Tini.B. (9/5): Ein wiklich tolles Hotel am Fuß des Wilden Kaisers - Ein wirklich tolles Hotel das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können. Unsere Suite war gross und toll geschnitten. Wir hatten 2 Fernseher und sogar einen Kachelofen. Die Matratzen waren top, selbst für meinen Mann der ein Rückenleiden hat. Das Bad war mit Badewanne und Fussbodenheizung ausgestattet, was wir als besonders angenehm empfanden. Wir hatten Abendessen mitgebucht und es hat uns wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt. Serviert wurde es uns im gemütlich warmen Pavillion. Es gibt genügend Platz zum parken. Allerdings ist der Parkplatz nicht direkt am Hotel, was auch unser einziger Kritikpunkt ist. Man muss das Gepäck einige Meter bis zum Zimmer tragen, oder in "Schubkarren" transportieren, was auch nicht unbedingt leichter ist, weil es ziemlich bergauf geht.

Markus (9/5): Tolles Hotel - freundliches Personal und super Essen - Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Service und sehr gutem Abendessen und Frühstück. Das man beim Frühstück 25 Minuten auf den ersten Café warten musste - die Mitarbeiterin war alleine und konnte die vielen Gäste nicht zeitnah bedienen. Dies ist der alleinige Punktabzug.

(10/5): Wer den Wilden Kaiser liebt ist hier im Leitenhof genau an der richtigen Adresse! - Die Freundlichkeit vom gesamten Personal einfach nur MEGA, besonders die sehr nette Dame beim Abendessen möchte ich hier noch mal hervorheben! Hier ist der Gast eben noch König bzw. Kaiser ;-)! Das Essen war sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen (4 Gänge plus Salat-Buffet) kann man sich hier kulinarisch absolut verwöhnen lassen. Unser super schönes Chalet mit Sauna, Kamin & Co. war wunderbar und hat uns die Zeit hier im Leitenhof sehr angenehm warm & kuschelig gestaltet. Guter Ausgangpunkt für eine Wanderung zum schönen Hintersteiner See oder auch die Fahrzeit zu den Seilbahnen in Scheffau oder auch in Ellmau sind sehr kurz. Wir sind durch den Hochnebel hochgefahren und konnten dann den freien Blick in der Sonne auf den WK ausgiebig bei Almdulder, Kaiserschmarrn & Co. genießen. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen und können Sie daher auch nur jedem zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Tirol im Herbst bei der Sonne und mit den Farben hat sich uns definitiv in einer von seiner sicherlich schönsten Seite gezeigt. Wir sind einfach nur dankbar für die schöne Zeit zu Fuße eines wilden und vor allem traumhaften Bergmassives!

Th88 (8/5): Tolle Hochzeitslocation in Tirol - Großzügige, saubere Zimmer mit viel Liebe zum Detail, freundliches Servicepersonal Beim Check-Out wollte man uns den Aufenthalt nochmals in Rechnung stellen, obwohl die Nächtigung bereits über Booking bezahlt war. Auf unseren Hinweis gab es keine Entschuldigung — sehr enttäuschend.
Tusket (10/5): Tolles Hotel in traumhafter Kulisse! - Das Hotel ist in der Konzeption schon außergewöhnlich.Die Zimmer/Suiten/Chalets sind auf einem großen Bereich verteilt.Der Blick aud die Berge ist großartig.Der Schwimmteich ist groß und bietet Liegemöglichkeiten.Unsere Suite war mit 45 qm sehr elegant ausgestattet und das Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und Wanne versehen.Das Frühstück war großartig und vielfältig.Das Abendessen als 5 Gang Menü qualitativ hochwertig und sehr lecker.Über das Personal kann man nur gutes berichten!Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Ambiente! Dies hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun: durch die Lage ist es notwendig beim verlassen der Anlage entweder steil bergauf oder bergab zu wandern.Für geheingeschränkte nicht empfehlenswert!

Sonja (10/5): Das leckere Essen fehlt uns schon jetzt. - Die Naturverbundenheit der Einrichtung und die Außenanlagen waren herrlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl, die Barista brachte besten Espresso. Der Grillabend war phänomenal und die Küche zauberte stets leckere Abendessen. Die Zimmer waren top gepflegt. Mir ist bewusst, dass Musikgeschmack sehr individuell ist. Aber ich muss sagen, dass ich das Küchenteam beneidet habe. Da kam coole Musik raus.

Stefan (10/5): Exceptional - Everything The chalet was perfect for a family, it has everything you need. It was warm, comfortable and cosy. I liked the coffee machine and the Marshall Action III Bluetooth home speaker. The restaurant was authentic and the food was delicious and perfect. We liked that there were a set menu for dinner and not a buffet. Very convenient shuttle service to the cable car gondola. The chalet has only one bathroom and one toilet which is a bit tight for 6 people
Meghan (10/5): Perfect Ski Getaway - We absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Leitenhof. The royal chalet was perfect for us and had more than everything we needed for 8 days of skiing. Skiwelt was a short drive away, and if you don't have a car (or don't want to park at the ski resort) a shuttle runs frequently. The food was great, the staff wonderfully attentive, and in general it was a perfect getaway! Would absolutely stay again!

The location was challenging, since the it is positioned on high slope 10 minutes walking from the bus station of scheffau.

We hope we can return! - This is an extremely comfortable, beautiful, family-run hotel with all of the best services of a large first class hotel, but it feels like being hosted by close friends. We stayed four nights and enjoyed every day and night. We loved the well furnished chalet, the beautiful bathroom and roomy sauna, the very comfortable beds, the extra nice linens and towels, the outdoor seating, the pool area. We appreciated the large parking lot. The meals were tremendous; the dinners had excellent choices of local cuisine. Each one an elegant surprise. Breakfast offered more options than we could sample-great breads and cheeses. Meats, fruits and vegetables, yogurts etc. Afternoon snacks were delicious and just as we needed them, eaten in the lovely salon. Best of all were the people who hosted us; at the desk, in the restaurant, housekeeping. We had access to their help with questions about the area and local services. Having traveled extensively for many years, we felt this was a remarkable discovery. Rare hosting and comfort.
Eva (3/5): Terrible value for money; old, outdated, and inflexible - Friendly front desk staff + I saw that some of the superior chalets were recently updated/remodeled I have never left a bad review ANYWHERE but I am surprised this place has this high of a rating. Value for money was very poor. Old, dusty, inflexible... I booked this for a birthday trip and have to say that the overall experience was disappointing and I left feeling like I overpaid majorly. I have to add that I made the mistake of missing the cancellation period when first booking one of their chalets for 6 people. Their cancellation policies are extremely inflexible (30 days in advance). I missed it by 5 days and called to inquire in the most friendly way to see if we could split our booking to two days in one of their smaller rooms since we were no longer traveling with a big group. They kept making me the same offer of paying 600 USD/night for the smaller room AND paying an extra night which I kept declining. I could see that there were rooms available for ~300 USD per night which made me believe it would be possible to just split my money in two but they kept refusing to rebook me blaming Booking.com policies even though Booking.com kept telling me that it was up to the accommodation. To this day I don't understand why it was so hard to help me out here. Terrible experience but ok- I get that theoretically I'm the one who missed the cancellation window but I've never dealt with a place this inflexible and ridiculously overpriced. At arrival I have to say they were very kind and offered to show us the Turm-Suite which they could rebook us to but for 400 USD per night it was very old fashioned and old... so we decided to just stick to the chalet so we didn't have to pay another 200 Euros extra. To their credit they claimed that none of the cheaper rooms were available anymore which maybe by then was true but they were definitely available 25 days ago when I first made an effort to rebook our booking. At least they were not able to give me a real explanation for why what I was asking for was so impossible.
