• Quais (3/5): - Das Wohnzimmer war hell und die Aussicht war traumhaft Leider war die Jalousien im Wohnzimmer halb heruntergelassen und funktionierte auch nicht also hatten wir nichts von der Aussicht.
• Priscila (9/5): Valeu a pena - O apartamento é espaçoso e muito limpo. Ganhamos um vinho de boas vindas. A localização é ótima. Tem utensílios na cozinha e o apartamento aquecido o tempo todo. O sofá muito confortável e a vista para o lago é linda (sacada em reforma). O buraco do rato é fofo. Tem muitos itens quebrados, detalhes, precisa de manutenção, embora isso não me impedirá de ir outras vezes (só um toc meu). Quem projetou aquele chuveiro no meio do box???? Mamma mia!!! O chuveiro é maravilhoso, tive um banho delicioso exceto o fato de que para abrir o chuveiro tenho que entrar dentro do box e ficar espremida no cantinho esperando a agua esquentar para não espirrar água fria no meu corpo. Ainda bem que a agua esquenta rápida e depois compensa porque o banho foi muito bom. Chuveirão. (É um problema que não me impediria de ir novamente) Ficamos 2 dias em 4 pessoas, o café que deixaram não foi o suficiente e não tinha acúcar para adoçá-lo. Se melhorarem esses pontos ganharão 10 estrelas. Um dos quartos o colchão não era bom e no outro maravilhoso.
• Gabriela (3/5): Wohnung war leider nicht so wie ausgeschrieben aber trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit im Tessin. - Die Lage mit Seesicht, ist sehr schön. Leider war in der Zeit eine Baustelle und der Balkon hatte ein Gerüst mit einem Netz was die Seesicht beeinträchtigte. Auch konnte man den Balkon nicht benützen, er war staubig und kein Tisch und Stühle (wie auf dem Foto) vorhanden.
• Ryan (6/5): It was okay, some small improvements and better communication would pay off - The location is good, on a main road right next to the lake but not an especially busy one, with bus stops along the way not far from restaurants and town. It's walkable to get to town although a bit long. The apartment is up to date with a dishwasher, electric oven and washing machine. The host provided some single-use personal and household items like dish soap, shampoo, cotton swabs, coffee pods, etc and a bottle of prosecco which was all a welcoming touch. The balcony and view would be nice (but it was unusable and obstructed during my stay as I mention below). The host did not make it clear through photos and specific words that the 1 bedroom balcony was unusable and lacking the view depicted in the listing images because it was obstructed by construction scaffolding, and I just did not believe the host's explanation given to me that the listing could not be changed to make the fact of the situation more clear before booking There is a lot of damage in the apartment which is mostly cosmetic. However, it does produce some anxiety that without documenting each and every item of damage, the guest could be charged for some pre-existing damage that was overlooked. Check in was too complicated because the instructions to fetch the key are wrong, pointing the new arrival to the boxes on the left instead of on the right where the key actually is, and noticing the correct location is difficult depending on the time of day that the garage light is operating. Manipulating and searching around the wrong box could also viewed as suspicious behavior by the other residents coming and going. The staff presented as available through WhatsApp are not actually that available and are only responding occasionally. There need to be better instructions around items like troubleshooting the mobile internet connection and the location of city trash receptacles (the closest trash bin is beyond the bus stop and without knowledge, it leads to a situation where one is faced with entering the bus with an unwanted trash bag).
• Mounia (2/5): - Le dimanche matin auelqu'un sonne sur la.porte à 6 h pour nos demander de déplacer notre voiture pour qu il puisse sortir . La place de parking trop petit. Des cheveux part tt dans l'appartement, canapé casser , le deuxième sal plein de tache noir , la salle de bain la ventilation dégoûtante, sèche cheveux sal , en général l'état de l'appartement était pas au norme d'hygiène avec odeur de cigarette .......... la première nuit 🌃 on a essayaient t'appeler booking à 11h30 malheureusement ils avaient personnes qui parler français avec tout je demande le remboursement complet

• William (7/5): - Lage gut, unseren Bedürfnissen entsprechend. Für das Preisniveau eher billig ausgestattet. Haus war eingerüstet für Renovation. Wir wurden nicht im Voraus informiert. Dusche in der Badewanne. Wenig Geschirr (nur eine Tasse, die unter die Kaffeemaschine passte)

• Erik (10/5): fabulous accommodation - The apartment is very spacious, convenient, comfortable and very warm. Beds with good mattresses, sleep was calm and deep. The view from the windows is gorgeous on the lake and mountains. We really liked it. We will come again.

• Haley (5/5): Quiet, beautiful location, but no air-con or customer service via text facility during stay - Spacious, location, fridge, parking, easy check-in & out, email info provided is good and hassle free NO AIR-CON, it’s badly needed in high temps; washing machine doesn’t wash clothes, no extra bed linen; dedicated customer service contact for any questions etc. didn’t respond.
