, meaning you can hear a lot of the outside noise. Because it’s an area with lots of flats, unfortunately, barking dogs made the first night really unenjoyable.
- Deborah (6/5): Disappointing at first rectified issues 2days later which spoilt our stay - Property not fully maintained, kitchen cup’d hanging off, light bulbs out, curtain off its rail and dirty laundry bags left at front doors eventually removed 2 days later.
Property fully covered in scaffolding - should be specified as extremely dark in property due to this and lack of lighting

- Chidilim Ozo (10/5): Pleasant and quiet - Mostly the location . Quietness of the environment and the apartment. Kitchen and the living room are both very clean and comfortable. Rooms are very clean.proximity to the stores and bus station and train station is so close.Holborn is a good place to stay.

المنطقة امنة .. ومريحة .. بعدها عن الاماكن السياحية .. لكن ليست بالعيدة جدا ..

Viajamos a Londres la semana pasada y tuvimos la desgracia de ser víctimas de un timo con otro apartamento que habiamos elegimos. Pasamos un rato bastante desagradable y tuvimos que buscar a toda prisa otro alojamiento a contralejoj. Dimos con el apartamento de Be London y desde el primer momento estuvieron fueron amables y pendientes de nosotros para prepararnos este apartado en el tiempo mas breve posible. El apartamento está totalmente reformado y muy limpio. El barrio muy tranquilo y cerca de todo. Ha sido todo un acierto, lo recomendamos al 100%.

A bit of a strange smell in the whole appartment
One of the beds is rather small for two persons

The taxi had a hard time finding the place
