• Nataliya (8/5): modern comfortable location for family stays at good price - roomy and well-equipped apartment with new furniture and all necessary equipment for longer family stays. location is close to the grocery store. there is also friendly receptions staff, speaking some English. In our case, the bathroom sink did not drain well. We stayed over the weeks near the Christmas and New Year's days. Still this obvious issue for the confort was not resolved. The office and the owner did communicate well but could not arrange the plumber.

• Francisco (3/5): - Un desastre de organización. No aparecía la reserva y si no es por la persona de mantenimiento nos quedábamos en la calle. Booking, a pesar de que envío por email el número de reserva, decía que no le constaba. Al día siguiente me llamaron de Lux Bormujos Vacacional Sevilla ,les dije que tenía que mirar a ver si habían llevado una toalla, ya que faltaba una y les llamé de vuelta...no cogieron y aún estoy esperando a que me devuelvan la llamada. El propietario se disculpó y luego fue muy atento y con él muy bien, salvo eso, que se olvidó de envía las instrucciones de llegada y no sabíamos ni que apartamento era. Gracias a la persona de mantenimiento

We wasnt explained how to get in to the apartment after hours, and we was stuck outside with children for over half hour late at night . There was no one at the reception desk, and they said there was 24 hour reception, so please anyone is staying please be aware of this, and the maintenance man finally let us in. This should all be explained by the reception desk when you arrive.
• Rocío (10/5): Excelente - Todo, el alojamiento es tal y como se ve en las fotos, pero con un sillón mucho más grande y super cómodo. Está todo super limpio, tiene todas las comodidades para pasar varios días. No le falta detalle de absolutamente nada. Tiene mucho menaje de cocina, tiene secador de pelo bastante bueno. El personal de recepción nos ayudó en cualquier cosa que necesitamos. Todo está perfecto. Volveremos sin duda. La única pega es el check-Out, que es a las 10:00h, pero es entendible ya que para dejar el apartamento tal y como está de impecable, necesitan tiempo.
• Veronica (8/5): - Mi è piaciuta la pulizia dell appartamento, la posizione a 10 Min di macchina dalla metro, un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La piscina un plus La cucina non aveva stoviglie a sufficienza per 4 persone. Ci siamo adattati con quel che c'era ed è andata bene così. La lavatrice è comoda ma senza posto per stendere sufficienza e soprattutto non all'esterno. Mi sono lamentata dell' odore di fumo di ritorno dal condizionamento e un po' nel secondo giorno è migliorato.
