• Ying-germ (6/5): Not too bad - Caravan is warm and cozy, good to stay one night here before you take the plane. It’s good to be able to check in early. Caravan is cozy but it’s definitely not for 4 people to stay. Shower were full of hair and water on the floor, and it was quite sandy in the caravan.

• Axel (4/5): - L’emplacement est top, la forêt tout autour La salle de bain, les toilettes et la cuisine commune étaient propre et bien chauffé Malgré tout, nous étions heureux d’être en Laponie donc nous gardons un bon souvenir de ce séjour dans l’établissement Nous avions réservé ce logement pour 4 adultes. La personne en charge nous avait confirmé que cela ne poserait aucun problème. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté qu’il n’y avait en réalité qu’un seul petit lit double, un lit ne pouvant supporter que 20 kg maximum (information non précisée dans l’annonce) et un petit canapé. Le logement est en fait adapté pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant de moins de 20 kg, et non pour 4 adultes comme indiqué lors de la réservation. Nous avons donc dû dormir à deux sur le canapé. De plus, le chauffage fonctionnait à notre arrivée mais a cessé de fonctionner durant la nuit. Heureusement, nous avions deux couettes par personne.

Magasin d'alimentation à 5mn Tarif pour le secteur J'avais choisi la caravane mais très déçu, pas d'accès aux équipements de la caravane (toilettes, eau, prise électrique) J'y ai dormi une nuit, le lit peu confortable. Mais le lendemain la demoiselle m'a offert de prendre une chambre dans l'hôtel et là c'était parfait, ça m'a fait oublier la première nuit.

• Nina (6/5): An emergency option in high season - Good equipment of the hostel common spaces, caravan was warm, good for 2 people, 4 is too much, very limited space. Caravan was ok, but for the wc and washing you had to go to the hostel, frankly quite an exorbitant price per night for what it is, like if the price was 30% of what was asked, I would say an amazing option for 1 - 2 nights... But not more when u r more than 2 persons.
• Fyza (1/5): Bad - The heater was broken during check in.When email was not replied to the number given also unresponsive.After 5 hours of sleeping in a very cold caravan we were able to contact the caravan pic and have the heater repaired.
• Sandra (7/5): Ok for the price but some safety issues - Location and price Noise at night, unable to lock front door and unable to to use bathroom in the caravan PLEASE DO NOT USE I got an electric shock just opening door. Not enough bedding for the amount of guests.

• Muhammad (7/5): Good - it’s great for the price, shared facilities, location to santa claus village, and changeable from table to additional bed in the caravan should be clear from the start if the caravan max for 4 adults. But in booking.com app, it said max 6 persons but one of it is for child with max 20kgs. So need to do some arrangement it is possible to fit 6 adults to sleep.

• Ana (5/5): Good for the price - It was conveniently located and very easy to find. Booked the caravan but due to heating issues we had to stay in the inn instead and it was hard to communicate with staff working at the inn for me as no one really understood English. Luckily my partner speaks Mandarin and that is what saved us.
