However, I appreciate the host for allowing us to move the mattress to the 2nd floor.

• albert (3/5): Immense déception ... avec un propriétaire qui devrait se poser les bonnes questions ! - Les pièces du 1er et 2ème étages ont été refaites ... Je continue ici mes commentaires négatifs car je n'ai plus de place en bas ! Les 6 lits sont situés au 2ème étage par 2 rampes d'accès étroites à ... 60 degrés d'inclinaison ; il n'est donc pas facile de monter les valises de plus de 20 kilos comme c'était notre cas ! Il n'y a pas de lampe de chevet pour lire près des lits. Ce logement correspond à des personnes qui voyagent légers ou principalement à de locaux qui eux, se déplacent souvent avec des petites valises. Nous y avons passés 5 jours et il y avait 3 serviettes au total pour tout le monde. Il n'y aucune explication en langue étrangère quand à l'utilisation des appareils. Si vous n'avez pas un traducteur avec vous, c'est très compliqué ! Nous voyageons depuis très longtemps avec Booking.com et c'est seulement la seconde fois que je mets une note en-dessous de la moyenne et j'en suis désolé ...mais il faut vraiment que le propriétaire se remette ne question !!! En résumé, c'est notre plus mauvais logement en 5 semaines de voyages au Japon. De plus, le prix est vraiment très cher, surtout avec les déceptions qui se sont accumulées. Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié que l'hôte me contacte dans l'après-midi de la notation pour m'inciter à mettre un 10 ou au pire un ... 7 si je n'avais pas été satisfait !!! Nous sommes arrivés dans l'après-midi du 15 octobre et sommes tombés sur ... la boîte à lettres en ferraille éventrée (le couvercle était par terre) avec des prospectus datant de plusieurs mois. Cela nous a surpris !!! Le parking est pour une voiture de 4 mètres maximum (comme souvent les véhicules japonais dans la capitale). Il y a un portail basculant ... qui ne sert à rien puisque la voiture dort dehors et qu'il n'est pas verrouillé. Enlever ce portail faciliterait l'accès également. Lorsque nous sommes rentrés dans la maison, nous avons tout de suite été gêné par l'odeur de moisi incroyable qui règne dans ce logement. Après plusieurs recherches, nous pensons que le problème vient du sèche-linge qui rejette la vapeur humide directement dans la cuisine ; pourquoi ne pas mettre cette sortir vers l'extérieur de la maison ? Le logement au rez-de-chaussée est dans un état déplorable ; c'est sale, les chaises ont des taches partout, la cuisine a de la graisse autour des plaques électriques, la salle de bain a un filtre qui n'a pas été nettoyé depuis des années, etc. C'est consternant !!! Plusieurs commentaires précédents des anciens locataires ont fait état du peu de matériel disponible dans la cuisine. En réalité il n'y ... rien à part 3 verres dont 2 en plastique !!! On dirait que le propriétaire se moque des remarques des clients. J'ai essayé de contacter le propriétaire par téléphone ... sans réponse ! Je lui ai donc envoyé un message en urgence pour lui dire que la lampe au-dessus de la machine à laver était hors service et que cela nous dérangeait beaucoup car c'était également la seule pièce avec un miroir qui donnait sur le lavabo (pas de mitigeur) pour se laver.

• Hiromi (8/5): とにかく清潔で快適でした！ - 三階建てのとても縦に広い清潔お家で、のびのび過ごせることができました！駅からもスーパーからも近く、また都心には30分以内に移動できるのでとても便利でした。 ちゃんとしたグラスがそろってなかったのだけが残念でした。ちなみに駐車場は軽ならスムーズに車庫入れできるとおもいます。私の中型車はすぐ近くのコインパーキングを使わせていただきました。海外からのご旅行者さんは東京の道路の狭さに慣れていないので、一言添えておいたほうが親切なのかなと存じます。

• Esther (4/5): Groot huis met potentie, maar te weinig liefde - Groot huis, mooi v buiten, rustige buurt, fijne matrassen, knusse zolder, heerlijke zitzakken. Mn zoontje was weg vd plastic planten. Niet schoon gemaakt, stinkende wc, plastic servies, maar 1 glas en twee plastic kinderbekers, geen wasmiddel, beetje vergane glorie, geen airco in de ruimte met de tatamimatten.

• Rozila (10/5): - The house is fully equipped with all the amenities needed for your long stay in Japan. Space wise is good and its walkable to the train station and shops. The bushes outside the house, beside the gate was too thick and long causing alot of mosquitoes in the vicinity.

• Brian (7/5): Good - IT was an entire house. It was a short walk to the railway station It was difficult to find the house and impossible to get a hold of the owners. All the bedding was on the top floor where there were no bathrooms. We had to haul the mattresses down to second floor where a bathroom was.

• Dina (9/5): Superb - We had a lovely stay at Tokyo Log House. The home is spacious, cozy, and perfect for families. The quiet surroundings and beautiful wooden interiors made our trip extra special. The place was clean and well-equipped overall. The location is great—it's close to convenient stores, a supermarket that also carries halal products, and the train station, which made getting around very easy. Just a small suggestion for the host: it would be helpful to have a few more cups or mugs for drinks. Also, a simple guide in English on how to use the hot water system, stove, washing machine, and dryer would make things more convenient. We had to rely on Google Translate to figure them out. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this unique home to others.

• Nucharin (10/5): Spacious 3-floor house! It’s conveniently located near a supermarket and Keisei Line Train Station - Our stay at the Tokyo Log House was fantastic! The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. Its location is convenient, within walking distance of Keisei Takasago Station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. Additionally, having a supermarket and convenience store nearby added to the convenience. The free parking lot was a great bonus, especially since we were traveling with a Nissan Serena. While we were able to park the car comfortably, the gate couldn’t be closed due to its size—something to keep in mind for those with larger vehicles. Overall, this log house is an excellent choice for families or groups looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Tokyo. Highly recommended! One thing to note is that there is no heater in the 2nd-floor room. However, we were able to use the room comfortably with enough blankets provided.

The house is nice and clean with a good amount of space. I would have liked coffee mugs and more drinking glasses.

Six of us did not have any problem and all our concerns were replied immediately by the owner. Quiet, spacious and sunny space. Will definitely come back again.

• 정 (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, cozy three-floor-house in japanese style with generous amanities including towels, shampoo, body wash, electric cooker, electric coffee pot, refrigerator, laundry machine, beam tv, etc. The host is very kind too. Three houses shared the same address, so it was hard to find the right house. Not a big deal, but still the guest should be awared of the picture of the house in description.
