• WKol (9/5): Eigentlich empfehlenswert - Super Aussicht und moderne Ausstattung Leider hatten wir Pech mit den Nachbarn. Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig und wir hatten Nachbarn, die bis um 23 Uhr sehr laut waren.

• javier (10/5): Una estancia perfecta - Todo perfecto El apartamento esta muy bien , todo nuevo y bien cuidado ,cama y almohadas cómodas , amplio cuarto de baño Pedimos que el apartamento estuviera en planta alta y Francisco nos lo dio en la decima planta y nos dejo algunos detalles , como café en capsulas , una botella de vino y varias botellas de agua . Las vistas espectaculares ,supermercado cerca y bares y restaurantes , el centro a un paseo Francisco , el anfitrión , pendiente de que estuviésemos bien , lo cual es de agradecer.

• Judith (10/5): Welcoming place with a wonderful view - We loved the apartment. It was very clean, well equipped and very welcoming. Marina gave us great instructions on how to get into the apartment. There was water in the fridge and even a bottle of Cava. The apartment's view was magnificent. We had a great stay and felt very comfortable in the apartment.The parking spot was easy to find and a great asset.

L'hôte est très sympathique même si la réception (quasiment absente) et la remise des clefs restent un peu aléatoire. L'absence de réception physique....
• Jean-Manuel (2/5): Débuts difficiles car l’appartement ne correspond d a la description donnée et encore moins aux « soit disant » commenta - L’emplacement uniquement Parking inaccessible, propreté discutable, pas de machine à café, ni savon, ni shampoing, lunette de WC non fixée et donc dangereuse, lit de 140 et non pas de 160, TV ne fonctionne pas, rangements tiroirs cuisine inexistants, meubles salon sales remplis de détritus, vieux bonbons, vieux emballages etc…

Vistas excelentes a la playa y el mar. Planta alta, con 4 ascensores. Muy buena orientación. Excelente ubicación. Garaje incluido. Detalle de bienvenida con agua mineral y cava. Zapatillas de baño. Puntualidad en atención a la llegada y salida. TODO tal como se detalla en la descripción de la web de Booking. Algunas mejoras sugeridas: En las sillas de madera, poner cojines para mejor comodidad. Espejo de maquillaje en baño. Poner pequeña balda para libro o movil en el lado de la cama que no tiene mesilla.

• J. Parra Roldán (5/5): Alojamiento perfecto - El alojamiento, perfecto, todo muy limpio y prácticamente nuevo. El personal que se alejaba en el edificio. No tenían respeto a nadie, niñas chillando por los pasillos sin que los padres les dijeran nada durante todo el día e incluso hasta la 1 de la madrugada, los del piso superior, arrastrando las sillas continuamente, vamos, las instalaciones y el personal encargado, una maravilla, los que se supone que estábamos de vacaciones, algunos deberían de haberse ido al monte, que seguro estaban mas acorde con su educación y convivencia.

Small but perfectly kitted out with everything we needed. Lovely and clean. Tricky to park outside to unload luggage then a short walk to get back from the car park.

Con la máquina Dolce Gusto y sus cápsulas 🎉🎉🎉Esta vez nos incluyeron el parking así que aún más cómodo todo. Y lo mejor, las vistas desde la habitación 🥳🥳🥳Muchísimas gracias a Francisco por su amabilidad y su atención porque nunca nos decepciona. • Rebecca (8/5): Clean and bright apartment with spectacular view. - Nice clean apartment on the ninth floor with a good terrace and spectacular sea views. We only stayed one night but it would be a good place for a few nights as it has a good kitchen and washing machine. The apartment is in a residential building with other holiday let's and regular residents. It was confusing at reception as the reception is for another company. The method for collecting the keys is to phone ahead and arrange where to collect the key. Same with checking out. Would be much easier if there was an electronic door code.

• Lara (10/5): Perfect stay - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very beautiful, extremely clean, and the location was breathtaking. The sea view was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was smooth, and the check-in process worked perfectly. The parking space in the underground garage was also a big advantage and very convenient. We can highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again!

• Moona (10/5): Paikkana Almunecar on viihtyisä ja rauhallinen sekä Nerjan tippukiviluola oli kokemuksen arvoinen. - Sijainti oli loistava ja helmikuun alkuviikko oli rauhallista ei turisteja. Näköala huikea. Parvekkeelta suoraan merelle. Varustetaso huoneessa oli todella hyvä. Kaikki mitä tarvitset. Ilmalämpöpumppu oli kiva lisä huoneessa. Hyvän sijainnin puitteissa pääsi nopeasti kauppoihin ja ravintolat ihan lähellä. Puhtaus niin huoneissa kuin yleisissä tiloissa oli erittäin hyvä. Pieni miinus hotellille oli oma ravintola joka oli vain aamutunneista noin 2-3h auki. Tarjonta ei ollut houkutteleva eikä ruokia saanut vaikka mainostettiin ravintolaa. Myös kauneushoitola oli kiinni. Hotellissa ei ollut mikään auki miiten yleensä hotelleissa on. Respassa emme myöskään juurikaan nähneet henkilökuntaa. Sesongin ulkopuolellakin asiakkaita on joten toimintaa myös pitäisi olla.
