• Dominique Mediodia (9/5): - The room was clean and even better than we expected. The check-in instructions were clear, straightforward, and easy to follow. The only thing we found inconvenient was that the unit is located on the 4th floor, which made carrying our luggage a little challenging.
• Hoang (7/5): - Bel appartement bien situé Nous avons eu un souci d electricite et une intervention a vite été mise en place Matelas très fins, peu confortables Strict minimum dans la cuisine (très peu de vaisselle) Dans une des chambres, ils ont mis un autocollant noir sur la fenêtre pour limiter l entree de la lumiere: donc peu lumineux en journee et comme l autocollant est mal positionné, la lumiere passe quand même le matin au reveil... Pour ranger ses affaires il y a un portant avec juste 4 cintres donc limite... Quand noud avons eu un souci d électricité, la personne qui a répondu etait peu aimable.

• Florence (8/5): - L'emplacement est idéal, quartier calme et bien déservit par les transports en commun. Plusieurs restaurants et surpermarchés autour. Il manque des rideaux occultant dans la chambre pour ne pas être réveillés par le jour, un peu plus de vaisselle et dommage qu'il n'y ait que des surmatelas et pas un vrai matelas pour les lits.

• Dagmar (8/5): Trotz Problemen würden wir wiederkommen! - Gute Lage, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt, schöne geräumige Wohnung, sehr bemühter Vermieter Leider ist während unseres Aufenthaltes zweimal die Heizung inkl. Warmwasseraufbereitung ausgefallen. Der Vermieter hat aber beide Male unverzüglich reagiert und das Problem behoben.

Non manca davvero nulla: la dotazione di cucina è completa di tutto, dai calici da vino alle stoviglie, tutto nuovo di zecca. ​L’ambiente è accogliente e caldo, situato in una posizione strategica: la fermata dell'autobus è a due passi e con una piacevole camminata di 20/30 minuti si raggiunge la Grand Place. ​Consigliatissimo per chi vuole visitare la città in totale comodità. Ci tornerei sicuramente! Ci tengo a lasciare solo un piccolo suggerimento per la proprietaria, non come critica ma come spunto per rendere il comfort davvero perfetto: sarebbe utilissimo trovare un paio di cuscini in più in camera, magari per stare più comodi mentre ci si appoggia per leggere o rilassarsi a letto.

• Ágota (8/5): Ár-érték arányban szuper. - Tágas, kényelmes, szép. Sok törölköző van. Az elhelyezkedés szuper, a látnivalók pár kilométerre vannak, sok szuper kávézó és bár van a közelben. Remek ár-érték arány. Megérkezésünkkor minden fűtés teljesen le volt tekerve, és csak sokára tudtuk a lakást bemelegíteni. A törölközők közül némelyik nem volt annyira tiszta. Az ablakokra (főleg a fürdőbe) lehetne tenni valamit, hogy ne lehessen ennyire belátni.

• mm (8/5): Goed te doen voor de prijs. - Mooi en ruim verblijf. Duidelijke instructies. Veel handdoeken ter beschikking incl wasautomaat. Volwaardige keuken voor meerdere dagen verblijf als je ook zelf wil koken. Openbaar vervoer voor de deur. Wat haren in de badkamer die niet van ons waren, servies niet helemaal schoon. Mis gordijnen in de badkamer en huiskamer. Als je vanaf de slaapkamer boven naar beneden loop voor douche / toilet kijk je direct naar buiten. Gang is gehorig. De parkeergarage die werd voorgesteld heeft veel gereserveerde plekken.

• Rosa (8/5): Estancia tranquila - El duplex está muy bien. Esta a unos 35 minutos caminando del centro. La zona es tranquila y al rededor tienes bastantes cafeterías y algún supermercado. Parada de tranvía a 2 minutos. Al alojamiento le falta mimo con la limpieza. Es bonito y nuevo pero estos detalles hay que cuidarlos. También faltaba la cortina en el comedor y no había mucha intimidad. En cuanto a la ropa de cama muy justita. Cosas que se pueden arreglar fácilmente y que daría un plus al apartamento. Siempre desde el respeto.

• Maria Conceição (1/5): PÉSSIMO - Nada As escadas para chegar até o apartamento são intermináveis! Para quem está viajando com mais de uma mala, é totalmente inviável. Apesar de ter a informação de escadas nos comentários, essa informação não está clara por parte do anunciante, o que sugere que não é um problema de fato. Além de ser enorme, os degraus são irregulares, o que quase provocou a queda dos meus pais idosos. Enfim, PÉSSIMO! NÃO recomendo e jamais ficaria novamente.

Estación de tren a 25 minutos caminando. Las toallas olían a húmedo. Habría que cambiarlas. En la habitación superior vendría bien la segunda mesita y una lámpara para no tener que levantarse de la cama para encender o apagar la luz. En la habitación de abajo vendría bien una cortina opaca. Las almohadas bastante malas.

Pur avendo avvisato dell'orario del nostro arrivo e, successivamente, anche di un po' di ritardo perché il volo è partito dopo, l'host non ci ha inviato il codice di accesso se non più di venti minuti dopo il nostro arrivo all'alloggio, dopo messaggi e numerose telefonate a cui non ha mai risposto. L'appartamento è al quarto piano senza ascensore e con dei gradini molto stretti. Non si può non indicare nell'annuncio. Eravamo tutte donne e abbiamo fatto molta fatica con i bagagli.

• Hernández (10/5): - Excelente departamento, muy cómodo y limpio, las habitaciones amplias igual que el baño. Te dejan toallas suficientes, vasos, platos, copas, etc. sin duda una excelente opción!! La zona muy tranquila y silenciosa, perfecto para descansar.

• Caio (9/5): Excelente estadia!! - Acomodação tem uma localização boa, é acessível de transporte público ou aplicativo(ficando perto das principais estações de metrô/bus). Toda a parte interna está muito nova e bem equipada. Check-In e Check-out extremamente fácil. Não teve nada que me trouxe grande insatisfação, porém vale ser dito que fica no 3º andar de um prédio e o acesso se dá apenas por escadas. Não foi um problema pois tenho 29 anos e trouxe poucas malas, mas talvez para pessoas com mais idade e/ou que carregue muitas malas, pode ser um pequeno transtorno. Nada que apague a excelente classificação deste apartamento.

L appartement est propre Nous avons eu du café ce qui est appréciable.. Échange parfait pour les infos. L annonce ne précise pas que cest au 4 ème étage ( mais j ai loué en connaissance de cause via les commentaires). Pas de volets ni de rideaux opac pour la chambre du bas . Idem pour la chambre du haut les stores laissent passer le jour . Une seule table de nuit dans la chambre du haut Un petit canapé serais le bienvenu.

• Chris (8/5): Brussels 2025 - Lovely apartment with 2 double beds. Very clean and plenty of space. It could do with a small sofa or comfy chairs. The bathroom can't be open from inside, which could, potentially be dangerous.
• Olufunke (8/5): Very good - The apartment was good and comfortable. Though it was a one night stay, I could see the kitchen area was adequate. Owner is very responsive and shared all the details on time. Owner could consider putting in darker shades in the bedroom especially during the longer days. Also, no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage, good luck going up the stairs.

• Julia (8/5): Very good - We especially liked the proximity to lovely Cafés (Hinterland etc.) & to the city centre (approx. 30 minutes walk or bus/tram)!The appartement itself is basic in its design but spacious & clean (plus there is a washing machine & a dish washer), however we didnt spend that much time there so cant really comment on it! Overall really good value for Money! The stairs are quite tricky-really narrow & the last step on each stair is steeper than the other ones!Nothing the appartement owner can influence but it might be helpful to know!

We did not expect them to be quite so steep. While it did not cause us any problems, although two of us are in our seventies, it could be difficult for some people.

• Michel (9/5): excellent choice in Brussels. Especially for mid- to long- term stay. - very spacious apartment, very quiet and clean. Location is convenient for many destination within Brussels, especially city center, Louise area, European institutions. A lot of facilities, very convenient for medium to long stay (real efficient kitchen). If venue with car, easy to park around. Very minor details can be easily addressed to still improve the stay to an excellent level.
• Lyn (8/5): With better communication/ welcome info would be excellent choice for a short city break - Clean and warm in a nice location; lots of restaurants & shops nearby. About 20min walk to centre and tram stop within a few minutes walk. Difficult communication to gain info re: check in arrangements. Emailed twice a few days before arrival with no response. Rang the contact number on arrival in the city to be told the info had been sent via booking.com. This had not happened.Very frustrating when arriving in a new city. Eventually got sent a text with access code to building , apartment was on 4th floor and key left in the door.. Other than check out time (11am) , no info pack available re: check out instructions ( where to leave key/ empty bins etc) . Obviously a new renovation which has most things you need , would suggest extra pillows and possibly would benefit from a small sofa/ comfy sitting area .

• Diksha (8/5): Overall, I would highly recommend the place for a family or a group of friends, quiet neighbourhood. - The apartment was brand new, with good facilities provided to us. We had all the toiletries, towels- everything one would need during the stay. The host was very gracious and checked up on us during the stay. The tram stop was about 2-3 minutes away, so well connected. We did not face any difficulty during the stay. The check-in process could have been smoother. I had to try and contact multiple times to get the check-in instructions, but after that, it was great. He even came up to check up on us! It would have been great to know there was no elevator to the third floor; we came with old parents who could not climb as much.
