• Susan (10/5): The accommodation was lovely, it is a basement flat in a beautiful Georgian Terrace. The lounge and both bedrooms opened - Beautifully located close to all amenities. Loved the design and styling of the flat, loved having outside space on both bedrooms and the lounge. we went on a particularly hot weekend and the flat was lovely and cool. There was nothing to dislike.

• Alessandro (8/5): ndon just keeps getting better and better - Spazzi enormi e pulizia We booked an apartment for seven people (including two children), but instead of proper beds, we were only provided with two double beds, a small sofa bed, and a very uncomfortable folding cot. To make matters worse, towels were missing. The bathrooms were also problematic: the shower in one was scalding hot, while the other kept flooding. The price was completely disproportionate to the quality of the stay

• Adrian (10/5): A lovely stay in London with the grandchildren, location was great, safe and near to the underground station - Beautiful apartment, well presented and very comfortable, everything in it you would need for your stay. The host was always available to reply to any messages, first class service Would highly recommend Nothing to dislike
• Christina (6/5): Sehr schöne Lage, geschmacklich nett eingerichtet, aber hier und da erneuerungsbedüftig! - Die Lage ist wirklich super! In der Nähe des Hydepark und einer Underground…Perfekt!! Das Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, einen kleinen Anstrich könnte das Appartement auch mal wieder gebrauchen und vielleicht muss an der Ein oder anderen Stelle mal etwas repariert werden. Bei unserem Aufenthalt ging die Dusche in dem kleinen Bad nicht, es war wahnsinnig heißes Wasser, was man nicht kälter stellen konnte.🤷‍♀️
• FREDERIC (7/5): Logement spacieux près des transports - Emplacement très bien dans un quartier sûr, chic et propre. Logement très spacieux idéal pour que chacun ait son espace. Décoration très soignée. Adaptateurs et chargeurs mis à disposition. Chauffage au sol très agréable. Réactivité de notre hôte quand nous nous sommes aperçu que les clés Klévio ne fonctionnaient pas à notre arrivée. Douche de la chambre principale cassée, le panier du haut du lave vaisselle se déboite à chaque ouverture, nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir les portes donnant sur les extérieurs (ni dans le salon, ni dans la chambre principale), pas de balayette pour les toilettes dans le WC du couloir, pas de sac dans la poubelle de la salle de bain et peut-être produit de toilette insuffisant pour une famille de 5 personnes pour 4 jours. Enfin il manque un mode d'emploi pour la cuisinière AGA (du moins nous ne l'avons pas trouvé)
• María (7/5): Agradable - La ubicación excelente y el trato del propietario muy decente. Las camas de las habitaciones muy cómodas. El sistema de llaves electrónicas no siempre funciona. Deberian dar una llave provisional por si la app falla La ducha del cuarto principal se salia el agua y la del segundo cuarto tenia el regulador de temperatura estropeado. Salía el agua hirviendo por lo que era imposible ducharse

• massimiliano (8/5): - Difficoltà con il sistema di apertura della porta. Non adatta ad ospitare oltre 4 adulti e 2 bambini. La struttura e sottoposta al livello stradale e poco luminosa.
• Khalid Ali (6/5): السكن بدون راحة - الموقع ممتاز سهل الوصول للخدمات والأماكن السياحية. لم يكن الاعلان صادق وواضح الشقة بالأسفل البيسمنت ولم يذكر اكتفى بوضع صورة المبنى الفخم من الخارج. الصعوبة التعقيد لفتح الأبواب واجبارزا على استخدام التطبيق وتنزيل بالهاتف الجوال لفتح الأبواب وظللت فترة لاتعلم على طريقه عمله. لم أرى اي احد من المضيفين واظتفوا المراسلة والهاتف في حين كنت في مأزق لولا مساعدة سائق التاكسي والجار للشقة لتحديد اين الشقة ثم كيف افتح الباب. لم يكونوا متعاونين حتى مع علمهم مشكلتي لحضورهم لحلها وكانت صدمة بالنسبة ليوضعت الكثير من الوقت وعائلتي بإنتظار بالتاكسي لاخل المشكلة مطا ملفني مبلغا ماليا اضافيا تحملته بنفسي. عدم الافصاح عن موقع الشقة بالأسفل البيسمنت مع درج وبدون مصعد وحالتنا الصحية صعبة بحمل كل عدد الحقائب الثقيلة لوحدي على الدرج وكنت في قمة اسفي على أسلوب التسويق المضلل بدون توضيح الصور للموقع الشقة بالصور وانها ملاصقة لشقة أخرى بشكل مباشر ومزعح. وأخيرا.. اشكر الموظف للتسجيل بتفهم موقفي وتأخرت نصف ساعة عن موعد الخروج 11 ص ولكنهم ارسلوا ايمييل لي يسألوني اين مفتاح الباب للساحة الصغيرة لجانب الشقة!! ولا أعلم عنه شي والباب مغلق بشكل كامل بدون مفتاح.. واصروا انني ممكن رايته فقلت لهم انتم تغلقون الباب وتحتفطون بالمفتاح للأمان وهذا ما ظننته وارسلت ردي لهم. السكن مع هذه الشقة والشركة فعلا ازعجني بشكل كبير لا انصح بالسكن لديهم.

Easy to contact the host, and extremely helpful ( thank you Rubie) Great value for money. Everything you need is in the property ( washing up liquid, soap powder, dishwasher tables etc) not being able to access the property, (App wasn’t working for me) People letting themselves into the property ( estate agent with client ) Next people wanting to come in and leave their luggage. Light outside needs to work. State the apartment is in the basement Flat I (this is not the number one) and the buzzer is flat A.
