• MARINIETO (10/5): Almerimar apartamento., - El apartamento muy limpió. Camas muy cómodas, no hay ruido muy tranquilo y muy céntrico para todo . La casera es excelente, muy buen trato. Volveré a repetir no lo dudo. Todo me ha gustado. No tengo nada en contra. Excelente de 10.

• Parera Morell (8/5): Apartamento acogedor para estancia tanto de fin de semana como mas largas. - La ubicación muy buena con un ventanal muy grande que permite unas vistas extraordinarias a toda la extensión de la playa. También tengo que destacar la limpieza especialmente satisfactoria de los textiles (sábanas, colchas, sofás, cojines...), excelente y un buen surtido y stock de menaje. El entorno de la urbanización se encontraba en obras de renovación, aunque eso no nos supuso ninguna molestia.

• Rocio (10/5): Recomendable 100% - El apartamento esta genial, a primera linea de playa. Se puede aparcar en la misma puerta. Al apartamento no le falta detalle ninguno esta muy muy bien y dispone de todo. La anfitriona es muy simpática y atenta. Lo recomiendo 100%. La ubicación es perfecta cerca de bares y del puerto. Todo genial la verdad ☺️ Nada! Esta todo perfecto!

• David (10/5): We will be back! - It exceeded our expectations! The apartment was literally 50 metres from the beach. It was on the 3rd floor and accessible by either stairs or a lift. It had a full,unobstructed,180 degree sea view which was enhanced by being able to open the fully retractable windows. The apartment was large,open plan and very clean. The apartment was approximately 1/3 of a mile from the Almerimar marina,with its restaurants and bars,but in a separate location which was quiet and family friendly, with beautiful beaches and clear blue sea literally on your doorstep! Would we stay there again? Absolutely! The signage and directions to locate the actual apartment could have been better.

• Gemma (9/5): Repetiré seguro - El piso pequeñito pero perfecto para cuatro. No le faltaba ningún detalle. Las camas muy cómodas y los sofás también. Las vistas no podían ser mejores. Recomendable 100%. Teníamos la reserva y la ampliamos alli. Martina la dueña un encanto, pendiente de todo, respondía rápido x wasap y por la aplicación. Lo único que ha faltado y no es en el piso, es que la piscina no tenía sillas ni tumbonas.

• Jose Luis (9/5): - La proximidad al mar y a la piscina. Es un sitio tranquilo con familias y gente mayor. En los alrededores hay suficiente oferta de alimentación y restaurantes. El apartamento es muy agradable y tiene de todo. Sólo nos dieron un juego de llaves con lo que estás bastante limitado. En la habitación hace calor y no llega el aire acondicionado. Hay ventilador pero es insuficiente.

Clean and comfortable, I would definitely stay there again if in the same location. All was extremely comfortable, the windows of the bedroom opened on to the stairwell, but this was very quiet.

• Anna (9/5): Very nice apartment in good location - The whole apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We had also very good directions to find the apartment. The apartment fits well with a couple or a family. It would be nice to have complimentary water and coffee capsules for the coffee machine.
• Lesley (2/5): Awful and very disappointing! - The location is excellent, right next to the promenade and the sea. The apartment building is run down and in need of repair. Next to the apartment there was a landing with a window broken, which was unsightly and meant there was a terrible cold draught into the apartment. The shade on the outside of the main window was very ragged and unsightly. The furniture in the apartment is run down and dirty. There were creepy crawlies in the kitchen by the crockery store and the toaster. The sink drainage in the bathroom is plugged with a bit of dirty rag and there is a pest control unit on the side of the sink. There were only 2 bath towels and one small hand towel available, no tea towels, I found one stained hand towel in a drawer that I was able to use in the kitchen. There was no information booklet for the apartment, we had to contact the host for the wifi information, we mentioned that it would have been useful if they had told us that the day we arrived was Andalucia day and therefore a bank holiday that meant that the supermarket was closed, their response was that they didn't think we needed to know that! There was no information about where the outside bins were or the recycling regime. Crockery and glasses were on an open shelf and dusty, everything needed to be cleaned before use. The floors didn't seem to have been cleaned effectively. The bedroom is tiny, with hardly enough room to get around the bed. We booked this based on the excellent reviews that the place had, I can only assume that they were false and written by people who hadn't stayed there!

• Wanderlust1944 (9/5): A great stay; highly recommended. - This is a delightful apartment with a well stocked kitchen facility full of personal touches that are impossible to get in any hotel room. Perhaps the one drawback is that the main bedromm is on the smallish side but it is more than made up by the living and kitchen space.
