I’m a smoker and I really appreciate the area given but they let people smoke everywhere and these people put their butts wherever suited them. The pillows need to be upgraded.

The restaurant had nice servers but bad food dried out bread in eggs Benedict and fruit bowl was not fresh. The pool is not really that kid friendly it’s very deep on one end and it’s too cold.

• Gusthart (5/5): Would try somewhere else next - We enjoyed the pool, the beds and the room. We didn't like the confusion for the 15$ breakfast. I asked the day we checked in. They said you can get it now or at the restaurant. The next morning we waited until 10 for the buffet brunch. Only to be told the voucher is only good for the menu items. The gentlemen at the front desk then asked us if we wanted the voucher or to get it at the restaurant. So we thought why get a voucher? Only to get our bill and be told we needed the voucher anyways. It was just a really confusing thing. Thought the vouchers would be good for the buffet brunch which we were so excited for. The eggs Benny from the menu were alright. But when we saw the ones at the buffet it was disappointing.

The hotel had an option of a shuttle if you needed it and the extra parking which was cheaper than the airport and I liked that it was close to the airport I definitely had a problem with the shuttle and the concept of the shuttle driver didn't even help us with our luggage when he picked us up. Didn't even talk to us or even greet us or open the door didn't help us. When we got to the hotel I was very disappointed it was late and we were very tired. It would have been nice if he just offered the adjuster of helping us unload
