Guest Reviews
- Andrew (10/5): I would highly recommend this apartment - Great location, comfortable, clean
- Hsinnie (7/5): Good - 1. Late check in: There was a nice person who welcomed us late in the night and attended to our questions.
2. Late hours-reactivity: when there was a power failure, the Owner contacted me as soon as he could at 12:30am.
3. Space: The apartment is very spacious for its price per night, but not very sound proof.
4. Value: the rent was fair for Rome standards. Not particularly cheap but still fair in comparison to other places.
5. Elevator: There is a small elevator, but still stairs to climb to the elevator.
6. Location: 5-6 mins (slow) walk from Metro Stations, directly connecting to Termini. Many cool restaurants and shops nearby with a local flair. We enjoyed eating out in our suburb a lot.
7. Air-conditioning! 1. High Late check in fee: as my flight got unexpectedly delayed +2Hrs, I was not happy we had to pay a late check in fee of 45 € which I found to be one of the most expensive things we paid for in Rome!
I expected more understanding from his side as I definitely didn't plan to come that late too.
A self-check-in box with code would have been easier.
2. Smokers smell: There was a strong cigarette smell in the living room. This smell did not go away even after days of airation with windows open.
3. Black colored floor: The floor was painted BLACK and peeling. Our feet were always black.
4. Broken bed: The Bed in the larger bedroom was broken in the middle, the wood frame has cracked, so the mattress was sinking in the middle. I left with a semi-painful spine.
5. Power failure !!: The home cannot take more than 2 ACs running with its usual background appliances (water heater, frdige) and the power would trip. We came home at 11pm and began turning on the AC. While showering all the power in the main switches outside the apartment went off and we then only first discovered that power failures are common in this apartment! There wasn't even an emergency light or candles. I would have appreciated that we were warned about this beforehand and not having to panic at 12.30am to call the owner.
6. Lack of washing machine - for the hot weather it would have been nice to have a washing machine for all the sweaty clothig.
- Kamoru (5/5): Passable - Closeness to centre of commerce No acceess to wifi in the facility
