• Amparo (10/5): Una estancia perfecta - El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la plaza San Marco y a 2 minutos del vaporetto de Gigglio. El edificio se encuentra entre dos canales por lo que al asomarte por la ventana puedes ver pasar a los gondoleros. Es pequeño pero suficiente para 2 personas. A tener en cuenta que es la buhardilla y hay que subir dos pisos de escaleras más otro tramito al entrar al apartamento, aunque para nosotros no fue inconveniente. También destacar que al ser una buhardilla los techos no son muy altos y que la ducha es algo pequeña, cosa a tener en cuenta para las personas altas o robustas, pero para nosotros no fue un problema. Marine fue muy amable y respondió a todas nuestras dudas. Lo único que no nos gustó es que la cocina al ser tan pequeña, no tenia espacio para poder dejar las cosas fregadas, tendrían que ampliar un poco la encimera para poner la vitro y dejar algo de espacio. También como sugerencia, pondría una cortina gruesa en la puerta que da a la escalera para que no se fuera el calor por ahí.

• steven (10/5): Magique et fabuleux !!! 🤩😍 - L’emplacement est parfait, on est à proximité de tout ce qu’il y a à visiter. On n’aurait pas trouvé mieux et la propriétaire est très agréable et répond très vite à la moindre question. Je vous recommande très très fortement !!! A part le matelas un peut mou, il n’y a absolument rien à dire. Tout été parfait !

• Anthony (8/5): - L'emplacement est parfait. Les gondoles passent au pied de l'immeuble. L'équipement est complet.
• Lawrence (8/5): Excellent location close to many of the key sights. - Excellent location including close to cafe that does excellent breakfast, coffee. The knob fell off the bathroom door! Hardly a disaster but a client in the apartment alone could get locked in the bathroom. Not obvious there are shutters instead of curtains.
• Claire (8/5): Quiet 1 bedroom near San Marco. - Fantastic location near vaporetti and Piazza San Marco. Very quiet and peaceful at night. The little kitchen had everything needed for making g snacks and light meals. Lots of hot water for showers. The ceilings are low. This is not the place for anyone over 6foot/ 1.84 m tall.

It is located near the central part of Venice and not a far walk from other popular sites. Marine was very helpful available for anything I needed l. I will stay here again. Everything was great. No negative comments.
• Karol4444 (10/5): Exceptional - Location was absolut top and it was the second time I was staying in this room. The room looks exactly like on the pictures published by the host. The mattress on the bed was of a high quality but far too soft for my liking. It did not influence the overall very positive experience of sleeping in the attic of a Venetian medieval palazzo though. The heating was working fine. Hot water in the shower too. Maybe the electric hob in the kitchen needs exchanging. It was very weak and it took ages to boil an egg ;-) I will come back for sure. Thank you!

• Blowers (8/5): Relaxing Venice Hideaway; live like a local. - Very well placed apartment for shopping and attractions. Safe and secure environment. Very clean. Great for a solo traveler or a couple/pair. I liked everything. I would say that if you are more than 1m80, the ceilings are a bit low.

• Robyn (8/5): Very good - The location was good, staff more than helpful and Marine helped carry the luggage up which was really helpful. Everything you needed was in the unit apart from some milk in the fridge. Suggest when advertising unit mention all the stairs to access the unit. All the bridges you have to carry your luggage over to get to the unit (advise best route to take, requiring less bridge crossings). Should mention the doorway into the shower is quite small therefore not suitable for larger guests and the bidet took up most of the space in the bathroom.
