• Nic (7/5): Nice view, great staff, helpful host but isolated and not the cleanest - The resort looks unreal, very beautiful, the staff and the owner of the private apartment was amazing as I had to check out super early for a tour on my last day they accommodated this well and even printed out my boarding pass to save me the hassle, the room comes with a blanket better than expected because it says sheets not included bed was comfy. The 2 strongest things this place has going for it view and staff and for the price you won't anything in sharm for better. Room is a decent side living space with 2 bathrooms and a bedroom, kettle and microwave. Never had time to check if they work was hardly there as I was busy with trips. I'd want to go back because of the people but the location is just too far away from anything worth visiting. Check requires 2 deposits one for keycard and one for room did not know this and ot blindsided me. Unless you leave through reception you've got to tell the guard your room number every time you enter or exit which is just irritating. Location is beautiful but food and necessities options are limited, I think there's one supermarket fairly good prices for sharm and some restaurants didn't see them but I'm sure there are some, aside from this the resort is isolated and a few miles away. The apartment was at the most isolated part of the a good 5 minute walk from reception the view view is spectacular though, the room hadn't been cleaned since it's last occupant, a wrap and few empty bottles, tv remote dosen't work, door to the balcony jams, no toilet paper in either bathroom and stains in the toilet. Didn't a wifi box other guests have complained that there's no wi-fi, I can neither confirm or deny this as I just used my mobile data.

• Gemma (1/5): Disgusting wont give your money back - Nothing We literally walked in stayed 5 minutes and walked out tv didn't work no washing machine 1 quilt for 3 people 1 towel that looked like someone had wiped their arse on it the smell of the room was disgusting unclean pigeons in the room and pigeon poop everywhere water slides wasnt on pools green I wouldn't put a animal in there it was that bad then when I told the staff they said ok and refused to give my money back and booking.com hasn't helped trying to get it back either so be very careful when booking

• Mladen (1/5): Cockroach next to the bed - Nothing to like worst booking ever Never been clean check the picture I gonna upload them here on the floor table being taped I didn’t sleep even one night there. I just find another hotel and run our way there also they want 700 Egyptian pound deposit for the room.
• Patric (2/5): Don’t judge a book by its cover - The architecture of the outside is very pleasing , the site is massive , the highlight was a) the supermarket - great prices the best in sharm el sheikh & b) the pizza place a pizza & large bottle of water for just £2 was amazing . The replica of the Taj Mahal makes some great photos Access is a bit difficult due to security & the fact that each apartment is owned & managed by different people to reception . My place hadn’t been cleaned , I cleaned everything but when the microwave blew up I put my foot down , sadly it wasn’t replaced before I left but I did manage to get my place cleaned I was so grateful that I let them keep my security deposit , you need to bring your own bedding towels toilet roll & toiletries plus cleaning products it’s not good for a short stay and if you haven’t got a car you’re miles from anything

Flat was dirty found orange pips on the floor Not enough plates no towels or WiFi provided as stated. They also tried to fine me £30 for just popping into see my friend that travelled from Cairo he booked last minute. I had already paid out £80 to rent a WiFi box which left me short of money and my other trips were cancelled.

El apartamento no es el de las fotos. Los electrodomésticos no funcionaban, sobre todo la nevera que no cerraba y era un bloque de hielo. La ventanas y puertas del balcón no cerraban bien. No estaba limpio y carecía de muchos servicios. Si es para pasar una noche en un lugar económico, no está del todo mal.

• Çağdaş (1/5): Do not ever stay here if you have no other choice - Nothing There was a mice in the room, making sounds all night. Water was yellow, we couldn’t shower. Room was so dirty and they had no clean sheets for the bed, we had to sleep on the couch. I sat down on the bed and it fell down. Everything was disaster. We had no keys for the apartment door. We had to wait for them to buzz the door. One reception employee blocked us from whatsapp, because we asked to open the door.

• Valerie (1/5): A real nightmare :Accomodation absolutely to be avoided - Nothing. When we arrived for the first of January, the owner cancelled our booking at the last minute. It was already late and clearly too late to find another place where to sleep, so that we had to stay at the reception for hours without any solutions. One property we could see was anyway twice smaller than described on booking.com, not comfortable at all and very dirty. They said everything was booked out. This type of accommodation is expensive for what you get and clearly totally unreliable.I highly recommand to avoid by all means if you do not want to have bad surprises
