- Claire (7/5): Good - I went back and forth about trying to get an invoice for this booking, as this was a company booking.
Booking.com said this needs to come from the host directly, however they said it should be with booking.com. I went back and forth like this for a while and booking.com even messaged them to say they need to provide this.
I have not heard back from the host since and so will not use this place for our business again as we can not book without an invoice.

Everything we needed for the weekend Noisy.... sometimes felt someone else was in the apartment and like a train was running through the night
- Paul (7/5): A good clean and would be so much better - Convenient and large apartment beds were comfortable Could do with a deep clean, particularly in the bathrooms, a lot of hair from previous guests. Also, the main bathroom has a drainage problem tv in living room, which appears unconnected to anything
- Xmunc (7/5): Good - Great location and friendly and accommodating staff. Really appreciated their responsiveness. It was amazing and the place was spacious and easy to access. The place is a bit tired and worne and it could benefit from a deep clean.

The host was nice enough to let us keep our luggage for some extra hours, till we left for the airport. it wasn’t too clean and was very basic with old fittings, specially the bathroom. Kitchen equipment and washing machine looked dirty and old.
- Judith (9/5): prime location flat in London with three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms - the location was perfect, close to many great restaurants, train, buses, and ferries. having three private bedrooms was so nice. the kitchen was nice to have to be able to prepare simple meals. having two bathrooms was helpful. the property manager had good, regular communication the key retrieval was super confusing as you have to pick it up from a nearby store and nobody knew what I was talking about when I asked for key nest. I asked four different people for help and the first three had no idea. finally I tried the convenience store clerk and he located the key after I provided the code. it is asking a lot of travelers to go on a hunt for the key in order to gain access to the property.
