• Nicolas (4/5): - Leider gibt es in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft keine Angabe, dass die Waschmaschine außerhalb der Wohnung in einer mit den Anwohnern geteilten Waschküche liegt. Oberhalb der Eingangstür gibt es einen handbreiten Spalt im Oberlicht über die gesamte Türbreite, durch die ungehindert Zugluft, Geräusche und ggf. Ungeziefer kommen. Auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter lässt sich der Spalt nicht verschließen. Im Herbst bei 10 Grad Temperatur nachts und keiner Möglichkeit, wenigstens zum Flur die Tür zu schließen, hat uns diese Tatsache für die gebuchten 3 Nächte leider so sehr gestört, dass wir uns entschieden haben, eine andere Unterkunft zu beziehen.

• DAVID (8/5): A nice week in St Kilda - Mark was very helpful. When we arrived there were basics in the apartment so we did not have to run to the supermarket straight away and buy a whole load of small things. It was a little cramped but adequate. The area was a bit downmarket but you did not have to go far to find bars restaurants and shops
• KAte (4/5): - We had somewhere to stay in st kilda for the show we'd booked. The door. The Bluetooth lock was terrible as the code didn't work even after resetting by the owner. The tone of communication from the owner when needing him to remotely unlock or lock the door
• Greg (10/5): The Host Mark was amazing he made sure that we had everything we needed , I felt very welcome with my wife and daughter - This property was bright, inviting and very homely.You got the feeling of being part of the community of Melbourne I have nothing but good things to say, I liked everything about it
• Kate (7/5): Short and OK - Location 1. Have stop sheet for bed to go under doona/blanket 2. Instructions for the TV to be able to watch "Live channels - ABC, CH 7, 8, 10 etc. Was unable to switch TV from internet sites to Ch 8(9) 3. no milk in fridge and we had no time to purchase any.

• Gary (10/5): Lovely apartment in great location for visiting St. Kilda (and beyond). - Lovely studio apartment in a great location in St. Kilda. Very comfortable, and very well appointed, Hosts very helpful and communicative. The coded door-lock took a bit of getting used to! I found it hard to tell if I'd pressed a key or not... But after a few tries got it figured out (maybe more my problem than the lock's!).
• Paula (8/5): Lovely stay in a great area - Excellent location in quiet residential area close to beach, shops etc. Facilities were good, iron, hairdryer, crockery, Dyson hoover etc and instructions helpful and timely. Access was easy and it was good to have things like tea, milk as well arrived late at night. Some of the property was slightly in need of attention, for instance the front door and some of the woodwork round the shower were chipped and needed some tlc. Adding things like a shelf in the bathroom and some hangers on the pegs at the door would elevate it even further.

• Julie (10/5): Cute and Convenient - Compact but had everything we needed. Airconditioning very welcome! Located in quiet side street. Off street parking. Easy walking to Acland Street and The Palais. Perhaps be aware the apartment is up a flight of stairs.

• Jenny (9/5): Great location, comfortable stay. - We had a lovely stay here! The location was perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the nearest tram stop and about a 15-minute easy walk to Acland Street's fantastic restaurants and the iconic Palais Theatre. The unit itself was clean, cozy, and well-appointed. We appreciated the little touches like some basic staples in the cupboard—very handy if you need something quick without heading straight to the shops. The hot water was excellent, and the room stayed at a comfortable temperature throughout our stay without needing any heating or cooling. The bed was comfortable, though a little firm if you’ve got a sore back, but still supportive for a good night’s sleep. The bath towels were thick and absorbent—always a nice bonus! Do note the unit is on the first floor and accessed via a set of stairs, so something to keep in mind if mobility is an issue. Being located within a block of units, be mindful that noise may carry. Overall, a great spot for exploring the area with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would happily return!

• JensRogge (9/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in gut ausgestattetem Appartement in guter Lage in St. Kilda - Sehr schönes gut ausgestattetes Appartement in guter Lage in St. Kilda, mit guter ÖV-Anbindung nach Melbourne CBD. Auch die Strandpromenade und die Pinguine von St. Kilda sind fussläufig erreichbar. ALDI-Supermarkt in 5 Minuten Entfernung. Sehr angenehmer Empfang trotz Self-Check-In mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet haben. Das Check-in-System war kürzlich geändert worden, und wir haben zwei unterschiedliche Informationen diesbezüglich erhalten, die aktualisierten aufgrund des in Australien nicht immer überall verfügbaren Internets erst bei unserer Ankunft in Melbourne. Unser Gastgeber war aber sehr aufmerksam und hatte schon einen Plan B vorbereitet, falls wir es nicht rechtzeitig geschafft hätten.

• Richard (10/5): Exceptional - Arrival time was delayed due to car troubles. Contacted the host who was empapthetic, extremely helpful and accommodating, and offered an extended check out time, which was lovely. Everything was perfect.
