• Erden (7/5): Merkeze yakın ve ferah. - Konumu, ferahlığı. Koca kepçeler var iken kaşık ve çatal yoktu. Pencereler zor kapanıyordu. Bu nedenle gürültü var idi dışarıda.
• Jason (3/5): Location is good, but can't recommend. - Location is fantastic, centrally located its very easy to get around You'll need earplugs. The flat is in a very old building so has no soundproofing, this was made worse as the flat is located close to a party area of the city so I was kept awake most nights by the revellers outside, the partygoers in the apartment upstairs coming home at 4am or the bin trucks cleaning up the city in the early hours each morning. The arrival guide also needs to be updated as it tells you that homes are numbered with a blue sign and businesses a white one, however the house sign has now weathered so much its white not blue. This was confusing when checking in late.

• Edward (7/5): Central stay in Florence - Oriuolo Apartment is situated a couple of metres from the Duomo and the square that surrounds it, with its many restaurants and cafés. There are also eating options on the same road, as well as a convenience store right next door to the building entrance that stocks anything you might need. The apartment is large, with a living area and a main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A sleeper couch was set up in the living area for our daughter, while my wife and I occupied the bedroom. There is a functional kitchen with instant coffee sachets and basic essentials. The road outside can be quite busy until late, with revellers walking home from their night out. Mamo provides excellent support, both online and by phone, when needed. We found the choice to provide an air fryer instead of a microwave a little odd. When self-catering, we often pick up easy meals from a convenience store to warm in a microwave and eat.

Приехали на час раньше, любезно разрешили расположиться. Комфортная и чистая квартира в самом центре, но тихая улица. Недостатков нет.

• Marion (8/5): - L'emplacement qui est idéal pour visiter Florence à pied. L'espace de l'appartement et les équipements adaptés à une famille de 4 personnes. Logement très propre et équipe à l'écoute. Les moustiques qui ont littéralement rendu nos nuits très courtes. Ma fille a été piquée sur tout le visage dès la première nuit. Une prise anti moustiques avait été fournie mais elle n'a pas suffit.

We would absolutely recommend it to others - The property is ideally located right next to the Duomo, with the train and bus stations just a short walk away. We enjoyed convenient day trips, including a one-hour train ride to Pisa and a 1.5-hour bus journey to the Outlet Mall in Firenze. The area itself was very clean and had a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere that made our visit even more enjoyable. While our overall experience was positive, there are a few areas that could be improved. On our first day, we had a cold shower because the geyser switch was off, clear signage or instructions would be helpful to avoid this issue for future guests. The kitchen was quite narrow, which made it a bit difficult to move around comfortably, and we felt that providing an electric kettle would be a useful addition for convenience.

• Joseph (3/5): Apt is in a great location but NO elevator. - The location is great. Apartment is large and bright and clean. Close to everything and all in walking distance. Property is advertised as having a lift,elevator. There is no elevator. We are seniors travelling from other countries with large suitcases. There are 4 flights of stairs ( 2 per floor) with 10 and 11 stairs per flight. Very exhausting for even healthy people. We attempted 12 phone calls and emails, with no reply. The one phone call from them was because they sent a contractor to our apt by mistake and he entered, no knock, with his own key ad we were extremely surprised !!!! You can't feel secure here. We were told it was a mistake and were very apologetic, but the deed was done. I asked why no reply to phone and email messages and was told they have over 200 apts and not all messages can be replied to ???? I asked why no lift as advertised and was told to send the info by email, which we did. Again, no reply. Extremely non responsive to calls and emails !!!!!
• Esther (10/5): An absolute gem..... - What an absolutely amazing find. Location is unbelievable!!! 4 of us stayed here. The bed in the living room would hear a lot of noise from the street but it didn't bother us at all. You don't hear it from the bedroom.  Just a really lovely place that has everything you need.  Host were great and gave an excellent recommendation for food. Bacco Matto - probably my favourite food in my week long trip around Italy.  Overall loved my stay. Would highly recommend! 
• Hernan (9/5): Very nice and recomemded appartment in Florence - Great location, a few blocks from the Duomo and near city center... Walking distance to all the main atractions! Also sourranded by restaurants, and with a Carrefour Market in the same Block. The apartment is very spacious, with a large living room and a master bedroom. The bathroom is also large and comfortable, although it has a step in the middle that is somewhat annoying. They kitchen is quite small, but functional. Not a problem if you are not going to be cooking. You are in the middle of the city center, so there's noise from the street starting eraly in the day.

Both easy to get to. use the lift to the beach area and port or it's a bit of a hike down the steps. Little slippy in the morning. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Liked everything about the suite

• Janet (8/5): Tidy and centrally located. - The location is very convenient - there's a convenience grocery store a few doors down, the cathedral and museum are a few short blocks, and the train station is a mere 20 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and spacious. You could open the windows. The key pad, at the building's front entrance, didn't work the first five times we tried it. The ground floor is referred to as '0', the next floor up is considered to be the first floor. The property's description said the apartment is on the 2nd floor. We found it on what we would consider to be the 3rd. There's no coffee machine, but there's instant coffee, some tea and a kettle. The outlet closest to the bathroom mirror doesn't seem to accept the hair dryer plug, but works in the one lower down on the wall. The cord of the hair dryer, then, isn't long enough to allow standing in front of the mirror. Didn't find any cutlery in the kitchen. It was challenging to find any English language on the tv. It would be great if a night light was provided in the bathroom, to help with navigating the steps in the middle of the night.

• Terry (10/5): Right in the heart of Florence - Amazing location, walking distance to the train station (15min), attractions and heaps of local restaurants, loved it. With a great location sometimes comes more activity, so be prepared for some street noise in the evenings, but it does quieten down as the evening goes on.
• Douglas (9/5): Great place to stay when visiting Florence. - You can't ask for a better location to visit Old Florence. Highly recommend staying at this location. Building is old and there isn't a lift. That is well explained in the ad, so it wasn't a surprise. That was my only issue.

• Desiree (7/5): If you are looking for perfect location- this is it! - the location was exceptional and apartment was very spacious. the communication from the owners was really great- it made checking in so much easier! the noise on the street at all hours of the night made it very difficult to sleep. although there were windows w/shutters, you could still hear it. when someone in the building would come in, it sounded like they were in the same room. wish the washer had a dryer option as well!

Door seemed less secure and it worked well to leave keys in box rather than carrying them. Overall a very nice apartment and a great location with easy access to everything! Would have like a few more amenities in the kitchen. Hot water pot, good. Cups, but no silverware at all. No spoons or anything to eat with. Odd. Only one instant coffee packet (but not essential since bakery across street, I guess).
