• Victoria (9/5): Wonderful Stay in Quito - The property was well-maintained and very secure, just a few minutes walk from the historical center and a few minutes walk from the basilica. David was incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay. I felt super comfortable and enjoyed the breakfast! No complaints!

Personal amable y servicial en todo momento, incluso me ayudaron a resolver situaciones de transporte y conexión a Internet fuera del alojamiento. Limpieza: habitación y áreas comunes siempre presentables. Tuve que esperar por la habitación aunque llegué luego del inicio de la hora de ingreso.
• Chiao-Ling (9/5): - All the staffs were so nice and friendly there, they even walked with me in the evening when I was trying to get something nearby, just to keep me safe. Was very warm and sweet. Although the hotel room looked clean, but somehow there were lots of stains on the sheets and pillow cases. Shower water was not hot at all, just a little warm. Breakfast was very basic so I wish there was an option without breakfast.

• Sam (10/5): Great location, helpful staff - The best thing about this place is the helpful and friendly staff. I arrived very early morning from an overnight flight and they arranged for a driver to meet me ($25 - a taxi would have cost the same or more). The room was large, comfortable and clean - the bed was really nice and had plenty of blankets, although it wasn’t very cold anyway. The shower had good water pressure and enough hot water to wash your hair at different times of the day. The location was also great - good walking distance to the centre and basilica. The staff helped me organise to do a free walking tour and a day trip to Mindo ($50), and also helped me set up a local SIM card. Breakfast was served 8-10am and was delicious, fresh fruit platter and then bread and eggs, tea/coffee. There was a small store next door where you could buy water and snacks, and the street over had a lot of nice and well priced restaurants. This was a great place to stay for my 4 nights in Quito There was a doorbell for the main entrance that was quite loud in the rooms and rang at 6.30am most mornings. Not the end of the world when you consider the security it provides. The rooms faced a road which was loud in the mornings, but bring earplugs and you’ll be fine. The Mindo day trip information the hostel provided was not as detailed as it should have been - there were a lot more active experiences than described so I was unprepared, so make sure to ask questions about it! Highly recommend the day trip though!

• Hudon (7/5): - L’emplacement près du Centre historique rend les déplacements à pieds simples. Les déjeuners étaient excellents et le personnel flexible. Manque d’eau chaude fréquents.

• Dan Rubinoff (10/5): great staff, great location - best staff ever. Alexandre is amazingly helpful and patient. Location Is good for getting around and there are several great restaurants within a block or two. the building is very charming and historic. But it doesn't have any elevators and there are a lot of stairs for some of the rooms. It also meant some great views.
• Dan Rubinoff (10/5): awesome! one of the best places we've stayed. Period. - This hotel is amazing. classic early 20th century building with 5 floors and great views from the top. Amazing views. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was amazing! they were 10 stars out of 5! So kind and way way out fo the way helpful. Especially Alexandre; he saved us so much time and hassle, helped us so many times we lost count and was so gracious in doing so. The service was better than any hotel I've ever stayed at before. The area around the hotel is also full of great restaurants and fun places within a five minute walk. and really close to all the center city sights.. It's really the ideal spot. Leaving. wish we could have had a place like that everywhere else we went.

• David (10/5): Modern, spotless and peaceful base for adventure if you prefer outdoor activities to party culture - A clean, comfortable and central location amongst everything that is going on in Quito but without the bustle of some of the crazier hostels. A well renovated, tasteful and brightly furnished town house with staff who couldnt do enough to make my short stay pleasant and comfortable.

I was leaving early for a day trip and the staff was up early to make me breakfast before I left. This is a great hotel to use while exploring Quito or venturing out to the mountains.

• Isand (10/5): I sincerely recommend this hotel if you want to explore Quito or simply need a place to stay overnig - A fantastic hotel near the city center, with very friendly service and wonderful people. English is sufficient to get by. The room is very comfortable, with a great bed, duvet, and pillows – just like home. There was nothing I didn't like. The breakfast was exceptionally good compared to other hotels.

If you book the property, you’d have a free transfer to Chimborazo It’s not right in historical center & takes one stop to get there! The rooms locker are not safe & the doors could be opened easily! The breakfast is so basic!

They provided a lovely breakfast every morning, and were very helpful with recommendations of places to go, and making sure I had everything I needed. The hotel is also right next to several good restaurants
