- Irina (9/5): Overall, we had a pleasant stay and were satisfied with our experience. - First of all, I have to mention that the villa is managed by a fantastic team .Nicolas responded to my messages so quickly , that it was almost overwhelming. With over 18 years of experience in the tourism industry, I greatly appreciate such professionalism. The villa is definitely not luxury. I’ve stayed in luxury villas before and I know what it entails. It is in good condition, but with a relatively old renovation. I will provide a detailed review, as I personally rely heavily on comments and feedback when selecting accommodations. I had booked a stay from September 1st to 9th, for a total of 8 nights, with 4 adults and 2 children (ages 7 and 12). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare a complete meal or even just dinner (pots, pans, bowls, plates, glasses, etc.). The outdoor seating area is fantastic, where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner. We also held barbecues on two occasions. We did not use the pool at all, as we spent most of our days at the beach. However, the pool was cleaned during our stay. Regarding the bedrooms, the air conditioning units in each room require manual adjustment of the timer to set how long you would like them to operate (options are 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours). The air conditioner in the master bedroom occasionally made noises that woke me up several times at night. The room with the bunk bed creaked so loudly that even the children were disturbed when turning over, not to mention myself. I have already communicated these issues to the management team, and they should have been addressed by now. Although nobody came during our stay, but I did message them about the problems right away. The area is treated for insects, although on a few occasions, large beetles made their way into the house, and ants were present in the children's room.
- Tsipiani (10/5): We were for 5 nights, everything was excellent. House is very nice and clean. - The house is very well equipped, poll is clean and not as small as it looks on the photos.
- Hossein (10/5): Highly recommended - It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is surrounded by trees and plants so you can have your privacy while swimming. The place was very clean, every thing was in good condition Nothing to say for this part!
