• M.....T........ (10/5): - Apartman ima sve potrebno, kuhinju opremljenu, posudje svo potrebno, prostrano...i najbolje od svega u centru je pa je sve blizu ☺️
• Tabares (7/5): - Es limpio, bonito y completo. El alojamiento menciona que es un segundo piso y es realmente un cuarto o quinto piso con escaleras inclinadas. También el baño demasiado pequeña la ducha.

• Tuula (6/5): - Huoneisto oli siisti. Viestittely oli aktiivista majoittajafirman kanssa.Yllättävän paljon oli etukäteen"allekirjoitettavaa". Keittiö oli varustelultaan muuten hyvä mutta puuttui tiskiharja&rätti,tiskiaine ja kahvinkeitin oli ns.mutteripannu, ei tavallinen kahvinkeitin.Ota siis suodatin ja paperit mukaan,saat valutettua kupposellisen suoraan mukiin.Vedenkeitin oli. WiFi toimi. Piazza Santa Croce alueella mukavia ruokapaikkoja ja mahtava Basilica di Santa Croce. Avainkoodit/boxin sijainti/ohjeet pitäisi saada aikaisemmin(WiFit katosivat lentokentällä ykskaks puhelimista). Meitä oli 3 aikuista ja olisimme tarvinneet lisäavaimia. Luvattuja avaimia kyllä oli boxissa,mutta vain yksi toimiva ulko-oveen ja yksi toimiva sisäoveen.Pahoiteltiin kyllä mutta toimivia lisäavaimia ei järjestynyt ja tämä toi meille paljon liikkumishaasteita ja ylimääräistä sovittelua tapaamisista. Kylpyhuoneessa oli moni asia"vähän niin ja noin",hana,suihku,vessan vetäminen(yliäänekäs). Jääkaapista oli valunut vettä lattialle tullessamme.Korjaaja olisi kyllä tullut,mutta n.klo 22.30,sitä katsomaan? Tuolit pienen ruokapöydän ympärillä oleskelutilassa olivat isokokoiselle aika heppoiset. Ei yö-,tai lukulamppuja sängyn vieressä. Jätteiden käsittely olisi pitänyt hoitaa appin avulla,sen osoittamassa paikassa "jossakin"lähistöllä? Lähes viisikymmentä kapeaa porrasta noustavaksi huoneistoon toisessa kerroksessa.Matkalaukkujen kanssa ja sitten päivittäin.En suosittele liikuntaesteiselle tai muuten heikompi kuntoiselle. Kävelymatkaa Duomolta sen verran,ettei päivällä voinut ihan vaan"piipahtaa"lepäämässä.

• Roja (9/5): Overall, we really loved this place and would absolutely stay here again if we return to Florence. I would also happily - This property is ideally situated in one of the best areas of Florence, within walking distance of all major tourist attractions. The location is highly convenient, with excellent restaurants nearby and a convenience store just steps away for any essentials. The property itself was clean and spacious, comfortably accommodating two adults and two young children. A couple of things to keep in mind before arriving. Having a washing machine was important to us, which is one of the reasons we chose this place. The machine itself worked well; however, no detergent was provided (not a major issue, as we were able to purchase some from a nearby convenience store). That said, there was no drying rack or clothes hanger available, which is something future guests may want to be aware of. On a positive note, there is also a laundromat just a few steps away, which is convenient if guests prefer to do all their laundry at once during their stay
• Babet (7/5): Prima verblijf, schoon, maar verwacht niet te veel. - Geen gordijnen in de slaapkamer, alle kranen zaten los, de deur van de slaapkamer kon niet dicht/in de klink de badkamer deur kon niet op slot.
• lapecky (8/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, właściwie wszędzie blisko. Zgłoszone problemy zostały rozwiązane bardzo sprawnie przez gospodarza. Krótkie łóżko w sypialni, niestety jest tam też dość głośno z ulicy. Woda z pieca gazowego daje klimat polskich bloków - albo wrzątek albo zimna.
• Daniela (3/5): Mai più. - La posizione è discretamente centrale Parto col dire che danno una descrizione fuorviante dell’appartamento. Loro scrivono esserci 2 camere da letto, zona pranzo e zona soggiorno. Non è vero. C’è una sola camera da letto e poi c’è un unico ambiente (che per loro sarebbe anche un soggiorno/ zona pranzo) in cui si trovano un letto estraibile e un divano letto. Nella camera da letto vi è una finestra che non si può aprire del tutto, e oltretutto SENZA TENDA, quindi impossibile avere buio la mattina. Nel “soggiorno”, dove ci sono gli altri due letti e quello che loro chiamano essere un balcone ma è un affaccio interno in un pozzo di luce, vi è una tenda ma non grande abbastanza per garantire l’oscurità. La parte peggiore è il bagno, veramente stretto. Loro scrivono esserci un bidet, ma in realtà è accattato al lavabo e quindi impossibile da utilizzare. La porta della doccia è rotta, resta aperta, e il soffione perde anche se si utilizza la doccetta. L’arredamento è ai limiti della decenza, il “mobile” sotto lo specchio del bagno, alquanto improvvisato, è di legno ed è visibilmente ammuffito (allego foto).
• sordillo (6/5): Bella struttura centralissima ma qualcosa da migliorare - L'appartamento è molto carino ed è super centrale. É fornito del necessario sebbene eravamo in 3 e c'erano solo due bottiglie d'acqua, una piccola attenzione che fa la differenza. Ma appartamento molto pulito. Essendo tre adulti mi aspettavo , oltre la camera da letto matrimoniale, ci fosse un altro matrimoniale aperto dato che eravamo tutti adulti mentre invece ci è stato fatto trovare il divano letto non proprio super comodo.

• Vanessa (6/5): No es el mejor lugar si vas de vacaciones - La ubicación pero el edificio es incómodo en muchos aspectos tienes que subir muchas escaleras , mucho ruido por parte de los vecinos niños llorando Hacia mucho frío y aunque había calefacción no se podía subir más en las noches faltan cobijas , en el baño no hay donde poner la ropa , el internet no tiene buena señal y las chapas del baño y el cuarto de la entrada estaba rotas , aunque las fueron a arreglar la chapa del cuarto principal se caía

• Stephany (10/5): Great place and space! Very clean and easy instructions to get in! - Great apartment, very nicely kept and clean! Small shower but it’s doable, the noise outside at night was quite shocking how much you can hear but still was able to fall asleep but not the properties fault.

• MueniX (9/5): Un appartamento carino in centro a Firenze - Un gruppo di amiche in centro a Firenze: appartamento comodo, pulito, ci siamo state benissimo! La posizione è perfetta, in pochi passi si raggiunge tutto, noi lo avevamo scelto per la posizione attaccata al Teatro Verdi. Da consigliare! Solo forse in entrambe le stanze c'è poco buio per dormire
• Amy (8/5): - The apartment was in a great location near the centre with lots of places to eat nearby and supermarkets. It was clean and modern Because of it's location the double bedroom was noisy at night. Also you had to walk through the living room that slept 3 to get to the bathroom which could be a problem for some. Some of the plug sockets did not really fit some standard 2 prong plugs (even their own hairdryer), also the balcony is not really a balcony just a small outside space inside the inner part of the building

• Zamanda (7/5): Great space, easy to access and very helpful staff. - Proximity to Croce Plaza, and museums was very convenient. The apartment was clean and provided nice amenities (kitchen, washing machine -no dryer. There were good local restaurants nearby. The bathroom was small and the shower didn't have a caddy or self to place toiletries.
• Fereshteh (10/5): Nice stay - Exactly like the pictures. Spacious, clean. They communicated well. Everything was fine. The key to the main entrance door stuck a bit and you had to jiggle the button to flush the toilet in order to stop the water but other than those minor things it was exactly as expected.
• Bojana (9/5): Great location & clean apartment. - The host were excellent with their communication, the instructions were perfect, as well as the location of the apartment. We couldn’t open the window to get some air in because there was a weird smell coming from the building, so maybe that can be fixed somehow.
• Susan (9/5): Paid dearly for not reading description carefully. - All was handled virtually except when access did not work we were quickly met by lovely Martina. We had previously arranged reservation elsewhere. I booked incorrect date. Naturally we were considered a "no show". We were charged and previous booking had nothing available for correct date. Desperately searched for that evening. Found this accomodation. Hastily I booked. I regret not having thoroughly read description. Would I recommend? Yes but only for young legs. (The 3 flights up were over the top after 28 hours of travel). Student area. . Quiet inside apartment. Restaurants close by. Apartment was very clean. Typical IKEA re-hab. Be sure to thoroughly read description and all information. High traffic, city bus route, noisy street. No elevator (disclosured in description which I overlooked.) Stayed 1nite. Cleaning fee $100 Extremely cumbersome check in and paperwork . There is NO REASON to charge $100 cleaning fee for 1 nite.

• Sonia (10/5): Clean and comfortable stay in easy distance to all Florence has to offer. - Property was clean, comfortable and secure. Air con was fabulous as we were there in summer. Location to all the sights in easy walking distance. As no parking on street the valet parking service was great and recommended. There is a cost for this which is worthwhile. Washing machine was a welcomed bonus, There are stairs to apartment and no lift. We understood this and were ok with it but might not be for everyone. The car service means you are dropped and collected from door so it really is just getting luggage up a few flights of stairs.

• Claucimm (8/5): Good but to improve the guests management! - Position of the house, Cleaning of the house, Facilities of the house in general (like kitchen tools etc) TV was not working. We asked to find the sofa bed opened but we didn't. Finally, the lights went down because of hyper-usage of electrical stuff, I texted and called but no one ever answered. We found the solution ourselves but it's not nice to be in the dark without electricity and get no answer from the owners.

• Heather (6/5): The apartment was spacious and in a great location; however, it wasn't exactly what the photos show. - Convenient location with access to restaurants, tourist areas, and markets. The bathroom was extremely cramped and difficult for a family to navigate. Cleanliness wasn't what we expected. Dirty dish towels with holes in the kitchen and hair/grime in the bathroom. The t.v. didn't work, so management sent a technician but he was unable to fix. The "terrace" overlooks the walls of the building and isn't big enough to sit on. It has a mop bucket and random supplies being stored on it. They advertise it as a bonus, but it's very misleading as to what it actually is.

• Darren (9/5): Very clean and comfortable apartment. - The location was centrally located with some nice cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance.
• Meagan (9/5): Decent apartment, small but in a great location. Lots of steep stairs to get there! - This was decent. Smaller than it looks -- we have four people and it was tight. The toilet wasn't great and kept running and you have to flush it about 50 times. But there's a separate bedroom, and a Murphy bed in the living room, and with four people it was cramped but do-able. Location was great, and we were able to walk everywhere in Florence from the apartment. It was not luxurious, but it did the job and was better than a hotel. Kitchen was so small it was almost unusable except to make coffee. Bathroom toilet didn't work right. The stairs are a LOT. It's on the "second floor," which means you have to climb two steep, deep flights of concrete stairs and then go through two locks to get in, which is a lot if you're carrying groceries or suitcases. But it's a great base to explore Florence. I'd advise two or three people tops -- four is pretty crowded.
