Guest Reviews
- Philip (7/5): One night stay - It was clean. A little small. Did what it needed too. Neighbours very noisy but not a deal breaker.

- rosetta (8/5): A lovely place to stay the host made the experience even better with great communication and support - The property location was perfect for the event I attended. The host was very helpful, friendly and easy to contact throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the property was spotless. It truly felt like a home away from home and was definitely great value for money. I would definitely stay there again.

- Tom (8/5): Small, comfortable, clean - We went to an event at drumsheds which was about 25 min walk away and 5 min taxi ride. Good location and good value for money For the price of the property
There’s nothing to
Moan about. It was really good value for London
- McKenzie (1/5): Filthy and disappointing. - Nothing positive to say. We stayed here and it was honestly a very disappointing experience.
Although we appreciated being allowed to check in early, the condition of the accommodation was unacceptable. The bed sheets and pillows were visibly stained. We tried to change the bedding ourselves, but every spare sheet we found was also dirty and there were no clean pillowcases available. That alone set the tone for the stay.
There was leftover food still in the room from previous guests, which made it clear the space hadn’t been properly cleaned. The property also felt very dingy, dark and dusty throughout, not welcoming or fresh in any way.
It was advertised as sleeping four, but in reality it only slept two. The space and setup simply did not match the listing description.
Cleanliness and accuracy are the bare minimum when paying to stay somewhere, and unfortunately this place failed on both. I would not stay here again, full stop.
- Joseph Martin (9/5): Verry accomodating for the purpose that we needed it for. - The location was excellent for it's close proxcimity to the tottenham hotspur stadium, the facilities and the comfort of the beds.
- Matthew (7/5): - Convenient location Other people’s food left in kitchen cupboards, fridge and bedroom
- Jodie (5/5): Mislead - Location Advertised to sleep 4 persons with one double bed
- Wendy (2/5): Slecht, hygiëne buiten maats. Iemand woont hier en vertrekt voor jou boeking - Het vertrek Hygiëne.

- Emmanuel (9/5): - I love the location just, that the property doesn’t have a car park and it made me uncomfortable No car park and I was stranded

- Alana (10/5): I loved everything! The location was great, the place was very clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed. I wou - Gooood
- Tasmia (8/5): Lovely clean place. - Great property exactly as described.
- Prem (8/5): Nice and quiet stay at the accomodation - Good location and very good reachable with public transportation. Host was very quick in anwsering questions. A lot of shops in the neighbourhood and at the train/bus station there was a little shopping center. To get to the city center and other attractions was very easy.
- Willmott (8/5): -

- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sean (2/5): Dreadful! A guest should never have to clean a bathroom before using! Deeply disappointing. - I can’t say what we liked about the property because it was dirty, particularly the bathroom, cutlery and mugs. If a property is dirty it’s impossible to say you liked it. The bathroom was dirty, especially the shower which had hairs in it and a mouldy shower curtain. We had to thoroughly clean it before we could even use it. The whole property needed a thorough deep clean and the overpowering smell of plug in air fresheners did nothing to improve the situation. The photographs on Airbnb of this property are deceiving; the property we experienced was tired, cheap looking and unclean and in need of decorating. Also the garden was overgrown and there was rubbish such as a discarded suitcase and several cigarette butts on the “outdoor seating area”. There were also no smoke alarms and no batteries in the carbon monoxide detector; that is illegal in a rented property.
- Leila (10/5): Very nice place to stay, local to the stadium - It was just what you need for a nights stay everything was great, clean and comfortable There was other peoples stuff in the bathroom, shower gels shampoos etc and also In the little cupboard there was bits that was also not very stable hanging on the wall, in the bedroom the cupboard was filled with stuff and on top of the cupboard was a basket full of laundry, this was just a bit off putting, I’ve never stayed anywhere that has done this everything has always been cleared out .
- Emilie (7/5): Good -
- Derville (9/5): Excellent - Excellent for Tottenhotspur stadium. Well stocked even beer and minerals in the fridge, garden is a plus. one of the double beds seemed broken, informed the owner on leaving, as we were still able to use it with a child.
- Klaudio (10/5): Exceptional -
- Colin (10/5): Exceptional - Clean , close to the tottenham hotspur stadium, easy to find :)
- Ioana (8/5): Îmbunătățire servicii - I had a good experience renting this house in Tottenham. The location is convenient, close to public transport and shops(supermarket ALDI), which made getting around very easy. The house was clean and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The landlord was friendly and responsive to any requests, making the whole process smooth. When I arrived, there was no heating, and the boiler was not turned on, which meant no hot water either. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially in cold weather.
- Xiang (4/5): disappointing - it had a garden the bed gave me 2 small dots/ rashes, windows didn’t open/ stay open, really loud upstairs ( not part of the £320 i paid / where i stayed ) broken heater, garden was messy and no over head covering as the roofing was ripped up / poor communication with home owner. Not worth the £320
- Jack (9/5): Superb -
- Niamh (9/5): Superb - There was food left in the fridge from previous visitors.
- Byron (8/5): Very good -
- Lucy (10/5): Very friendly & accommadating host. Very clean & everything you need there! Fantastic location!! - We had a lovely stay at ‘Cosy Tottenham Apartment’.
Very clean, fab location & our host was very friendly and accommodating.
Everything you need there for a great stay.
Fabulous location. Only ten minutes walk from great connecting station ‘Tottenham Hale’. Only 30 minutes walk to the music festival we went to at a venue called ‘Drumsheds’.
The football stadium was also really close.
Nice quiet & safe area with Tesco only ten minutes away and a corner shop about 5 mins.
Would highly recommend & we will certainly stay again when next in the area.
Thank you so much to our wonderful host!! 🙏
- Nicole (5/5): below average - The beds were comfy but very small There was a really bad smell - almost like sick
- Lucy (8/5): Very good -
- Tinuke (8/5): Very good 👍 -
- Michele (8/5): A great choice for a short stay in London - The house is pretty complete in terms of all facilities (hairdryer, equipped kitchen, towels, bed sheets). The living room is wide with 2 sofas. The house is 15 minutes by walk from the station. Super comfy beds. Considering the price, it is a great choice for a short stay (3/4 days max) in London. The bathroom has no windows and it is very very small. Maybe some UK adaptors for the electricity would be needed in case someone forgets to carry them from their country.
- Bethany (10/5): Gem in London - The lady was amazing getting us fans milk lovely drink. Loads of bottle water very clean and well presented. Private outdoor space. Large shower comfy beds. Nothing
- Lee (9/5): Superb - Extremely close to the Tottenham Hotspur stadium. Good facilities and communication with the owner. Clean and tidy apartment with bottles of water stocked in the fridge.
- Duc (9/5): It was enjoyable staying in this cozy & clean flat, also surprisingly more spacious than the photos - The location is close to Tottenham Hale train station for a direct trip to Stansted Airport. Would be nice to have a hair dryer available.
- Shwetha (7/5): Good -
- Chelsea (8/5): Amazing & accommodating ! - Property was a great location & there were water bottles & extra touches for us which was lovely! Bedroom sizes were good & it was a nice clean flat Fridge was leaking a little bit but no other issues!
- Abdulla (3/5): Poor - Clean. Shower hot. Basic facilities. The apartment is very tired. The area has very heavy traffic. The front bedroom looks onto the road and was noisy with traffic.
- Julie (6/5): Was okay for one night wouldn’t stay more. - Well equipped kitchen, helpful extras, comfortable bed and quiet. First impression is dodgy area but turned out a bit of a mix and was ok and quiet. Good little corner store. Shopping centre and railway close by and pubs. Landlord helpful. Neat, clean and tidy. Close to station but not carrying luggage. Get an Uber taxis rip off. Bathroom needed attention. Mouldy ceiling, sink doesn’t drain and toilet seat broken. Couldn’t connect to wifi with information provided. No information about local area. No coffee table.
- Joseph (8/5): Very good - Good location A bit noisy from the street and upstairs neighbours
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very comfortable and well furnished. It's perfect for two friends or two couples to have their own rooms plus a good sitting room. There's a peaceful little garden at the back if you want some fresh air. The location is good if you're looking for somewhere quiet, and it's just a short walk from Bruce Grove and about 3/4 mile from Seven Sisters so it's easy to get to. The kitchen had tea, coffee and bottled water plus there were a few food and drink items in the fridge already, including some milk. My texts were responded to quickly and the way to access the property was communicated clearly. We wanted to drop our stuff off early so we could see a show without carrying our bags into the theatre, and we were very happy that they made a special effort to get the apartment cleaned so we could do that after 1pm. That was very much appreciated. Nothing really. One or two of the food items that I assume had been left by previous guests could have been cleared out before, as they weren't really good anymore, and I'd love to know how a couple of the drinks in the fridge were frozen when others on the same shelf weren't - I'll have to find someone who knows anything about physics to explain that - but I have to stress that nothing was dirty or off-putting at all. For the reasonable price, I have no complaints.
- Lorraine (9/5): Superb - Apartment ia cozy. Has everything you need for a short stay and more.
- Tube (8/5): Very good - Cleaning and provide everything bed
- Felipe (10/5): Nice place in real London - Nice space, two comfortable double beds fully equipped kitchen and ok bathroom.
The place is in a working class neighborhood in London, which is great . I liked to see the real city out of the Instagramable sites. Small markets and a supermarket just around the corner. It is a place of real people. A short walk around you can find people chilling on the streets, women and children ate doorstep, kids playing around. I really enjoyed the place. It is just 30 min to London City Center The place would benefit from better finishing in the plaster across rooms and bathroom. The backyard needs a good cleaning, too.
- Mark (7/5): Good -
- Eva (5/5): Perfect for a 1 night stay for an event if not planning to stay long in the apartment - It was convenient for a one night stay as it was close to Tottenham Stadium for an event. Oladele was excellent at communicating with us and was great to deal with. Reasonably priced Bed in one room was broken, place was not as pictures as it wasn't as bright and airy as it looked. Quite dark and outdated.
- Ravelojaona (10/5): This is the perfect apartment for a weekend to visit London. - The apartment is very well served by public transport. There is everything you need and the host is accommodating and kind. This is the perfect apartment for a weekend to visit London.
- Tesheka (8/5): Cosy, Comfortable and Classy. - It was very comfortable, nicely decorated and with a nice garden area. I also liked the availability of a range of both hot and cold refreshments, as well as chocolates. I thought that was a very nice touch and complimented the experience very well. The bathroom was a little cramped, although the shower space was nice and big.
- Chiara (9/5): Clean property , nice layout we would stay again . - The property was very clean and tidy , and getting to the property wasn’t too much trouble , and it had all the amenities we needed. There was a slight draft in the house from the back door but nothing that couldn’t be solved with a draft excluder
- Ben (10/5): Amazing host with good communication, great stay with great arrival drinks ! - Lovely property in Tottenham !
- Robert (6/5): Pleasant - Location was excellent WiFi was poor
