No tiene ni mampara ni cortina en la bañera por lo que es difícil ducharse sin mojar todo el baño,la cama del dormitorio grande es incómoda tiene un somier de mallas muy anticuado que hace que la cama se hunda.

• Magda (8/5): Great location and fair price. - Great location, shopping, restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the Duomo We had some issues with the toilet and shower area very small. Also, the complementary parking was far and I needed to pay additional money every time I needed the car.

• Adarsh (8/5): Overall pleasant experience. - Everything was very well communicated for a self check-in. It was smooth and hassle-free. Overall good experience. Parking for your car is also provided through a 3rd party service provider - which was a bit of a hassle. But the area has limited parking, so no other option.

• Daniel (2/5): Off platform contract requires careful consideration. - The location is in a residential district with a 25 minute walk to downtown Florence, there are several good places to eat in the neighborhood and a laundromat. It was exactly where I was looking for a combination of comfort and quiet. The main issue with this property is that they require you to sign another off-platform contract before they will hand you the keys. This is after you have made your non-refundable payment to booking. For that reason alone I am rating them a 2. Without that requirement, I would rate this a 7. We were there for a week and while there are two good grocery stores within a short walk it was hard to cook and making coffee was not easy. In most apartment stays I've rented there are at least some staples in the kitchen. Things like salt and pepper and a decent coffee maker. Usually more than instant coffee is provided. The shower in the main bedroom is unusable if you don't want water everywhere and the second shower is tiny.
• Sabina (7/5): Nice - The apartament has planty of space It has a lot of mosquitos, the pillows were very uncomfortable. Overall it was a nice and comfortable apartament.
• Meri (9/5): Superb - Location was good, close to bus stop, quiet neighborhood We had trouble opening the door, but they came and helped us very quickly from the administration
• Dan (8/5): Very good - Short 20 min walk to center of city. Small shower. Barely fit in it.
• Jose (10/5): Exceptional - The unit was very nice and comfortable. Great location and the management was always available for any issues. The top floor is hot but management brought some fans to alíviate the summer heat.

• Sumeet (6/5): Pleasant - The location is good. Close to a lot of cafes and super market. Key handover process was very smooth. There are only 2 ACs. One in bedroom and the other in kitchen. I dont think an AC in kitchen is required. The beds on the area up the stairs can just not be used during summers because it is boiling hot up there. The house needs more ACs or else difficult to stay inside it during summers. On the other hand, the shower cabin in one bathroom is so small that you can hardly take shower inside them. The shower in the bathtub in the other bathroom is also very cumbersome with water always falling out of it.

• Nikolija (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect, the facilities were great, suitable for 7 people, clean, has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were in communication with the hosts the whole time, very easy check in and out. The only downside was the shower water that was difficult to regulate. However great value for money. Will come back again for sure! I highly recommend it!

• János (8/5): Very good - The apartment was big enough, in a good neighbourhood. Good restaurants a few minutes walk I had to call the host for the code. It would be more comfortable if the host would have sent it by mail.
