Kane (1/5): Awful fraud account. - I did not stay here. Once booked the owner contacted me on what’s app to say that they had no availability for me and I would need to cancel and they would process me a refund. A week on a still no refund and customer service are being no help! Do not book to stay here. Fraud Fraud

Lindsey (3/5): Could have been better as it has obviously been newly renovated - Location Room was not ready, broken sidelight, chunks out the wall no hair dryer and 1 week on have found that I am covered in bedbug bites!! They need to get rid of the bed and headboard!

Hajra (1/5): Bad - Nothing The owner of this property is 20 years old boy who is utterly unprofessional and needs serious help. He told me to visit at the arrival time and turned off his phone and not let me in my room when I travelled 3 hours to get there. He also threaten to take my life away if I defended myself.
Naser (1/5): Over priced , dirty the stuff took too long to send me details for access and would not recommend - Location was great ! The pace was dirty , the microwave was probably never cleaned . The room was cleanliness , the bed (mattress) was old , at the entrance of the building smelt like dead fish , there was a guy in the phone just outside he wouldn’t stop talking .
Stephen (1/5): Terrible - Nothing. Didn’t even get to check in! Requested a 3pm check in as had an appointment at 4pm in Oxford Circus. Received check in details and a phone call at 16:22, by which time I’d arranged alternative accommodation. I’d rang the host 3 times by this point without an answer. Thankfully I’m not an inexperienced traveller or this could have ruined my weekend.

Ribeiro (8/5): I will definitely come back - I was even rented another flat in the same building, the host was very friendly and let me eat food in the fridge. He solved my little problem with the lack of energy in the neighborhood. Very kind. Very nice flat

Debbie (10/5): Exceptional - I loved everything about the apartment, well equipped nothing I needed. the host is so nice he explained everything where to go for food and the way around. There's nothing. I didn't like everything ya need is in the apartment, step outside and all the Takeaways and resteraunts are on you're doorstep.
