The beds were untidy, stained sheets and towels, loose hair everywhere, the tv remote had foreign substances on it, spilled liquid on chairs, badly stained sofa, rubbish on floor, and the kettle along with the kitchen utensils were very dirty too.
We left this apartment and asked for a refund due to its condition. It was difficult to contact the property managers too! When I complained and asked for a refund, they ignored my calls and texts. Booking.com processed our refund after 2 weeks. Not the full amount, but it's better than nothing.
