• Emma (8/5): - Great location close to bars & shops. Los cristianos & last americas strip both within walking distance & no steep hills to climb Could of done with a fan & another mirror. there is only one mirror & it's in the bathroom so not ideal for 3 people all showering & getting ready to go out. Bed not to my preference although it seemed nice & firm at first but gradually sank into the mattress through the night.

Choice of beaches depending on the wind direction.I rented a car and the man at the reception kindly allowed me to park my car in their parking lot for free.I parked my car in the parking lot on the side of the apartment, and it was visible from the balcony (photo). The apartment windows face the street with pubs, so it is noisy at night. It didn't bother us, but if you need silence, pay attention to this.

• Stefania (6/5): - La posizione dell'appartamento è davvero ottima. A piedi, in pochi minuti di camminata si raggiungono le spiagge o il centro di Las America. Moltissimi monopattini a disposizione. Bella piscina Il residence nel quale è situato l'appartamento è abbastanza trascurato. Anche esternamente al residence su trova molta spazzatura per terra (ma questo non dipende ovviamente dalla proprietaria dell'appartamento che si è dimostata sempre super disponibile con noi) . • Jenny (8/5): Enjoyed our stay, facilities good but disappointed pool bar was shut the whole stay - Breakfast not included but location excellent for restaurants Hairdryer blew warm air so took ages to dry hair, no lighting outside apartment door
• Philip (8/5): Had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, good value for money! - The room, hotel and pool were fine. The pool is a fair size circle not very deep but I enjoyed swimming around it, 2 minutes per lap. Also the grounds around the pool are well kept (grass lawns, trees and plants) The host was very pleasant and was able to check us in abit earlier and let us stay a bit later which was helpfull! The Number 40 bus from the airport drops off right outside. (Columbus stop) The area is quite noisy at night but with the windows shut it wasn’t an issue. The apartment doesn’t get much sun so remains relatively cool but if the weather was hotter AC might be a benefit for the night time with the windows shut?

• Marina (9/5): Great location - Great location close to everything : bars,beach, markets and restaurants accros the street, bus station for airport line in front of the building, walking main streets, shopping areas everythins is within 10-20 min walk. Busy area but very safe. The bar by the pool was also great with great food and amazing and friendly staff. The host was very nice and very very helpful as we forget some our stuff there. The sofa bed was uncomfortable maybe some mattress topper could help. Also, is very noisy from local bars during the night so might be an issue for some however earplugs worked great for us.

• Mazie4672 (8/5): Great value for a base - Central location was good & pool area was quiet, always sun beds available. Balcony got sun on an afternoon. Nice large shower. Towel quality was very poor (I've given better towels to the dog kennels). Water leaked out of the shower door & soaked the floor. The apartment could do with a refresh & updating.
• Fraser (10/5): Fabulous, modern accommodation, in a great location. - The apartment is exceptional. It caters for every need. The location is perfect…quiet enough during the day and night, but close to everything. The complex has a beautiful pool area/gardens , and comfortable in and out communal seating areas. Secure entry late at night. The one small downside is the sofa bed. It’s short in length for a 6+ foot person, but still comfortable. Not a big issue.

• Mircea (8/5): Would recommend! 8.5/10 - Easy communication with the host and they were kind enough to let us check-out a few hours later. The place was clean, with a kitchen fully equiped. The complex/hotel is nice, you can even go play tennis and have acces to the pool and parking area if you will rent a car. The positioning is decent: supermarket (2 mins on foot), beach (10 - 20 mins on foot, depending on the beach), club area (10 mins). The place was also quiet, no one bothered us. The balcony was a nice place to relax after a tiring day. The bathroom was not very equiped (no shower gel, no shampoo, not even soap for the hand). We were a group of 3, and if the first one would take a longer bath, the last would need to wait a little to get hot water again. Not too long and it didn't bother us much. The towels were also not of a very good quality.

• Ursula (9/5): Good apartment n a great location - Great location, fabulous pool area, with small bar serving snacks. Full kitchen in the apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Bedroom quite spacious, living area a bit narrow but had everything we needed. A few minutes walk to the beach, surrounded by nice restaurants, 2 supermarkets. 15 minute stroll to Safari Shopping area. Number 40 bus to airport stops outside the building , plenty buses heading to all local towns It’s a busy area but felt very safe .Taxi rank directly across the road No air conditioning and only 1 fan for 2 rooms Not a big issue but it would be helpful if owner provided some information in the apartment, how to use the washing machine etc It was nothing like any machine used in Ireland Also maybe contact information for local Doctors etc With more than 2 guests a 2nd key would be useful, not everyone wants to go in/out at the same times Noise from local bars might be an issue for some , very loud until 1:30am

• Claire (10/5): Excellent location, nice pool area and clean :-) - The pool was really nice the staff at the bar couldn’t do enough for you very friendly. The location was perfect. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed kettle toaster cooker dish washer washing machine. Only thing I would say is aircon would have been a plus but wouldn’t turn me off booking again.

• Susan (9/5): Great location, staff in apartment complex were super friendly and helpful. - The location was exceptional for all amenities and the location of this particular apartment in the complex did not have noise from the local restaurants etc which was great. The terrace was great, with sun coming in all day, and a beautiful view of the tennis courts. The host was very helpful and always quick to respond. The pool was closed for the week we were there and we weren’t informed of this prior to arrival which was disappointing - as we spent more money to have this option for the week. There’s no AC in the apartment, but for the time of year, it wasn’t an issue for us.
