• Jana (10/5): Near playa, near many shops and restaurants. 15 mins walk to the centre. Clean, cosy, well equipped, well mamaged. Great - Lovely, clean, well equipped. Perfect communication with the host, which makes you feel welcome and safe during solo trip. Everything was great. Maybe small problem with noisy neighbors, but this is accidental.

Kozel a parthoz, ettermekhez, barokhoz, patika, zoldseges, lidl minden egy karnyujtasnyira es a belvaros is csak egy rovid setara talalhato. Minden van a kornyeken amire az embernek szuksege lehet. Niki a legjobb, legkedvesebb es segitokeszebb tulajdonos akivel valaha volt szerencsem talakozni, megismerkedni. Elerheto volt meg a kis bugyuta kerdeseim megvalaszolasara is. A lakas gyonyoru. Pici de jol felszerelt es elrendezett. Fozni, mosni is szuperul lehet. Ezekhez is biztositanak eszkozoket, ami nagyszeru. A kilatas a tengerre elkepeszto, foleg reggel amikor kel fel a nap. Csodas elmenyekkel gazdagodtunk az utazas alatt es meg csodasabb emlekekkel tavoztunk. Koszonjuk szepen! 🤗❤️ Biztosan visszaterunk ide! Ilyen nem volt. Felulmurt minden elvarasunkat.

I fell in love with the location, within walking distance of the center, a stone's throw from the beach, great cafes and restaurants just a few steps away. Thank you! The only flaw is that I should have stayed longer.
• Ja11330 (9/5): - Czułem się jak w domu. Rewelacja. Kontakt z hostem znakomity. Lokalne klimaty i to jest Super. Niestety musimy zaakceptować praktycznie brak widoku przez okienka :) taki look przez lufcik na dach i okno sąsiada a szkoda.

Alles, was man brauchen könnte, ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut: Bus und Metro sind in der Nähe. Die Breite des Bettes ist für zwei Personen gerade gut ausreichend, könnte für meinen Geschmack aber breiter sein…

• zeynep (10/5): Waanzinnig!! - Echt een super appartement! Er is tot aan kleinste detail gedacht! De keuken, thee koffie zelfs olijfolie kruiden etc was aanwezig. In de badkamer was er een noodkast voor het geval je iets nodig hebt zoals shampoo tandpasta etc! Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame host! Duidelijke communicatie. Ik had langer willen blijven maar het was al door een ander geboekt! Winkelcentrum in 10 min bereikbaar. Supermarkten zijn dichtbij. De stad is lopend een half uur wat echt meevalt! Zee is dichtbij. Er zijn verschillende restaurants echt heel dichtbij waar je lekker kan eten! We konden ons auto echt pal voor de deur parkeren wat een geluk hebben we gehad! Niets! Dank je wel lieve host!
• Małgorzata (10/5): - Mieszkanie super 👍 Fajne na tygodniowy wypoczynek. Idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania zarówno Malagi jak i innych miast. Bardzo blisko do plaży. Markety takie jak Lidl, Carrefour express itp. dosłownie "pod ręką". Kafejki, bary, cukiernie też bardzo blisko - serwują naprawdę dobre, lokalne wyroby. Polecam ☺️

• Davor (10/5): Excellent stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Everything looked exactly like in the pictures, and the apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood is safe, even at night, with all the necessary shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. The building entrance is clean and well maintained. The check-in process through the app was simple to follow thanks to the owner’s clear instructions. The owners were extremely helpful and available even in the middle of the night, ready to solve any issue that might arise. The building is mostly home to local residents, so the atmosphere felt just like living in your own flat in Málaga. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back — hopefully to the same apartment!

• Olga (10/5): Cozy and Thoughtful Stay in Malaga 🌿 - I stayed here for 12 days and can honestly say this apartment is perfect for both short breaks and longer holidays. It has everything you need: air conditioning, a large wardrobe, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge – plus thoughtful extras like a small welcome set of products, toiletries, a hairdryer and even some cosmetics. The modern, cozy interior is full of charming decorative touches. Located on the top floor, it’s wonderfully quiet, and the building has two elevators – great when you have luggage. The beach is just 3 minutes away, and the 40-minute walk to the city centre means no tourist crowds or city noise. The hosts provide helpful guides on where to eat and what to see, and they’re incredibly responsive and caring. Shops, cafés and restaurants are all nearby, making it easy to enjoy both the peace and the local atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, warmth and a true home-away-from-home in Malaga! ❤️

• Anastasia (8/5): Cozy accommodation and very good location - An apartment very well equipped with everything you need and well located, just 1 km from the Maria Zambrano train station (with access to other destinations like Seville, Granada etc ) and only 300-400 meters from the beach (sant andres). We appreciate that the host, Niki, give us all the informations we needed about our stay.
• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was lovely, and contained everything I needed for my 3-night-stay. The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. The cabinet in the bathroom with sunscreen and many other things was a nice touch. Kitchen seemed very modern and super clean. Spices, oil, coffee, etc. were also there which as a backpacker I always appreciate a lot. The location of the apartment is also great. I always felt safe, day or night, and there's lots of bars and restaurants nearby. A supermarket and a bakery were just a short walk from the building. Also, the metro as well as several bus lines were just a few minutes by walking away. And last but not least: The lady that owns the apartment with her partner was super kind and helpful. I'd definitely be staying here again! Sometimes you could hear the neighbours, but that was only during the day, and not too often, so it was no big deal for me.
• Mihail (10/5): Exceptional - I was very pleased and comfortable that I had the opportunity to check in at 10 am. Communication with the owner was very fast. Check-in instructions are clear. The location is very close to the train station and the seashore. There was noise from the neighbors below. But through the years of life I understand that a quiet place exists only in the forest.

• John (10/5): Excellent 5 Stars - Very quiet Apartment on top of a High Rise Block can't hear anything from the street below, has a very homely feeling, it actually feels like you're in someone's Apartment it's got absolutely everything you need for a long stay, your Host Niki has thought of everything to make your stay memorable including little notes telling you what's in Cupboards and Drawers she truly is a fantastic Host. • Ella (10/5): Absolute perfection for any traveller - We LOVED the location and the apartment! It was cute and quirky and perfect for our short stay in Malaga! It was super close to the bus and train stations and the beach which was perfect for us and only a 30 minute stroll into the city centre. The host was super friendly and helpful and the apartment itself had everything that we needed - we were even provided with detergent to wash our clothes. We absolutely recommend the property and would stay here again on our next journey. Nothing at all - was perfect for us.
• Ivo (10/5): Everything was great. - The location is perfect, 300 m to the beach, 3 supermarkets and many cafes where you can enjoy local food. The best coffee and food was at La Princessa cafe. I prepared breakfast in the apartment, which had everything necessary - dishes, spices, etc. On the last day, I was able to take my time, because after coordinating with the owner, I could stay in the room for 2 hours longer. I liked everything, maybe only the air conditioner could be adjusted to a lower temperature.

Those who travel and love to cook occasionnaly, would know how frustraying it is to buy those ingridients when you need just a tiny fraction of it). Very kind and considered of a host to have it there for people to use. Thank you! Check in and check-out are effortless, host is amazing, beach is close. Highly recommend!

The appartment is extremely well equiped, the owner literally thought about every little detail to make your stay comfortable! Everything is present to cook a nice meal, enjoy relaxation, and sleep in a comfortable bed. In addition, the host was very responsive, and thinking along (I could make use of earlier check-in). No points of suggestion, it was just excellent.

• Loredana (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay in Malaga was wonderful thanks to this accommodation unit. The studio is cozy, cute, very clean and very nicely decorated. The owners have taken care to find everything you need here (water in the fridge, tea, a ball of detergent for the washing machine, first aid kit and many others). Also, the lady owner was very nice and open to help us. The property does not have its own parking lot, but the car can be parked in front of the building without payment (if there are free spaces). We felt very well here! We will come back with love!

You have a perfect place for you and all your stuff because of hangers that we especially loved. The location is good, close to the beach and main train station. The hosts are super friendly :)
• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - This is a great little apartment not far from the centre of the city. It’s very well equipped, and had everything we wanted and needed! Niki was a great host, and very helpful when we were arriving and searching for a parking spot (there is free public parking in the streets around the building). We took the bus to the historical centre and there’s a beach near the apartment as well, as well as a few cafes, otherwise it’s a pretty quiet and peaceful area. All in all, we had a great time here. Thanks again Niki for a great stay :)

It was unforgettable time in Malaga. - This amazing and cozy apartment in modern style became a real home for us after a long Andalusia trip during which we were using only hotels. Open floor design is beautiful, tastefully furnished to boost contemporary character, elegance and comfort. I was pleasantly surprised by new washing machine and dishwasher, equipment of the kitchen generally, especially the presence of additional items necessary for cooking - salt, seasonings and oil (we were enjoy to remind homemade food), a special filter for drinkable water (like at our home) and bonus in fridge – bottle of cool water in the terrible heat outside. Also, Niki welcoming as with ice cream in the freezer. This is perfect location if you plan to walk to the sea – only 10 min walk, follow through many restaurants and enjoyable cafe with so delicious food. Special thanks to Niki for welcoming us and letting us to do late check out. Thanks for everything. That was unforgettable time in Malaga.
