• alfieri (10/5): Bello apartamento y muy seguro - El departamento es precioso , una cama muy cómoda, buena ducha , las persianas son eléctricas y oscurecen el ambiente para relajarse. La entrada principal y la departamento tienen un cierre especial y domotico, hay que tomarle la mano. El departamento esta dentro de una galería y al salir tiene el metro y en pocas paradas se va al Duomo. El anfitrión muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Lo recomiendo No estaba bien clara la direccion y como estábamos en coche, fue difícil encontrar la galería que tiene el número 42 y no 15 .. Por suerte estuvo el anfitrión ayudando
• Cindy (10/5): Perfect stay!! - Perfect stay. Very clean. The building is next Lima metro red line. It is located at the main shopping restaurant street. The taxi stand is in front if entrance. The apartment hv all facilities including a balcony that can dry clothes. I can do simply cooking as well - microwave. There is an elevator in the building with is important for transporting luggage. Responsive host to all requests. I will definitely come back and stay at this place again if I travel to Milano again. Nothing to not like about.
• Guest (5/5): Apartment was fine although coffee maker was broken - Begged for entrance instructions for a day, but did not receive instructions until hour before check in. Took us 30 minutes to download app. Took us another 30 minutes to figure out how to access. Very poor instructions for checking in. Very frustrating. Had to send passports twice. Poor communication.

• SERGIO (3/5): Una estancia decepcionante - La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, con parada de metro justo en frente del edificio, todos los servicios necesarios alrededor, zona bien comunicada y con la estación central a 10 minutos andando. Teniamos las expectativas muy altas y se nos cayeron en las primeras 24 horas. Las indicaciones para llegar al edificio y acceder al apartamento son escasas y nos costó mucho ambas cosas, de hecho hay dos edificios en un mismo espacio y entramos al que no era. Se gestiona todo a traves de una app lo que en general hace que sea complicado y a veces molesto, por ejemplo el extractor del baño solo conseguiamos apagarlo desde la app. No supimos nada de los administradores hasta el tercer dia, aunque luego nos explicaron que habian tenido problemas con su aplicación. El edificio no es ruidoso pero al estar en una calle muy transitada y con mucho trafico hace que desde fuera si que entre mucho ruido. La television no nos funciono ningun dia y los calderos estaban sucios, de ambas cosas avisamos a los administradores y se ofrecieron a enviar a alguien, pero no estabamos en el piso y como ya nos ibamos al dia siguiente declinamos. Para nuestro gusta falta alguna cosa basica como tostador y al menos una sarten. Tambien decir que practicamente todo lo trasladamos a los administradores y nos ofrecieron una noche adicional si volvemos a reservar en alguno de sus apartamentos, detalle que se agradece. • CARMEN (10/5): Todo perfecto, muy recomendable - Todo perfecto! El apartamento muy limpio, ubicación ideal para moverse por Milán y alrededores (a 10 minutos de la estación de tren y con parada de metro en la puerta), comunicación con los propietarios excelente, camas muy cómodas (también el sofá cama), aire acondicionado funciona muy bien, tiene persianas en todas las ventanas… muy recomendable Quizás se echa de menos algo de menaje de cocina (algún plato extra, sartén, tostadora). Y, aunque para nosotros no fue un problema, se oye un poco el ruido de la calle.

• Besime (10/5): Excellent choice - The location was excellent, nearby metro station, nice restaurants and shops. The host very helpful and providing necessary guidance and support.
• John (10/5): Super apartment, great central location - Beautiful, secure, spacious and very well equipped apartment. Central location, near a lot of attractions, landmarks and the central train station. Nothing really. You will need a smartphone and download an app to work the access to and from the apartment. Not a problem for us, but maybe for older guests it might be a challenge.
• Ivana (10/5): Excellent accommodation - Excellent apartment in a perfect location, just 10 minutes on foot from the central station and next to the station of the metro line. Internet is necessary to enter the building and the apartment. The host went out of his way to leave espresso coffee capsules and water for the welcome, which is a nice gesture. The street where the apartment is located is very noisy and busy, but that didn't bother us. I highly recommend staying in this apartment.

• Adriana (7/5): Overall a pretty good stay! - I liked that it was clean. Small balcony with a view. Had most things you needed. Parking is a bit far from the place. And you can only have access to the building via an app on your phone.
• Eliza (1/5): overall the worst stay and horrible facilities - nothing didn’t stay for long due to family emergency, but the place doesn’t look anything like the photos, in a sketchy area that made me feel unsafe and super weird people that aren’t even helpful, I don’t recommend anyone staying here my family emergency happened out of nowhere and the people that work for this place that I never even got to meet refuse to give me a refund the guy that works for the building had zero clue with how to help us and get keys to the room worst accommodation i’ve been to
