• Silvia (5/5): Basso livello "mascherato" - La posizione dell' appartamento è la nota davvero positiva, a due passi da ponte vecchio, ottima per raggiungere il centro. Il check in alle 15 è davvero improponibile, inoltre, una volta entrati in casa, bisogna aspettare almeno fino alle 16 per aprire la porta a qualcuno che venga a ritirare la biancheria sporca degli inquilini precedenti. L' appartamento è risultato molto rumoroso e noi lo abbiamo trovato freddo, senza la possibilità di avere coperte in aggiunta. La cucina è completamente sprovvista di biancheria e per 5 ospiti ci sono solo 4 sedie. La cosa più indecente è sicuramente il bagno, invivibile, angusto e maleodorante, privo di alcun punto di appoggio, con la doccia che non separava bene i due diversi usi doccetta/ soffione, per cui se volevi lavarti i piedi o fare il bidet ( assente) dovevi usare la doccetta, ma una cospicua quantità di acqua fuoriusciva comunque dal soffione....del resto in dotazione non c' era neanche una cuffia! Prodotti da bagno assenti, ad eccezione di un dosatore con sapone generico.

• Lidia (5/5): No merece la pena para lo que se paga - Ubicación y amplitud del alojamiento. El portal es sucio y huele mal. La ducha estaba sucia. Las camas individuales son muy blandas. Había manchas en el suelo. Le vendría bien una mano de pintura.

Non troppa flessibilità negli orari (volevamo lasciare gli zaini pre check-in alle 09:00 ma è stato possibile farlo solo alle 11:30). Comfort dei letti e del bagno, a nostro avviso meritano una rinfrescata.

• Sara (10/5): Amazing property in Florence - would definitely stay there again!! - The location was perfect! Everywhere we wanted to go was easily within walking distance. The space was incredible for our family of 5, everyone had ample room to stretch out and enjoy. At night the rooms were cozy and quiet making for a lovely sleep. The host was easily reachable for any concerns. Would highly recommend to all visiting Florence! As I had an eSIM card for my travels, calling was not the most convenient for initially accessing the keys. Using WhatsApp was much better and all communication from then on was quick, responsive and always helpful.
• Frano (1/5): Frano - Location is very good. The bedding on the beds was clean and ironed. The bathroom drain is clogged, and there is a very strong sewage smell. The windows are covered with pigeon droppings. The apartment was not cleaned and the floor was very dirty. The beds in the smaller room are too small for adults. Walls were not painted for years. We chose the apartment because of its good location and nice pictures on Booking, but it’s a shame we didn’t read the reviews from previous guests who stayed here before us.
• Sze (1/5): Bad - Disgusting SMELL from the bathroom! Issue can’t be solved in this apartment !!!!!! If you plan to stay in Florence choose somewhere else with no comment of disgusting smell! The toilet made me and my family very sick and uncomfortable, especially my room is right next to the toilet…..

The staff was aware of it when I spoke to them and even came to notice it at almost 11pm at night. They only proposed to spray some deodorants. We asked for a total refund. The staff told us that they would pass on our demand to the manager. We never reveiced any news since then.

Excellent communication from staff throughout. The aircon didn't feel very strong or powerful, the ventilators might need a deep clean.

• Roberto (5/5): NOT HAPPY ! - good location close to historical buildings , quality restaurants and shops . helpful staff , clean and spacious . top floor ,6 flight of stairs and no elevator . strong sewer smell coming from bathroom and also from out side . Perhaps more concerning is the fact that this bnb is run by a company and not a family , a secretary answered my call and at no time have I met with anyone , they most probably have dozens of bnb in their books. I was particularly worried about a lenghty contract that I was asked to sign providing personal information that was to be shared by the company with whomever they choose and none being legally responsible for how this sensitive information was being handled. I was very worried and disappointed by this situation as I have never been asked to sign such a contract in the past by any other bnb.
• Jodyne (7/5): Lovely stay in a great location. - Very accommodating hosts in a fantastic location. Loved having a washing machine. The walls were very scuffed. A solid paint job would make a world of difference and make it feel more like the pictures.

There were no instructions for the stove or washing machine. It would be helpful to have those upon entering. The owner did answer our questions in a timely manner.

• Dawn (10/5): Exceptional - The unit was on a quiet street, very clean, well stocked kitchen and was warm inside (we visited in the winter). It was a short walk to the Ponte Vecchio and the Pitti palace. No more than 5-10 minutes walking to the old town galleries and shops. Nothing, it was as described. We only had small bags but I imagine if you are travelling with suit cases this wouldn't be the best place to stay.

Entire apartment stunk of sewer, they said they would send someone but eventually just before checkout someone showed up with an aerosol freshener.

This was no fault of the apartment however it was still a problem for us. Operators responded very promptly and left a generous gift as a token.

Walking distance to restaurants , monuments, historic plazas and shopping areas. responsive staff- very helpful confortable beds. Very very small bathroom that hold the toilets too and only one ! You walk barefoot, they get dirty fast You walk into the appartement no water no paper towel in the kitchen. No extra toilet paper .. Tricky with big luggage 3 floors, no elevator and lot of stairs

The bed was pretty comfortable and the sheets were clean. The kitchen was spacious and there was a beautiful glass ceiling opening that gave natural light. The apartment is at the top floor of an old building and after walking around the city all day, you almost feel sick from walking up those narrow stairs. The street, even though small, was pretty loud, we had to sleep with the windows locked. The bathroom is very small, but the shower is nice.
