• Aida (7/5): - The setup of the house is quite confortable and its easy access to enter not really complicated. A bit far but there are buses nearby, the two main beds are confortable but whoever sleeps in the bed couch its gonna be though nights.

В ній є абсолютно все для комфортного проживання та відпочинку. Менеджер та господар апартаментів були дуже ввічливі, швидко відповідали на питання та пішли на зустріч щодо додаткових прохань. Обовʼязково повернемося сюди ще!
• Kowalski (1/5): - Apartament jest duzy Bylo brudno. Posciel poplamiona, jedna koldra permanentnie brudna (slady krwi). Problemy z urzadzeniami (pralka nie chciala dzialac, zmywarka nie chciala sie uruchamiac a pozniej zostawiala naczynia nie do konca domyte). Problem z ciepla woda - najpierw trzeba bylo wiele czasu czekac az zleci z rur zimna woda a pozniej tylko przez chwile byla ciepla - nie wystarczalo aby wszyscy mogli skorzystac o tej samej porze i trzeba bylo czekac ponownie az sie zagrzeje. Meble w pokojach, lazience i w kuchni sa bardzo zniszczone, sa problemy z otwieraniem i domykaniem drzwiczek/szuflad. Jechalismy w 4 osoby (jedna para i dwie odrebne osoby), o czym zawiadomilem obiekt. W ramach oferty wskazali, ze moga przygotowac lokal w takiej konfiguracji. Kiedy weszlismy, to okazalo sie ze przygotowali dwie sypialnie dla dwoch par! O "czystosci" poscieli juz wspomnialem. Obiekt mial byc dobrze skomunikowany z centrum ale okazuje sie, ze dotarcie do centrum zajmuje zazwyczaj ponad godzine czasu i wymaga duzo wysilku (komunikacja miejska w tym obszarze za kazdym razem byla zatloczona i trzeba bylo walczyc o wejscie - wepchniecie sie - do autobusu). Zdjecia przedstawione na portalu nie przedstawiaja tego jak obiekt wyglada w rzeczywistosci.

• Antic (4/5): Unfortunately, our experience didn’t meet expectations - The public transport connections from the apartment were good, and it was easy to reach the main parts of the city. The apartment had all the basic things we needed for a short stay. Check-in was delayed by an hour, and they forgot to provide pillowcases, which arrived later. Most of the pillows were dirty, and some were even yellow. After traveling all night, we couldn’t rest until 5 PM. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment.

• Hilda Ester (4/5): Si mejora le daría un 10 - La casa intenta tener un estilo moderno, pero le falta muchísimo mantenimiento. La lavadora solo funcionaba si se sujetaba la puerta, el microondas estaba oxidado y no giraba porque le faltaba la pieza para el plato. Las almohadas estaban sucias e incómodas, y la ropa de cama tampoco estaba en buenas condiciones. Las paredes estaban manchadas de suciedad, incluso hasta en el techo había marcas de zapatos sucios. El sofá necesitaba una buena limpieza, estaba bastante sucio, lo cual resulta absurdo para el precio que cobran. Aunque la casa estaba preparada para seis personas, solo había tres tazas (una de ellas rota). El trapo que dejaron para la cocina olía a orina y tuvimos que tirarlo. La mesa de planchar estaba oxidada y rota, la nevera llena de escarcha y el congelador casi inutilizable. En general, la experiencia no fue buena: la casa necesita limpieza profunda, renovación y mucha más atención al detalle. Necesito un cambio de colchón o la cama entera respirabas y sonaba la mesa de planchar estaba rota las mesitas de noche daba la sensación que se iban a caer no se puede apoyar nada por miedo a que la mesita de noche se caiga y se rompa el cristal

• Nevin (2/5): Very poor - I did not like the apartment. It was cold and unfriendly. Very difficult to get into the apt the evening we arrived. We could not speak to the owner as he did not answer his phone. The apartment had no heating on and it was freezing. I could not sleep due the cold. The heating was switched on only after I messaged the owner the next day. The bed was very unconfortable and really bad pillows. The apt. was not very clean or cosy and I would not recomend it. Also the curtains were half coming off in the living room. The same as above.

• Evita (8/5): Very good - Very good location. All public busses available just 20 minutes and you are in center of Rome. Only 1 bus it takes to get there. Also lot of supermarkets near by with lot of different options of shops. Everything was very nice and everything available what we needed un flat - plates dishwasher etc.. But some things where broken or very used - for example in one of the bedrooms the bed was one side more up one more down. It wasnt obstacle for us. But defo something is not right there. But in general i cannot say anything bad as location was excellent acess was through application and we had privacy as we like. Thank you for amazing holidays.

• Zoran (9/5): Superb - Clean spaces apartment had everything dishes, gas, coffee maker, iron etc. Unlocking and locking the apartment but that is from security stand point good
• Tina (8/5): Very good - It is in a typical Roman neighbourhood. There are local shops within easy walking distance. There are multiple transit options to get to all the major tourist sites. The beds are comfortable. The apartment itself was very clean when we arrived. The owners were available, usually within 24 hours. The kitchen was well equipped and very functional. It was wonderful to go to the busy tourist areas but be able to escape back to the quiet of the apartment. I would be more than willing to rent this space again! While there were small issues, I would absolutely rent this space again. The apartment definitely shows signs of wear (bathroom countertops, multiple marks on walls, the kettle was usable but broken (we fixed that), one of the bedroom windows would not open correctly (we fixed that), the coffee table in the living room had multiple marks and repairs, one of the stove burners ingnitor did not work and the freezer was completely frosted over. One item that was not available, but would have been welcomed was a mop. The owner uses an apartment access software called Vikey. How this works is not well explained in their description. Vikey requires you to have access to the Internet via your cellphone in order to open both the street level and apartment door when you first arrive. After that, there is a key for the street door and a code for the apartment door. If you do not have cellphone internet access you will be charged a fee for the first entry.

• Heidi (9/5): Nice place to stay and see the sites of Roma - The apartment was wonderfully laid out. It was nice having a clothes washer. The only drawback was both showers are very small. I understand that there is not much space to work with but it’s the only flaw.
