Peter (1/5): If you like admin hassle, go for it, otherwise avoid. - Location Property not ready for our arrival (not clean), then had to do all our own admin (local tax declaration, even though it was all paid in advance), then were asked to move apartment on second day (new apt aircon was far worse), when they finally turned up. The promised rebate for the disastrous first day has never been reimbursed. Basically run on a shoestring, with children in charge.
