• Lyden (10/5): Perfect! - Everything! The communication with the owners was excellent. The apartment was clean, cozy, spacious and homely. It was so nice to have a comfortable sofa. The bed linen was good quality and felt clean and fresh. As we are travelling for a month the availability of a washing machine was great. Tea and coffee and other basics were provided in the kitchen. All in all the best apartment we've stayed in for a long time. Nothing negative to say - everything was just perfect.

• Vadims (10/5): - Excellent apartments. Everything fully matches the description. The place is clean and bright, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the location — right in the heart of Tartu. All the main attractions are within walking distance. The staff is polite and attentive. On the downside, it's worth noting that the apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator, which might make getting to the room difficult in some cases. Also, there is no private parking. While the public city parking can be paid on weekdays, finding a free spot during the weekend is not an issue

It also included some food staples. It was also in a perfect location for my purposes. The building that the apartment was in was under construction, including the hallway that the apartment was on. It was a bit worrisome. However, I wasn’t disturbed by construction noise.
• Adyta (9/5): - Location is perfect. Walking distance 5mins to old town, 10 mins to shopping mall, Vspa and AHAA science center. Shop only on the corner. They provide 10%disc for Vspa, best! The sink in bathroom is a bit clogged, it drains slowly. But wasn't big problem for us. And it would be nice if they provide floor mat in the bathroom.

• Reet (10/5): Hubane kodune vaikne kohake Tartu kesklinnas - Tervitusmuusika, mis mu saabudes juba mängis, oli väga meeldiv ja minu maitse. Meeldis isiklik kontakt võõrustajaga, kes mu sisse lasi ja võtmed jättis - kuidagi inimlikum kui koodid või võtmekapp. Lahe tuttavlik kohvimasin, oad ka juba sees. Mõnusad pehmed padjad ja tekk. Inglitiibadega pilt ja hea tsitaadiga tass lisasid kohale kodusust ja tunnet et olen oodatud. Kokkuvõttes väga meeldis, väga mõnus hubane kodune koht. Asukoht super. Tulen hea meelega teinekordki, kui Tartusse asja. Tegelikult oli kõik hästi. No see köögipoolse akna link logises ja katki,ei julgenud eriti puutuda et kas saan tagasi kinni - a see on pisiasi.

Korter on pigem mürarohke (ka kinniste akendega) - aknad on sisehoovi suunas, kus on palju konditsioneere, mis tekitavad palju müra. Korteris oli väga palav, kuna radiaatorid olid enne minu saabumist põhja keeratud ning lisaks on korteris maast laeni aknad, miskaudu päike veel oma panuse annab. Jahutusseadmed puudusid.

• Ian (9/5): Great location, very quiet, comfy bed. Immediate help from hosts to resolve any confusion on my part - Location although slightly changed from when I booked was excellent, being in the centre of Tartu and only a 10 minute walk from the bus station. The location was quiet. The apartment was clean and I appreciated the use of the coffee machine. There were all the amenities to make and store food. Communication with the hosts was very good, with immediate help if needed. A great stay. There was a change in location, however it was very close to the original building. I had a little difficulty finding the entrance but the hosts were very good at providing a detailed map when asked, and sorting out a small confusion with the keys, which arose due to my misunderstanding. Overall very pleased.

The apartment is still getting refurbished, so some of the apartment was not finished and the entrance of the apartment was under construction. However, with that said, it did not make a difference to my stay there.

• Liliya (8/5): overall it was a wonderful stay - The location was even better than we imagined, perfectly situated. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and we really appreciated the many useful notes and instructions left for us and rapid replies to our messages. Excellent coffee machine was a wonderful bonus! A couple of minor suggestions for an even better stay: it would be very helpful to have a floor cloth or mop available to clean the corridor floor , as we inevitably brought in snow with small black stones on our shoes. Similarly, a cloth for the bathroom floor to tidy up after showers would be great. We missed having a heater in the bathroom, though this wasn't a critical issue for us and overall it was a wonderful stay.

Did not respond to my request for being able to leave my suitcase in the apartment after checking out in the morning. I asked for that before my arrival for a 2 night stay, the host said he would let me know the next day and never did.

В квартире очень тепло и уютно . У нас сломался замок двери и нам пришлось оставить квартиру открытой с нашими вещами и вещами квартиры. Это было очень дискомфортно. Я очень переживала за имущество в квартире .

• Liisi (10/5): Ülimõnus koht, kuhu alati tagasi minna. - Ülimõnus, mugav, hubane, puhas ja kõige vajalikuga sisustatud korter väga heas asukohas Tartu kesklinnas (kergemaks leidmiseks saab personalilt täpsemad juhised). Personal sõbralik ja abivalmis ka hiliste saabujatega. Avar hubane ruum, mugav suur diivan, mõnus voodi, telekas piisava hulga kanalitega, kööginurgas hea kohvimasin ja ka kõik vajalik ise toidu valmistamiseks või soojendamiseks olemas. Üks parimaid kohti, kus olen ööbinud, nii et võimalusel lähen kindlasti tagasi ja soovitan ka sõpradele.

• Greete (5/5): Good location and a pretty apartment but need a bit more go getter attitude - Good location. The lock for our apartment door broke on our first night and we couldn’t lock it when we went out (we honestly have no idea how, the lock may have shifted out of place). The owner assured me he would deal with it in the morning but never showed up so we just didn’t lock our door when we weren’t home. Luckily I’ve lived in Tartu before, I know how it’s like and how unlikely it is for somebody to steal from an apartment building like that (especially it being on the top floor and the door to the street requiring a pin) but still. Communication was good at first but very poor by the end as the owner didn’t even answer my message when I texted him.

Plaanisin korteris taastuda küünlavalgel ja koos enda mõtetega. Korteris olid küünlad küll olemas, aga tikke ei leidnudki. Saabusin hilja ega soovinud enam ostukeskusesse jalutada - nii jäigi minu ostetud küünal tol õhtul põletamata ja taastumine poolikuks. Majutaja suhtumine oli üsna ükskõike - minule vastamine võttis tund aega ning tikkude küsimusele sain vastusena: ”Kuskil pidid olema, aga ei tea. Vabandust.”

• Irena (10/5): Soovitan soojalt, kes soovib mugavust ja sõbralikkust - Äärmiselt õdus korter. Kõik vajalikolemas, soe, kesklinnas, igale poole võimalik saada jalgsi. Natuke keeruline oli koha leidmisega, kuid võõrustajad olid väga abivalmid ja saatsid video sissepääsu uksest. Seda ei olnud, mis ei meeldinud.

• Kamilla (9/5): Family-friendly and quiet apartment with toys and good coffee - A family-friendly apartment that had a potty, high chair, baby cot and even toys. Coffee, tea and porridge ingredients in the kitchen. A good option for a family with small kids. A door (at least a thick curtain) between the living room and bedroom would make it easier to put the kids to bed. Also two blankets instead of one big in the double bed would guarantee good night sleep also for people who do not like to share a blankets.
