• Vanesa (7/5): Buena ubicación pero con alguna cosa a mejorar - La cercanía con el centro y los lugares de interés. Poco resolutivos, el secador, que tienen incluido en el anuncio no funcionaba, les escribo porque en pleno diciembre si te fías de que tienen secador y no lo traes y te encuentras con que no va bien, funcionaba unos segundos y se paraba, pues es un problema. Lejos de arreglármelo me dijeron que lo indicaban al propietario y no solucionaron. Por otra parte la cama un poco incomoda, y para recoger las llaves tienes que ir a un punto a 6 minutos caminando con las maletas y todo, y para dejarlas lo mismo. No facilitan al menos la salida pudiéndolas dejar en el piso. Por lo demás, tal y como se describe con una buena ubicación.

• Zully katherine (8/5): Ligt fijn in het centrum, niet in een drukke straten. Goed voor de nachtrust. - Ligging was goed. Werd goed aangegeven via whatsapp De tv werkte niet. De juiste pannen waren er niet voor inductievuurplaat te gebruiken. 1pan kunnen gebruiken voor alles! Zetelbed was veel te zacht, na een week voelde je de baren in je rug.

• Christabelle (8/5): Good - The location was great and close to center. The water pressure and warm water was great. And it was clean The internet was slow most of the time. Bed was okay. It is a bit small and you can hear everything from the bathroom.

Why not have a proper double bed in the apartment. The Sofa bed you have put in here is so uncomfortable and why do that. Please look at the other Reviews, many say the same. Yet the owners choose to ignore this. See the pictures, uneven very soft cushions with a hard top part one side, then back section is all the same level but quite hard, so very uncomfortable. If they put a proper comfortable double bed in this lovely apartment, it would be a joy to stay in, but NO a child’s uncomfortable sofa bed, really. Did I mention how uncomfortable the sofa bed was!!!!!!!

• Iveta (9/5): Really good accomodation - Great locality, close to two metro stations and city center, but this street was quiet. Royal palace, Gran Via and Debod in a walking distance. Lot of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. Many museums, galeries, parks and Plaza Mayor up to 35 min walk. The furniture and all kitchen equipment was new and clean, bathroom was also clean. Our room had a window situated to the atrium with dimension about 1.5x2m. And I do not like Spanish type of duvet, but it is my problem :-)
• Zoran (10/5): Very good choice - Location is perfect. Accommodation is not big but it is very functional. It is very well eqiped ( washing machines ). Space is enough for two persons, if they can share one bad. I will for sure recommend this accommodation. View is not fantastic, but location is such that you would not need better, because you will spend all time outside.
• Adam (8/5): Good place in the centre of the city. - The "flat" is a studio, rather small but it is absolutely fine for 1-2 people. It is nicely renovated and has got a lot of items, three quarters of them I did not even use. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee express, iron, toaster, AC, hot plate, tv and more. Cutlery, plates, glasses, some pans, towels, toilet paper, soap and shower gel were present. Bed is fine as well. Location is great - in the centre, short walk to several metro stations and some famous places. At the same time the place is in the quiet avenue. The view from the window not the best but it did not bother me. Good communication with host, easy to get the keys regardless of the hour of arrival. I would mention only one thing to look into and it is water pressure. Usually not very strong but just enough; occasionally really low. I guess it might have something to do with location, as the place is on the 4th floor (there is a lift). Nevertheless, I felt satisfied with the stay overall and would recommend.
