• Caitlin (5/5): - Location was fantastic - a short walk to the main street with playground and beach just 5 minutes away. IGA a 2 minute walk. Good coffee options within walking distance. The house itself was lovely, spacious and modern. The host was accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Not a reflection of the hosts as I would assume they manage this remotely, but the house was not clean. There were food wrappers under two of the beds, and an empty water bottle under another. The wall in the dining area was covered with spilled drinks. Very little crockery in the kitchen, utensils that were completely melted and un-usable. No dishwashing liquid and no hand soap... That said I'm sure this would have been addressed by the owner by now!

• Maria (9/5): Great house for a girls weekend - Great large house in a quiet part of town. The four bedrooms allowed each of our group to have their own comfortable bedroom. The electric blankets on all beds were very much appreciated. Unfortunately, we had a kettle but no complimentary tea/coffee. If we had of known there wouldn't be any available, we would have gladly bought our own.

• Yuan (7/5): Good - This is a brand new house, super big and clean, good facility, and it's super quiet at night. House owner didn't clearly indicate not cleaning dishes will be charged. We were in a rush while check out, and didn't wash the dishes, and were informed to pay $40 cleaning fee for that after check out We understood and paid accordingly. But if it can be clearly indicated in advance, it will be much better. We travelled from other country and facing issues for money transaction, I have to deal with the house owner for this $40 payment constantly during that day, which really bothered my holiday.

• Maripet (5/5): Passable - The property was brand new and clean. The property has CCTV and we felt like we didn’t get the privacy we need. We were told of the camera and checkin details minutes before we check in. I have been booking holiday accomodations for years and this is the first time the property has a camera.
• Dalton (6/5): There's very little love and care went into the place. - A very spacious house, close to the main strip of Lakes Entrance. Dryer not working, no clothes drying rack/ wire available, whole house got 4 clothes hangers and 2 were broken. Only 1 aircon in the living room, no separate aircons in any bedroom. We were under the impression that we booked for the whole house (4 bedrooms) but was questioned how many bedrooms we will use. Huge flies and big roach were in the house, thats not nice.

• Shirley (5/5): Passable - Lovely house to stay Great location Would recommend but not until it was completely finished Mud driveway No yard available as was all muddy Only 3 bedrooms open when we booked entire 4 bedroom house They presumed we would all be sharing rooms/ beds 6 poor quality thin towels provided Teatowels poor quality with a smelly one left out Bins were full so our rubbish couldn't be disposed of correctly We were informed power would be turned off at 8.30am on Sunday morning despite a 10am checkout time. This was only conveyed to us late Friday evening but they had 2 weeks House was lovely but you were restricted as it was sitting on an unlandscaped muddy block And couple doonas had dirt on them
