Christian (8/5): - Uns hat das Apartment sehr gut gefallen – besonders die gelungene Zimmeraufteilung. Ein großer Vorteil war die ausziehbare Couch im Wohnzimmer, da unsere Kinder nicht in einem gemeinsamen Schlafzimmer schlafen wollten. Der großzügige, offene Wohnbereich mit Küche und Essbereich war außerdem sehr schön und ansprechend gestaltet. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass es einen Aufzug gab – das war sehr praktisch, hatte aber auch kleine Vor- und Nachteile. Im Bad gab es keinen Abluft. Keine Klimaanlage oder Umluftanlage in der Wohnung. Der Lichtschalter links an der Toilette war sehr unpraktisch und unhygienisch, da man immer an der Tür vorbei musste. Kein separates Waschbecken im WC, sondern nur im Bad – zum Händewaschen eher unkomfortabel. Der Aufzug war sehr oft defekt. Mehrmals sind Leute steckengeblieben, auch wir selbst. Mit viel Gepäck musste man dann öfter hintereinander runterfahren, was sehr mühsam war. Vom Service hatte man nicht den Eindruck, dass sich sofort jemand kümmert. Teilweise wirkte es sogar so, als ob man lästig wäre. Je mehr Fragen man stellte (z. B. wohin der Müll gebracht werden soll – bis heute habe ich keine richtige Antwort darauf), desto unangenehmer wurde es und desto länger dauerte es, bis eine Rückmeldung kam. Auch die Tidy-App war nicht zuverlässig: Zu Beginn hat die Chatfunktion funktioniert, aber während des Urlaubs trotz neuem Download gar nicht mehr. Fazit: Insgesamt hat es gepasst, aber diese Punkte haben den Aufenthalt doch etwas getrübt.
