Guest Reviews
- Kathleen (8/5): Overall it was good stay - Comfortable bed.
A few more shelves would have been good in main room and bathroom .There was plenty of wall space for them.
Communication with host was very good A second bedside lamp would have been welcome.
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tina (1/5): Not recommended. - Long story - however firstly we could not get access to the property as the host did not respond to our many phone calls or texts. The gate leading to the tiny house was locked and had another car parked in front of it. We could only see the house through the gate to discover that the tiny house was not as advertised and nothing like the photos. It is located right next to a house in a side yard right next to the road. There were two tiny houses within metres of each other in an overgrown yard area and this was not the setting we anticipated.
It is important to note that Tiny Away themselves were wonderful to deal with and we did receive a full refund. The issues seem to lie with the host. Do not recommend if you are looking for a Tiny House stay in a private rural setting as this house is basically in someone’s yard.
- Alessandro (9/5): Overall, my stay in the tiny house was incredibly cozy and well-organized, but clearer directions an - Staying at this tiny house was an absolute delight! Despite its compact size, the space is incredibly well-organized, making it feel much larger than it actually is. Every inch of the house has been thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and functionality.
The interior is warm and cozy, with modern amenities that make you feel right at home. From the cleverly tucked-away storage to the cozy bed and fully equipped kitchenette, everything is in its perfect place, leaving no clutter. It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway or even an extended stay. I highly recommend this tiny house for anyone seeking a charming, well-organized, and comfortable stay. While the tiny house itself is wonderful, there are a few things to keep in mind, especially for those arriving at night. The property lacks clear signage or arrows to guide visitors to the tiny house, which can be confusing in the dark. Also, during heavy rain, the grass becomes very wet, and without a paved path, there’s a risk of your car getting stuck in the mud. It would be helpful if there were better directions and perhaps a solid path to the house to make late arrivals easier and safer.
