- Tymen van der Ploeg (6/5): the apartment is on a good location and is in average adequate; temperature seems not manageable - the location was very good; next to the St Pancras station. The kitchen facilities ware good. The temperature was too high. We couldn't manage the central heating.
There were not four but three beds. For the bank that we used as fourth bed a sheet missed.
- Britt Helene (7/5): Grei overnatting i hyggelig område - Veldig bra beliggenhet, store vinduer og grønt areal utenfor. Rolig.

- danieljurgens (10/5): I would stay here again, great communication and very clean. - Nice location, plenty of room, clean. shower tub was small, need new shower door it is akward.
- nicola (10/5): Very close to stations and shops - Very clean and cosy, 10 min walk to King's Cross station, newsagents across the road. We loved everything about this apartment, how close it was to everything. The host was very good at communicating and the check in/out times were very helpful for us, especially the check out time of 11am. Not applicable

- Tajbak (3/5): I get sick as I got shingles - Just location I am sure the Bed was not cleaned because when I come back to manchster I got shingles I still fighting with it
- Dacey (2/5): Stay anywhere else - The layout worked well for us as the lounge was turned into a bedroom with a sofa and table, and the bedroom had a twin bed and sofa. We were a couple traveling with an adult child so we each had our own space to relax and unwind. The bathroom and kitchen were separate and easy to share.
Once we found the unit (directions are VERY confusing and the complex layout is a mess as are many of the other units), it was easy to access. We never even used the keys. The key pad was so easy to use. As the complex is very unsafe and poorly maintained, it was good that this was on the end, right off the main road. I would not have wanted to venture through the complex at night. The owners/property manager is very unreasonable and difficult to deal with. We arranged early check in and were sent the access code at noon. We got to the property and got in and the place was absolutely trashed and all the floors soaked. Like flooded soaked. Long story short, we were told it was from pest control spraying as they do weekly, and that we checked in too early. I could live with the place not being cleaned yet, no problem, but the water, smell, and pest control were an issue. We actually expected it might not be completely cleaned and ready at noon though that is not the reason for the poor rating. Because of our schedule, the holiday, and the unreasonable owner, we were stuck with the place. Two of us ended up extremely sick after staying there and I am sure it had to do with either the chemicals or mold or both.
This unit is much further from the train station than claimed and there are virtually no stores or restaurants nearby. The ones that do exist are not places we felt safe. This is across the street from the food bank and lots of questionable characters hang around. The other units are full of trash and overgrown weeds, and crumbling everything. Even this unit while patched up like a quick flip job had a lot of issues. Floor coming up, peeling paint, flimsy windows and doors, cobwebs and filthy walls. The sliding door badly needs to be replaced, collected condensation, and was absolutely filthy and covered in mold as is the balcony. The furniture was ok, but low end and lumpy. Make no mistake that this is a poorly maintained and constructed flat in a bad neighborhood. For what we paid I certainly expected better.

- Tom Olav (8/5): - Beliggenheten Litt enkelt utstyrt

- Julie (2/5): Disappointing- we went to a friends one night - The location There was a cockroach in one of the beds. The mattresses were of poor quality & sagged. Bathroom was unhygienic- cracked tiles & ingrained dirt in the fixtures . The flat was shabby and curtains in the living room were very shabby .

- Stuart (7/5): Great for what we needed, quick one night stay in a reasonably priced place! - Location was spot on for people arriving into both Euston and King's Cross, and communication from the host was excellent throughout. We only stayed for one night so did not need to use the kitchen or some of the other facilities but the place looked clean and tidy on arrival and getting access was easy using the code provided. The single bed was slightly uncomfortable but might have just been different to my bed at home so wouldn't complain too much, if we had stayed longer it might have been a bit of an issue. Other than that, no problems at all.

- Christine (6/5): - Great location, convenient for early Eurostar departure, close to Camden Markets and right between 2 tube stations. Property is tired and not particularly clean. Small improvements and a good spring clean would make a huge difference. Kitchen cabinet door was coming off, bathroom was a bit grubby. Most radiator controls were missing, so only the one in the bathroom actually worked. The owner did deliver an electric heater promptly when asked so that was good, but only heated one room.
- Anita (9/5): Great for a couple of nights in central London - Great location, very quiet, comfy beds and good hot shower A little bit run down, windows need cleaned
- Simmonds (9/5): - Amazing location, nice flat, easy to find and we were able to drop bags early. Finding a place where all five of us could stay was amazing, and I would definitely come back! If i had to say something, the flat was a little bit tired in some spots (kitchen sink, bathroom) and it would have been so amazing to have had teabags and perhaps some little longlife milks or something ?
- Bill (6/5): Its ok a bit tired but nothing to complain about - Location
- Howard (6/5): Basic - Erm it’s functional It’s ok
- Muhammad-Mughal (8/5): Overall very good location and clean property -
- janelle (2/5): Health issue with black mould and poor maintenance - There was nothing I liked about this property sadly, other then the towells and bedding seemed to be clean. Where do I start; my main concern was the amount of black mould which is covering all windows and I wasnt fully aware of this until the evening we were leaving after having to use my asthma pump much more than usual and I had devloped a persistent cough which is still have to an existent today, but less noticable.(see images atached).
The kitchen was damaged and dirty, to the point I didn't even feel comfortable making a cup of tea which was a disappointment and an additional expense as we usually cook when we are booking accomodation. The bathroom was also dirty, where the mirrors had fallen off the walls, there was damage to the fittings and they wre grimy and cheap Aldi toileteries were left and paint flaking was very obvious. The flat is advertised as TWO bedroom when in fact it is only one with a double bed in the living area which is very misleading, (after reading the prevuous reviews, it would seem it is not just myself who has experienced similar issues). The balcony is dirty and just houses a smelly rubbbish bin and not really suitable to sit out on, no furnature even supplied, and looks over a communial field and not garden area as advertised. The location is very unsettling with homeless people / durg users (yes I actually saw this) constanting outside the property. The bed wasn't the same as the one advertised and had a broken headboardin the seperate bedroom. The flat needs money spent and some care on doing ESSENTIAL repairs. I has prevusly agreed to meet at the property to drop bags off at noon, which quickly became very odd, with one member of the team staing that someone had been rushed to hospital and there would be a delay in meeting me and then suddenly this person apppeared. The lock on the patio door wasn't very secure and I did not feel comfortaibel leaving anthing of value in the property.

- Pippa (8/5): Perfect for somewhere to lay your head. Not pristine like some might want, but perfect for us. Would use again - Great location, easy access It was very hot!
- Dr. Nash Hernandez (10/5): A London gem and a home away from home - Everything, well appointed apartment l, great location and a responsive host.
- Bret (10/5): Great! - It was close to things, it was clean. It was a bit harder to find. Also there was no A/C
- Santiago (9/5): -
- Fozan (7/5): Over all good - Stayed there for a night only, good location especially if you have to use the train station. Should add more fans and maybe an upgrade the furniture.
- Peter (4/5): -
- Michael (7/5): -
- Emma (9/5): Great location and facilities - Location N/a
- Pretnar (7/5): Good -
- Lise (7/5): Ok little place, good value for money - For a London flat this was good value for money The ground floor location, the front door opening straight onto the street. We felt too exposed to the many people walking around the area.
- Annie (1/5): I would not recommend. The neighborhood seemed sketchy, especially at night. The ONLY positive is the proximity to the - The roaches, the dusty fans and no AC.
- Jane (8/5): Very good -
- Simon (3/5): The flat was clean and comfortable, glad we weren’t eating there considering the insect problem. - Good location, comfortable and very well priced. Cockroaches on the kitchen work top,in the utensils drawers and in the bathroom. On our first morning only cold water showers.
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Great location near kings Cross Station. Very clean. Easy to get around. I could not recommend this flat enough !
- Kathy (8/5): Very good -
- Jonathan (9/5): Perfect central location to base ourselves while we hop round the city for a weekend. - The flat was clean and had all facilities we needed for our short stay. Central location, with great access to the city while still being quiet at night. Curtains in the living room didn’t quite cover the full width windows.
- Christine (6/5): Older flat in handy location - Nicely appointed, the hosts thought of everything we might need to use. Very short walk to Euston trains, shops, restaurants. Quiet in the evening, after the school next door ends their playground day. Good place for young adults to stay - could easily sleep 5. Older building: I hope the owners are working on rehabbing - replacing windows locks, repainting, cleaning webs and black mold from the high ceilings. Also very difficult for taxis to find, and due to a pedestrian area you must drag luggage along the street and up a couple of steps to the door. Living room/ dinette was the main bedroom, with double bed and sofa + TV. Other bedroom was single bed plus sofa. Older furniture.
- Pan_kachna (8/5): Very good - The staff was very helpful and responsive and the flat is at very good location (in walking range to Camden or Kings Cross) with lovely pub and groceries across the street. Well, where to start...first - I dont really mind any of these, since I am used to a lot, I enjoyed the stay and was mostly laughing at this stuff. But I feel lets say surprised in 150 GBP acommodation in western Europe.
Broken floor.
Heavily used or broken equipment (but mostly still kinda working).
Roaches in the kitchen drawers, in toilet and in bathroom.
You can smell mold stench in kitchen, probably flooded at some point.
Stained walls.
There are roof windows everywhere which are not equipped with any cover. You don't want to have bright shining day in your bedroom at 5AM? Good luck with that.
- Taye (6/5): Pleasant -
- Gerda (9/5): Apartments in great location - Very good and convenient location - between Euston and King's Cross St. Pancras stations. Convenient to connect to the center by underground.
We spent little time in the apartment, but inside we found everything we needed. It's nice that the apartments are very bright. Communication with the host was prompt and we quickly received answers to all questions.
Many thanks for the opportunity to check in early. -
- Rolando (8/5): It was a pleasant stay. - The location is accessible to the train station. The amenities are satisfactory, though some are incomplete.
- Flores (8/5): Good value for money, has very good access in all transportation. Best location. - It is 8 mins. Walk to euston station. Very much accessible to transportation and lot’s of restaurants nearby. None, but a complimentary coffee, tea, slippers will be a plus.
- William (3/5): It was a good price and location but overall not amazing - The location for the price Second “bedroom” was the common living space. Missing tub and sink plugs which is more of a pain than you’d think when travelling with a baby. In general not very clean, lots of mold and bugs
- Alyssa (7/5): Prime Location But Could Use Improvements - The location was AMAZING! In between Euston and King's Cross meant we could get anywhere quickly. The flat was cozy and in a surprisingly quiet part, despite it's nearness to the train stations. Also, the location manager was very responsive when we had issues. Bugs. In the kitchen and the bathroom. The beds in the one bedroom (single and sofa couch) were very uncomfortable, and the queen size bed was not in a 'bedroom,' but the shared living room/only place with a table.
- Bernhard (9/5): Everything was perfect. Service, information and taking care. Gladly again! -
- Amanda (7/5): Great location and okay for a single night stay - The location was great, midway between Kings Cross St Pancras and Euston stations It felt like it needed some TLC. Missing shades on lights. No lamp in bedroom and only one plug socket. Some floor laminate boards needing attention as gaping and catching. Floor in general was very noisy to walk on so worried about those below.
- Jaya (10/5): Lovely apartment - Just as pictured Nothing
- Julie (9/5): Great location, ideal accommodation and great communication from the owners. - Location was excellent and the accommodation was perfect for our needs. No, it was great value for money.
- Soriano (8/5): Very good -
- Zahirni (9/5): Superb - The place is near to king cross station the reason why i choose this place because i need to catch the early train to heathrow. The facilities are complete and very suitable for my family of four. We walk everywhere.. Everything is good. Nothing to complaint.
- Maheen (9/5): Superb -
- Armelle (7/5): Good - The flat is very well located and spacious enough.
- Daniel (8/5): Very good -
- Diane (8/5): This flat was very good value for money, a very short walk to Euston station and Camden - A great location, a very light and airy flat with a good outlook Needs some updating particularly in the bathroom and the windows
- Allister (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, 2 bedrooms and walking distance from the station. Beds are supportive.. good for me! Great communication with the operators.
I can highly recommend it..
- Wong (6/5): Pleasant - Location is great, near to eatery and 2 stations The unit is in poor condition, with a dirty toilet, spider webs on the ceiling, and cockroaches visible in several areas.
- Merlita (9/5): Superb -
- Edward (8/5): Very good -
- Jeffrey (4/5): I don’t need a sentence. One word will do - awful! - Nothing It is not a two bedroom property it is a one bedroom
Using a small sitting room as the second bedroom
The description is totaly misleading.
- Neil (7/5): Good -
- Angie (10/5): Excellent time out with family is a good location and quiet area. - Very good host always fast responding very clean apartment. In good quiet area
- Swaysland (8/5): Very good - Unable to regulate the heating. Too warm.
- Imran (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rob (5/5): Good location near Euston station but unfortunately heavy overpriced. - The location on walking distance of Euston station is very good. The apartment consists of a living room which is made a bedroom. There is also another bedroom. Hence, a livingroom is missing. So if reading the title "entire flat with 2 bedrooms", please bare this in mind. The house misses a ventilation system which explains the mold at some places. Taken into account the price of about € 250 per night you would expect the owner to invest in the house properly. The beds were of medium quality, the kitchen needs some repair, just like the hangings of the curtains and the house needs a paint job. The neighborhood is a little bit shabby. I know this is London and you pay 5 star prices for a 2 star location but that does not mean you can not invest in the little things in the house.
- Sharon (8/5): Very good -
- Lauren (7/5): Great location. Fair price for the space. Hot in summer. - Convenient to Kings Cross. Easy access to train and underground. Fair price. There was only one fan that we could find and it was extremely hot as it was early September. The beds were pretty hard. The house was clean enough, but it definitely had some wear. The shower/bathroom area had a bit of hair from previous guest and was a little dusty.
We would have opened the door near the table for air, but there were homeless people sleeping on the streets visible to the flat and being ground level, we didnt feel it was safe to leave doors or low windows open.
The lockbox was in a very weird location totally away from the flat. Took a while to find it.
- Brown (6/5): Pleasant -
- Teguh (10/5): Exceptional - Best location near Euston , King Cross Station Keys put into pad lock and not easy to find, must call.
- Impett (8/5): Very good - Very close to the both Euston and Kings Cross The sink was a bit grim
- Martin (9/5): Superb -
- Tania (10/5): A lovely place to rest and spend time of quality. - Everything! We love the apartment I love everything!
- Elaine (6/5): The location is great within 5 mins walk to Euston station and St Pancras International. The place can get a bit stuffy - Great location. Owner is responsive and accommodative to special requests.
- Tania (8/5): Very good -
- Sue (6/5): Comfy bed, nice sheets. Very clean. - Very close to Euston Tube Station. Second bedroom lets in full daylight through sky light.
- Hazel (8/5): Very good - Great location for Euston/King's Cross, comfy beds, nice outlook onto greenery from living room.
The hosts had excellent communication and it was easy to find the place with the information they provided. The flat could do with some updating, but as this was reflected in the price I wouldn't call it a negative. Everything functioned well so it's just cosmetic.
- Hengqi (8/5): Comfy stay in London - Is on the ground floor and is convenient for me when i am tranvelling with parents. Location has good access with public transportation. It has basic facility for a family stay. Basically nothing, great value for money
- Simon (5/5): Passable -
- Anže (8/5): Very good - The flet is very close to the station. It has got a kitchen. The owner is responsive. It is big enough for 4 people. It has got wi fi. The padlock can be found easy The flet is next to the road in the street, so if you are a light sleeper and you have bad luck with the noise at night from the streer it could be a problem. The windows need to be repleced. Wi fi isn't very fast.
- Christiane (9/5): Superb - well located with a nice pub and a breakfast place around the corner and the staion is very close, so very convenient for a London weekend trip
- Lesley (10/5): Comfortable and great for a family - It was spacious and comfortable Nothing
- Cathy (8/5): Very good - Great location. Quiet. Good value.
- Lynette (10/5): Convenient and comfortable stay - Location is fantastic - great access to transport, good choice of places to eat and excellent water pressure & temperature in the shower (we have had a few bad experiences). We could watch the FA Cup semi on the TV which was a real bonus. The hosts, Ken and Andrew, were easy to contact and were very helpful.
- Sophie (9/5): Superb -
- Stewart (9/5): Superb - Great location Couldn’t get the stove to work I am sure they will get it fixed!
