• Sebastian (8/5): Overall, it was a good stay, with a few things left to improve. - We arrived with a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) and were presented a clean and super nice Finca. It provided all the amenities we needed to make ourselves feel home, initially. The bedrooms and adjacent bathrooms provided a homey feeling, and the level of detail throughout the house conveyed a truly Majorcan flair. The outdoor pool was really nice and the property is kept in neat condition. The area is quiet and really beautiful to enjoy and unwind. Considering the price we paid for our 10 day stay, we, unfortunately, did not have running water, because of a mal-functioning water pump. Hence, we were left with having to, e.g., take a shower with water only dripping from the fosset/showerhead. Additionally, the beds were rather old and "over-used", so that sleeping was not for all visitors comfortable. Moreover, there is not sufficient trash removal opportunities on the property. In our case, someone came in the morning at the end of our stay, to pick up the trash from the day before. The provided trash bins filled up within 2 days of us (family of 5) arriving there, so that throughout our stay we had to find dumpsters (using our car) to dispose of the trash. The parasols need to be replaced, one is completely ripped in pieces, and the second one is not far from it either.
• Lauren (8/5): Beautiful, quiet property but needs air con - Beautiful, well kept property with amazing views. Very private and quiet, we felt safe when we were there. The outdoor kitchen was great and provided shade. Liked that every bedroom has an en-suite plus there is a guest toilet downstairs. Lovely big pool. No air conditioning was a big factor, this was a struggle on very hot days. The rental company provided us with fans which helped but it was a shame not to have respite from the heat with air con. Lacking some basics, such as salt, pepper, oil, enough washing up materials etc. would have been handy to have more of those available when we got there. Also only one chopping board! Would benefit from more. Could have done with a couple more umbrellas around the pool.
