• Fabiana (7/5): - Piccolo ed accogliente. Con un balconcino vista mare. Il parcheggio gratuito stesso nel viale è super comodo. Lo scarico del bagno funziona poco bene, ci mette tempo per ricaricarsi, a volte non riusciva a scaricare. Abbiamo dovuto risolvere riempiendo un secchio d’acqua ogni volta.
• Tom (9/5): Great location and value, helpful host with communication before my flight and when i was there. - Great location for the yumbo centre, nicely furnished apartment! Handy being able to do laundry, liked the little balcony too. Pool also nice. In the end I used the porta pizza as my landmark to find the apartment easy! I may stay again so next time I shall inform any taxi drivers/transfer drivers to just drop me off there! I couldn’t figure out how to use the stove so the only cooking i was able to do was make toast (but that’s fine, plenty of places around to eat at after all!) . Also not quite enough plug sockets so had to put things like the coffee machine and toaster on the floor to keep the fridge plugged in. Also, the map given on here shows the property at the hotel Rondo opposite; so the airport transfers picked me up and dropped me off from there, and as a first timer who didn’t know the area it was quite daunting thinking i was lost at first.

Het gebouw - appartement slecht onderhouden en erg vies - geen luxe - heel erg duur Los Molinos “Ghetto Playa Del Ingles” Slecht gebouw - liften niet veilig - rare mensen Veel kapot - vloer - deuren - rolluiken Heel vies - overal haren - etensresten in koelkast -vloer heel vies - overal stof - balkon zwart Prijs kwaliteit duur; Vies - slecht onderhouden - gebouw slecht onderhouden - hele dag blaffende honden Goed contact met de eigenaar; totdat je begint te klagen over hoe vies dat het is. Ik zat er 3 weken: 2x 1 uur snel “met de Franse slag” gepoetst. En na mijn recensie gaat de eigenaar mij gewoon nog appen! Heel erg vreemd. NOOIT MEER VOOR ZOVEEL GELD Op de foto’s ziet het er mooier en beter uit dan de werkelijkheid helaas. Zo teleurstellend.
• Ladislav (10/5): - Hostitel je skvělý, milý a velmi vstřícný. Ubytování je v dobré lokalitě a k dispozici je vše, co by mohlo být na dovolené potřeba. Do ubytování bychom se opět rádi vrátili.

• Francesco (1/5): - É dotata del necessario per le vacanze. In più dispone di un balconcino/veranda accogliente. Le foto della struttura non sono veritiere. Sebbene internamente sembri un posto accogliente, il residence in cui é inserito é un incubo. Degrado. Non ho mai alloggiato in un complesso così orrendo. Inoltre, nonostante l’host abbia sostenuto che non ci fossero mai stati scarafaggi nell’appartamento, ne ho trovati parecchi a tal punto da essere costretto ad abbandonare in piena notte l’appartamento senza un luogo in cui dormire. In tutto questo non mi é stata trovata una soluzione da parte dell’host. Solo il giorno seguente é venuto a spruzzare lo spray (cosa poco utile perché il giorno seguente hanno continuato a ripresentarsi gli scarafaggi). Non consiglio per niente!!!!!

• Ilias (10/5): Cozy apartment next to Yumbo - A cozy apartment next to Yumbo. A swimming pool is available in front of the apartment which is on 4th floor, easy enough to get with the elevator. Igor is a great host by instant communication as also his assistant that is really friendly. Gracias 🙏
• Richard (10/5): Very satisfied with my stay at this lovely well located apartment - Very well equipped and comfortable apartment close to bars, restaurants and commercial centres. The bed was comfortable and the shower was always hot and powerful. Enough towels were made available for my stay. There is a reasonably priced supermarket across the road where you will find everything you need to self cater. Bus stops were not very far away which will take you to the other resorts of Gran Canaria. A big pool is available in the complex. There was good communication with the owner and also the lady who comes to the apartment for checking in etc.
• Orleans (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located close to everything.it is a great apartment with all appliances and access to the swimming pool. The quality of the apartment made my holidays more pleasant.
• Penelope (10/5): Brilliant little apartment, comfortable and modern with all facilities for a short or long trip. - I can’t say anything bad about this lovely apartment, ideal for a couple or single traveller. Facilities were as described and made my week comfortable. The host responded quickly to questions I had, and when I got lost finding the apartment the assistant came to find me. Super friendly and helpful There isn’t anything I didn’t like.
