• Maria (8/5): Great location and accommodation overall - Great location, high safety, amenities, decoration. Really small apartment but it was ok for two people. I would prefer that there be a daily cleaning service for the room and that the paper products be renewed.

The rooms door are see trough glasses with a filter , anyone can see if someone is the room on proximity of the door or if the light is on ; personally I prefer a bit more of privacy .

• Matthew (10/5): We loved our stay! Great location and plenty of shopping. We felt like it was a safe area, too. - Very cute little place. Everything was very clean and easy to get to.
• Linjin (1/5): Bad - Great location Three doors with passcodes to get to the room. The main door has opaque film on top of glass. You can see people walking past and they can see if someone is in the room or not. The most terrible shower booth I've ever seen in my life. The drain does not drain well and it floods the entire bathroom and potentially even bedroom after a single quick 3 minute shower.
• Sam2345 (10/5): Exceptional - The room was clean, modern, air conditioned, and nice size. It was well located in somewhat fancy area near metro station. The self checkin/checkout and luggage storage was so convenient. The host was very responsive and kind. It's a minor detail, but I didn't understand the design choice of having translucent door. I think it would be good to at least have a curtain over the door. But it is personal preference.
• Monika (9/5): I definitely recommend this place - The location is great - close to both the Milano Centrale station and tourist attractions. Thanks to this, I practically didn't have to use public transport. I spent 8 days here and the apartment met my expectations. Everything you need is here - kettle, hairdryer, hangers etc. I was very glad that there was a fridge in the room - it was very useful on hot days. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom also had everything you needed - towels, toilet paper, soap etc. (although maybe there could be a little more soap) The room and bathroom were clean. The room has air conditioning that works perfectly WI-FI worked very well, I didn't have any major problems with the internet My room faced an inner courtyard. No one from outside could get to it. It gave me a sense of security. I received check-in instructions the day before. Everything was explained very clearly, with pictures showing what, where. An excellent price/quality/location ratio I got an apartment with partially glazed doors. Of course, you couldn't see anything through them, privacy was maintained (the glass was frosted), but I could see the light in the corridor through them and that made it a bit difficult for me to fall asleep. But I saw that only some apartments have such doors.
• Wang (8/5): If I travel to Milan again, I will choose this hotel - - Excellent online receptionist, very enthusiastic to solve my problem - Self-service check-in, very convenient - The room facilities are good, and the air conditioning cooling effect is very good - Excellent location, very close to the subway entrance The only problem is that the WiFi is not very stable and often disconnects automatically. I hope it can be solved, so that this place will be a perfect place to live for me

• Ana (10/5): Modern central spot in Milan! - The property was well located - super close to the metro but also near one of the main streets in Milano with lots of stores. Also walking distance to the Duomo and other touristy spots! The whole self service process is super easy, instructions and communications from the owner were super clear. The place itself is super pretty and modern! And the little things like the smell and decor are the best. Top choice for whenever I come back to Milan! No complaints.
• Guido (10/5): Wonderful experience in Milan - The apartment and room are very welcoming, but most importantly, they are exceptionally clean. The hosts are truly kind and accommodating. The property is centrally located in a very well-frequented area of Milan , very near metro. Its all ok.
