Phoebe (8/5): Great beach holiday, close to the jetty and town - The location was great, the house was simple but had everything you needed. Great backyard including a treehouse for the kids to explore. Can walk or bike to Busselton jetty. The blinds in the bedrooms weren’t great and let a lot of light in, especially in the early mornings.
Rhys (4/5): Dirty, needs a full deep clean and revamp - The location was was good unfortunately that was all The quality of this property is beyond The whole place was full of dust, all the kitchen utensils were on the dining table, no plates or cutlery were clean had to wash everything you take out to use, and you wouldn't be game to sit outside spider webs leaves all over the place It really wasn't good enough
Susan (7/5): - The name courthouse is misleading it is in orchid Court, it made it difficult to find where the accommodation was when booking. The bed mattress topper needs renewing it was uncomfortable to sleep on
Dorothy (4/5): Won't be returning. - Location was excellent. The back garden was beautiful A comfortable bed would have been better. Inside of kitchen cupboards were smelly. Inside of oven was not clean. Window blinds were difficult to operate so we left them as we found them i.e. partially open, which made the interior very dark.

Penny (10/5): Surprise Visit to Busselton - Home away from home. Lovely quiet location. Had everything you need and more. Even washing powder, a few condiments, cling wrap to tide you over until you do your grocery shop. Only thing I'd have liked to have had would have been a dishwasher. But it wasn't a biggie. Highly recommended. Lack of dishwasher and bed was a little small for my personal taste. Not a reflection on the property though.

For the price it was very average - poor facilities not even any tea or coffee. I ended up sitting on an understuffed bean bag on a concrete floor - it just wasn’t a nice place to stay.
