Pui (1/5): Not been given self check-in details and not able to get hold of the host multiple times. - Not able to get in touch with host multiple times and not been given self-check in details until after the trip and still not heard back.
Paul (1/5): Completely let down by hosts and booking.com - Nothing as we didn’t get into the property, on arrival told no longer available. We were left in London with no accommodation with no warning of it no longer being available having already paid in full.
Sued (3/5): Poor - The bed provided had a collapsed divan . I had to put the mattress on the floor just some could sleep

Irena (10/5): Exceptional - We only stayed one night, but this is ideal accommodation for tourists who stay longer,especially as all amenities are there: cooker,microwave,washing machine, tea and coffee provided. Ensuite shower room a delight! Unfortunately, to get to the property, you have to navigate the slippery and uneven path behind fish and chip shop, where the smell is rather overpowering(and we arrived when the shop was closed!) However,once you enter the property there is no trace of the smell.
