• steve (9/5): Nice but needs more attention to detail - Location was great , managing staff were very friendly and helpful As long as you kept the lighting low enough you’d not see the dirty stains on the fabric on the sofas and armchairs. It is a pity that the don’t maintain the condition of the furniture, which is of good quality . It could easily be maintained and will provide employment for additional cleaning staff in the locality AND a better experience for guests using the apartment.

• Rick (8/5): - Ligging,grote van het appartement,aankleding We vonden het niet echt heel schoon,etensresten op tafel en stoelen,haren in douche en een hele stoffige ventilator in badkamer(brandgevaarlijk) We verbleven 5 dagen en vonden het jammer dat er tussentijds geen handdoeken

• Eliza (9/5): Superb - Location- In old town. Close by to all the attractions and restaurants. Right above the Eiffel bridge. Staff are very helpful and responsive. Big and spacious apartment. Can be a little noisy when there are lots of tourist at the Eiffel bridge. Walk up apartment can be challenging if you have big luggage.

• Keiko (9/5): Beautiful flat with a stunning view - The location is perfect. Our flat is Just above the Eiffel Bridge and so easy to go everywhere between the old town and the other side of town. Everything is within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The flat was clean and modern, the bed was very comfortable, too. We definitely recommend it. . We couldn't find the cutlery and had to call the office. Maybe put the sticker on the hidden drawer?

• Tom (10/5): Wonderful stay in the heart of the old city. - The views from the front and back of the property (the rambla and the river). The place was clean and modern. The kitchen was updated and all of the furniture was in excellent condition. The Bravissimo team was extremely kind and responsive, and helped us throughout our stay. At times it could get noisy on the Ramblas side with late night garbage truck pickups. But that is the price you pay for a central location! We use a sound machine when we travel so it didn’t bother us. Would have been nice to have a few things for cooking (spices, oils etc).

• Lucy (8/5): Great location and spacious, but in need of a little TLC - Spacious and in a great location! The apartment has good facilities. It is bright and airy. The decor is a little tired. Some of the walls are covered in scuff marks and a lot of the paler furniture is visibly dirty. One of the balcony doors was broken (off its hinges) and the floors were not very clean on arrival - we could have done with a brush to sweep the main living space.

• Janet (9/5): A comfortable well-equipped apartment in a great location. - The apartment is in a great location, clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Two minor niggles prevented 10/10 rating: The modem was faulty and kept dropping both Wi-Fi and internet connection, requiring a reboot. This has been reported and should be fixed. One of the balcony doors was difficult to shut.

• William (10/5): In the middle of the action. - Their office was around the corner about 100m away. There is someone in the office during opening times. Tight stairs up to the apartment. Cyclists in the apartment about wore cycle shoe clattering on the floor above and on the stairs. Although that only a few minutes in the morning, we were possibly out when they returned.

Great all having a balcony and so many sunny spots Homeless people in the court yard were a pain! Shower was tricky to regulate...can you show us next time!
