• Christian (10/5): - Super komfortable Wohnung mit super Lage. Zentral und ruhig gelegen. Klasse Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht. Hatten die Wohnung im EG. Sogar elektronische Rolläden. Der Zugang zur Wohnung geht nur mittels App. Teilweise kompliziert und funktioniert bei uns nicht immer sofort. Also bloß nicht das Handy vergessen 😄 Fernseher ohne deutsche Programme. Netflix funktioniert ebenso nicht. Highlight wäre eine Dachterrasse gewesen. Hatten wir aber vorher gewusst. Aber, alles Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

The apartment is spacious, very clean and modern, has anything and everything you need in there - and if you can't find anything, just text the owner who is very responsive! He helped us organize a taxi too while there was a strike. The location is also amazing, right in the heart of Plaka - old historic area of Athens. I can not rate this place highly enough!

• Gail (9/5): A comfortable sanctuary steps away from the best that Plaka had to offer. - This location was just amazing. It was very private, quiet and safe, but close to EVERYTHING. We walked everywhere, including to the Acropolis, and there were great restaurants very close by, as well as the flea market and a small supermarket. When we left, we took the X95 bus to the airport, and again, we walked to the stop in Syntagma Square at 4:30 am in the morning. Very safe. The street that the property was on felt very quiet (birds were chirping away) even though there were restaurants on the street. And when you entered the property itself, it was a welcoming, soothing sanctuary. The app-generated key was perfect. Lots of towels, and mats for the bathroom floor, a beautiful kitchen, TV in living AND bedroom, patio to sip coffee (which was included). We had a ground floor apartment, but there was a LIFT for the apartments on higher floors. Even though we never met Ioanna, her customer service was thoughtful and prompt. Before we arrive in Athens, she offered to arrange for a taxi to the apartment because there was a taxi strike, that we were not even aware of. We took the metro instead, and it was an easy transfer, with about an 8 minute walk from Monastiriki station. This property was a vacation haven, and a pleasure to return to every time. The bathroom is lovely, but the glass separating the shower from the rest of the room is about 6 inches too short. Consequently, every time someone took a shower, the bathroom floor got wet. Luckily, we found extra bathroom mats to help mitigate that.

We absolutely loved the location: tucked away on a quiet street, yet just a short walk from the lively atmosphere of Plaka. We were able to walk almost everywhere, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. A special mention for the bed — it was exceptionally comfortable! Nothing really, we appreciated everything.

• Robert (10/5): Fantastic stay in the heart of Athens - We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The location is superb, right in the heart of Plaka and within easy walking distance of the Acropolis, restaurants, cafes and shops. Despite being so central, the apartment felt peaceful and secure. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped for everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the space felt authentic yet modern. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The digital key system worked smoothly and all instructions were clear and helpful. We felt very well looked after throughout. Overall, a brilliant base for exploring Athens and the islands. Highly recommended. The only small point worth mentioning is that we had misunderstood the listing and thought our apartment would have a balcony. Some of the upper apartments do have them, but ours did not. It was not an issue during our stay, but the listing could perhaps make that distinction a little clearer to avoid confusion, as we genuinely assumed it was included.

È stato tutto perfetto, arrivati e trovato libero subito l’appartamento, biscotti, caffè nespresso, cucina attrezzata e comoda specie con un neonato di 7 mesi. Letto comodo, struttura nuova pulita e silenziosa. Posizione top. L’host è stato di una disponibilità incredibile mi ha fatto tenere l’appartamento fino alle 8 della sera perché avevamo il volo alle 23. • Judith (10/5): Perfect, modern, spacious apartment for a family in the middle of Plaka - This was a perfect apartment for us and our two teenage kids. Full fledged kitchen (which we didn’t use except for coffee/tea as there were so many good restaurants close by), modern equipment, nice bathrooms, rooftop terrace, great beds…). Location couldn’t have been better, right in the midst of Plaka with cafés, restaurants, shops just a few steps away, yet very quiet (you could only hear the neighbors a/c when you opened the window. Check-in/out plus organization of taxi to/from the airport went smoothly and Ioannis (host) was always there to reach via whatsapp and even gave us tips for restaurants/shops. Would clearly book again! None!

Según las fotos el departamento que yo alquilé estaba en un segundo o tercer piso del mismo edificio. Si bien todos los departamentos tienen los mismos acabados y mobiliario, el departamento que recibí estaba en planta baja, incluso más abajo del nivel de la calle, por lo que no tenía ninguna de las vistas de las fotos.

• Liliana (10/5): Smooth, secure entry. Near everything/walkable. Modern, clean with all that we needed. - This contemporary, clean accommodation was nestled in a quaint, walking only, lively neighborhood. It was in close proximity to so much like, The Acropolis (and museums), Syntagma, Panathenaic Stadium etc. The host was readily available to answer any questions and provide recommendations. The host thought of everything: lots of towels, washing machine, luggage benches, safe, dishwasher, tons of coffee pods and cane sugar, lots of toilet paper, extra pillows, shampoo/soaps, filtered water, ETC...even extras like a bottle of red wine and biscuits :) We have no complaints about this fantastic accommodation! Parking was available at a nearby lot (3 minute walk) and cost 30 Euros per day (this is not run by the accommodation). In general, parking is problematic in Athens. Even though we wish parking were at the accommodation and not so costly, we did appreciate the walkability of the neighbourhood and using Google maps were able to find our way easily.

• Madelynn (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the BEST location in Plaka - Perfect location right in the middle of Plaka with a fabulous view of the Acropolis from the top floor! Restaurants, shops & a little supermarket are right on your doorstep & you can walk to all of Athens attractions. Located on a pedestrian only street so it’s very quiet & safe. The 2 bedroom unit is on 2 levels with a bedroom & bathroom on each level. Lower level has the kitchen & washing machine/dryer & upper level has a dining & lounge room. Great for 2 couples. The unit is like new with lovely furnishings, high quality fittings & comfy beds & it is impeccably clean. Stay here-you won’t be disappointed! Nothing, everything was perfect 👌

• Susan (10/5): Other than the confusion when we first arrived (didn’t have code to gate, etc.) everything was wonderful!! - Absolutely perfect location!!! Just walk a few feet snd you’re in the heart of Plaka. Perfect location, perfect apartment!!! Everything about it was perfect and I am truly picky!!! I liked everything about it! Although we had a small mix up checking in the management worked everything out and made everything as seamless as possible!!!

Duplex con terraza con jacuzzi muy bonito. Faltaría poner un toldo en el jacuzzi porque con el calor que hace en Atenas en Verano se estaría mucho mejor y mas agradable.

• Brendan (10/5): Amazing location and apartment!! - The communication from our host Ioannis was excellent and he made the check in seamless as well as providing some great suggestions for local places to visit or eat. The apartment was spotless, modern and in an excellent location with great options to eat literally outside the door and only a short walk to the city centre. We will definitely be back. Nothing.

• Hannah (10/5): Perfect! - Perfect location in Plaka. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, markets, acropolis, etc. Comfortable couch with smart TV to watch Netflix. Complimentary bottle of wine and nespresso machine. Everything was clean. Woman who was cleaning the apartments was very welcoming and kind.
• Bin (10/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr zentral und in einer schönen Gegend mit vielen Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen. Direkt in der Nähe kann man einkaufen. Sehr gut ausgestattet, wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr bequeme Betten. Check-in war unkompliziert. Es gibt die Möglichkeit einen Flughafen-Transfer über den Gastgeber organisieren zu lassen. Der Service war ausgezeichnet - trotz extremer Verspätung des Fluges. Nichts. Alles war pefekt! Man sollte nur bedenken, dass es am Abend ein wenig laut werden kann in der Nachbarschaft. Wenn man das wunderschöne Appartment zur Straßenseite hat, dann hört man auch mal was.

L'appartamento era pulitissimo, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è impareggiabile: nel suggestivo quartiere di Plaka, a pochi minuti a piedi dall’Acropoli e dalle principali attrazioni della città. La strada è tranquilla ma piena di vita, con negozietti e ristoranti deliziosi a pochi passi. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata semplice e professionale. Sono stati cordiali, disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa fin dal primo momento. Consigliatissimo a chiunque visiti Atene: che sia la prima volta o no, questo posto rende davvero indimenticabile il soggiorno. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Da ingegnere, e con esperienza nella progettazione e ristrutturazione di edifici storici in Italia, non posso che fare i complimenti a Ioannis per l'eccellente lavoro svolto. Gli appartamenti sono stati ristrutturati con grande cura: finiture di alta qualità, impianti di riscaldamento, raffrescamento, acqua calda ed elettrici perfetti. Un lavoro davvero impeccabile. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t be better—right in the charming Plaka district, just a short walk from the Acropolis and other major attractions. The street is quiet yet full of life, with lovely shops and restaurants just around the corner. Communication with the hosts was smooth and professional. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home from the very first moment. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Athens—whether it’s your first time or not, this place truly makes your stay unforgettable. We would love to come back!
