• MKühl (10/5): tolle Unterkunft, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet - Ich durfte bereits vor 15 Uhr ohne Aufpreis in mein Apartment. Danke. Leider waren die Nachbarn feierwütig, mehrere Personen hatten verschiedene Apartments gebucht und rannten immerzu hin und her. Es war wohl eine Hochzeitsgesellschaft.

• alessandra (5/5): Codice ingresso dava errore, impossibile accedere all'appartamento la seconda notte - Posizione Abbiamo prenotato per soggiorno comprensivo di due notti. Al nostro rientro all'appartamento la seconda notte la porta non accettava codice( funzionante la prima sera) e siamo rimasti chiusi fuori. Impossibile contattare l'agenzia data l'ora. La porta è stata sbloccata alle ore 7:00 del mattino successivo, forse perché hanno letto le mail di richiesta aiuto scritte durante la notte. Ci siamo dovuti adattare a dormire per terra, perché non sapevamo dove andare a quell'ora della notte. La mattina dopo essere entrati abbiamo contattato l'agenzia anche telefonicamente alle 8, ora di apertura, ma ormai era inutile. La signorina Ivonne, non ci ha saputo spiegare cosa fosse successo. Abbiamo chiesto e ci era stato promesso un rimborso, perlomeno per la notte non goduta e per il disagio subito, che non è mai arrivato. Abbiamo sollecitato ma non hanno più risposto. Peccato, perché questo episodio ha ovviamente rovinato il nostro ultimo giorno del soggiorno ed ha sconvolto i programmi che avevamo per la giornata prima di prendere l'aereo per tornare a casa. Appartamento molto piccolo se per più di 4 persone.

We received Booking confirmation, but no code for entrance, provider had no information about us and refuse to let us in. Solved directly with provider and Booking as well. No solution provided and we stayed on the street, instead of check-in.

• Ruddy (10/5): Trotzdem war alles ok! - Das Apartment ist sehr schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet, alles zum Kochen ist vorhanden. Tee und Kaffeemaschine sind ebenfalls verfügbar. Die Lage ist gut, insgesamt wirklich sehr angenehm. Leider war mein Aufenthalt nicht ganz zufriedenstellend. Im Kühlschrank war kein Wasser vorhanden, zwei Flaschen wären wünschenswert und heutzutage eigentlich Standard. Auch die Check-out-Zeit um 10:00 Uhr ist sehr früh, besonders am Wochenende. Wenn man spät von einer Party zurückkommt.

• Simon (9/5): Wenn ich wieder nach Fulda komme, dann gerne wieder hier. - Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof, trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung angenehm leise. Ausgestattete kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank. Schnelles Internet per Wlan, auch das war eine willkommene Sache. Das kalte Wasser hatte nicht funktioniert, sodass ich leider recht warm duschen musste.

Mein Sohn hat die Regendusche sehr geliebt. Die Unterkunft liegt quasi direkt an den Gleisen, aber man hört die Züge zu 95% nicht Alles war super 👍🏻
