La iluminación de la piscina por la noche estaba preciosa y la terraza tenía muchos rincones para el descanso. La villa daba justo a la carretera, así que ruido y muy poca privacidad. En el suelo de la terraza habían colillas y había bastante polvo en la villa. El buffet para nuestro gusto se quedaba muy justo. Estamos hablando de un Luxury hotel y esos detalles son importantes tenerlos en cuenta.

S'il faut trouver un bémol, ce serait le fait que la salle de restaurant (petit-déjeuner/diner) est en sous-sol (sans fenêtre). Mais la nourriture servie et le personnel compensaient largement!

Jan (8/5): Super Personal, Lage nicht optimal - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die tägliche Zimmerreinigung sehr aufmerksam. Der Pool war angenehm beheizt und wir hatten bis zum späten Nachmittag Sonne auf unserer Terrasse. Kostenloses Parken in der Tiefgarage. Schöne Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Die direkte Lage an der Straße. Dadurch wurde unsere Ruhe leider gestört und man hat manchmal sogar die Abgase gerochen. Der Frühstücksraum hatte kaum Tageslicht.
Hans (10/5): - Sehr ruhige Lage. Super freundliches Personal. Private Villa mit Pool nicht einsehbar von anderen Gästen / Villen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles in gutem Zustand. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Guter Spa Bereich Restaurant fürs Abendessen bei Preis / Leistung etwas teuer aber dafür in der Anlage.
Sun (10/5): An ideal place for relaxation, particularly in winter, blessed with beautiful sunshine. - We overall enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be very peaceful and private. The villa-style layout means low guest density, which makes the stay very comfortable. Although the location is a little away from the city centre, this also adds to the sense of privacy. Breakfast was very good. While the selection was not as extensive as some similar-level hotels, the made-to-order egg service was excellent. The lady at breakfast was especially professional, friendly, and always smiling. We did experience an issue with the private pool boiler in Villa Eden which is a 2 bedroom villa. The boiler was located next to the master bedroom and was quite noisy at night, which affected my sleep. There was also a technical problem with the boiler, so the pool temperature was too cold to use for 4 days out of our 6 day ( 5 nights) stay. Fortunately, the spa centre was just opposite our villa and we enjoyed using its facilities daily. On our last night, we were kindly upgraded to Villa Coroal with a perfectly heated pool and offered a late check-out as a thoughtful gesture to compensate for the boiler issue. We appreciated the hotel’s efforts and overall had a pleasant stay.

Emily (8/5): Great but needs more food options. - Second time coming back to this lovely place and it’s my favourite in Tenerife. Very luxurious, nice setting in the hills, very relaxing. Fiona the manager is great and this is a very well-run hotel with great attention to detail. Room service always took 1 hour. It’s a long time, especially in such a small hotel. And usually items were wrong or missing, which wasn’t great. Also, needs more options for food generally as after 2 days, you have tried most things. A curry and rice option and a green salad would be a great addition

Samira (9/5): - I liked the design and decoration of the hotel. Also, all the necessary equipment and tools were considered to have a pleasant stay۔ The pillows were too big for me. In fact, one of them should have at least a smaller size. I liked that the coffee and water were refilled every day without me asking and that they were more generous with the amount of breakfast items they served. Because everything was served in small dishes that were only enough for two or three people, such as sweets and yogurt.

Would definitely stay again. Location is far away from everything and nothing in walking distance. I would stay again though, it was worth it.

Destacar y que realmente llege a quien tenga la fortuna de tener como empleado a don Anatael, que creo en esta empresa seguro valoran, pero si no es así, valorarlo más. Porque la verdad que si fuera mi empresa lo tendria muy buen visto, amable, contento, un tipo que lo que hace lo hace con el.corazon. nos a hecho la estancia muy amena. 2 años lleva en el hotel y 2 años que estoy seguro que a hecho que la gente se valla contenta, no solo por lo bonito que es el complejo, sino por el trato con
KellysKranium (9/5): Beautiful hotel, amazing service, and the perfect place to recharge. - The staff were fantastic—always friendly, smiling, and genuinely welcoming. Roman at reception made check-in smooth and explained everything clearly, and William kindly showed us to our upgraded Majestic villa (Kentia). The restaurant team were wonderful every morning, making breakfast feel special (one morning even had a violinist performing, which was such a thoughtful touch!). The food really stood out: room service was beautifully presented and surprisingly delicious, from chicken nuggets and fresh fruit to a dreamy poolside brunch and perfectly cooked calamari and burgers. Breakfast had a great variety, and the staff were happy to accommodate requests. Our villa was stunning, with a gorgeous view, a heated private pool with night lighting, huge comfortable beds, Chromecast TVs, and everything we needed for a relaxing break. There were just a few small things that may matter more to some guests: room service was a little delayed on both occasions, there were some ants around, the fridge was fully stocked with minibar items (so no space for personal use), and the villa showed minor signs of wear like a couple of missing pool tiles. The hotel is also next to a road, so you sometimes hear traffic, and the location feels a little out of the way if you don’t have a car. None of these were big issues for us, but worth noting for those who prefer everything to be perfect.

Zoe (9/5): Will 100% be coming back, best hotel weve stayed in in a while. - This hotel really is stunning, its decorated beautifully and is very clean. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way for guests. Rooms a spacious and have everything you need. Outdoor area is great and the private pools are just what you need. We really loved this hotel. The only negative we had is that we arrived at 3pm which is check in time and our room was not ready due to a problem with the pool.

Kimberley (8/5): Perfect - Rooms are lovely, premises beautiful. Staff were all very polite and helpful. Cleaners were fab! Massage was brilliant in the spa. I do not regret booking this hotel. You can use their sister hotel for free during the stay. If you are looking for peace, privacy ,etc. stay here this is absolutely that! You can stroll down to (royal river) and use there pool and have drinks / food poolside during the day. There is no option for that in (Villa). We only had breakfast here. They have a violinist & a harp playing alongside breakfast was so lovely. We ate in La Caleta for dinner which was only down the road lovely atmosphere. No service at pool unless you call and wait for staff.

Teníamos piscina privada climatizada, lo cual fue una experiencia maravillosa. El personal fue muy agradable y educado. El buffet de desayuno estaba bastante bien, con productos de muy buena calidad. Las instalaciones en general eran preciosas, de auténtico lujo, y además contábamos con aparcamiento privado. El spa era muy bonito y resultó super relajante. Lo único que destacaría es que en el buffet de desayuno había poca variedad, aunque lo que había era de muy buena calidad.

Muneeba (10/5): Truly magical luxury peaceful experience - Probably the best hotel i have every stayed in - and i have stayed in many. Down to the smallest details - everything was perfect! The plants, artefacts, seating - even the smell of the hotel was amazing. The breakfast was perfect, they catered to whatever i asked for ... and provided little treats like churros. The highlight however was the live violinist and a harp player over the weekend - playing the BEST selection of songs. The sauna and swimming pool provided a nice escape and kept clean. It's a proper boutique hotel - with the limited number of villas it felt like home. Fiona the manager was very friendly - we met her at breakfast and she made sure to check in on us - she would have breakfast with the guests as well. Such a wonderful peaceful escape from craziness which exists in other parts of tenerife. It's a pricey hotel for most, i decided to treat myself - im soo glad it was worth every penny!

Marta (10/5): An unforgettable experience - This hotel is a little paradise in Tenerife. The private pools in each villa make a difference and are something that really enhances the hotel. We loved the harpsichord at breakfast. It adds a unique touch of elegance. Fiona is a wonderful owner.
