• jan (8/5): Mooi locatie met een prachtig terras op het dak. - Het terras helemaal op het dak met een prachtig uitzicht. Goed verzorgd. Elke dag netjes opgeruimd en nieuwe koffiecups Het appartement had wat achterstallig onderhoud. Niet helemaal met de tijd meegegaan. Wel keurig schoon.

• Andersson Antolovic (6/5): Nära och bra tunnelbanan, inget fancy men funkar bra för en lite billigare peng. - Fin utsikt, mycket trevlig personal och bra städning! Fanns en lobby vid entrén, men den fick man tydligen inte ens sitta i, trots att det fanns stolar och bord. Vet inte riktigt vad meningen är med det isåfall. Fick även en tillsägelse när vi satt i den vilket var irriterande.

• Benedikt (9/5): Gerne wieder - Alles war vorhanden und der Gastgeber war sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Es gibt auf der Dachterrasse keine richtige Abtrennung zwischen den einzelnen Zimmer. So könnte theoretisch der Nachbar bei einem vorbeigehen und reingucken. Kann allerdings auch von Vorteil sein, weil man selber so auch mal an einem anderen Punkt von der Dachterrasse aus Fotos machen kann, wenn es keinen stört und ansonsten kann man die eigenen Rollladen ja runter machen.

La struttura è accogliente, curata e perfetta per chi cerca un ambiente tranquillo e pulito durante un viaggio a Milano. Un ringraziamento speciale ai proprietari, sempre gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza: la loro attenzione verso gli ospiti è un vero valore aggiunto. Un posto dove si va sul sicuro. Consigliato! Niente, è andato tutto bene

Piccola colazione inclusa. Ottima. Cortese e gentilissimo il proprietario. Anche chiaro e trasparente in quello che si trova e agevolazioni. Insomma un ottimo b&b. metterei ecco nel kit cortesia anche un mini size sapone intimo, dato che ho trovato molto utile coton fiocc e dischetto struccante, con il sapone intimo sarebbe stato il top. Perché raro trovarlo

Proprietari gentili,cordiali.....è disponibili per qualsiasi cosa.....in più ci hanno offerto la colazione di benvenuto con tutto il necessario caffè tisane dolci....insomma Un modo gentile per coccolone i loro ospiti....perché in teoria la colazione è a parte per prezzo. Grazie ancora Sigre Alessandro e moglie...io e mio figlio siamo stati bene....in caso dovessimo tornare....soggiorno di nuovo da Voi..... Eccellente👍

I was appalled by my stay with Alessandro and cannot recommend his B&B: he tried to push open our locked door without properly identifying himself, leaving my partner and me feeling unsafe, and the shared balcony is so open that anyone—including neighbors and the host—can walk right up to your door; when I raised these security concerns and asked for a partial refund, Alessandro dismissed me, insisted he had “knocked,” blamed me for not replying until 6 PM, and offered only a half-hearted apology, all while accusing us of making the wrong booking; on top of that, the room was clearly dirty, with visible grime on the floors and ants crawling around despite our always taking out the trash and eating only on the balcony, yet he insisted the pest problem was our fault; to make matters worse, the listing misleadingly advertises an “apartment” experience when in reality it’s a bed-and-breakfast with zero privacy, and whenever any housekeeping or maintenance is needed, Alessandro expects unfettered access—an arrangement I found entirely inappropriate and unsettling.

• Aliassb (9/5): I would love to come back for a holliday so I can visit Milano a bit more - The rooftop Room is close to the metro, which leads directly into the city of Milano. I had a wonderful view over the city and could see the dome. Everything went smoothly. I arrived a bit early, but it was no problem and I could already get into the room.
• Andromachi (8/5): Very good - The location. Also the lady that cleans the room was very polite and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and we had a small fridge and a coffee/breakfast small corner with a coffee machine. Overall i have to say that the right I would give a 7,5 for the room. I think the balcony could be a bit more clean. The wardrobe was vintage but not in good condition on the inside, I didn't put my clothes in it.

Lots of street noise so bring earplugs! Asked to leave the room 10-12 each day for cleaning.

• Adrian (9/5): Homely, convenient base for exploring the city, with great views in a good neighborhood - Super convenient location next to a Metro stop, near streets full of great restaurants, grocers and markets, patisseries, etc. A short hop to inner-city attractions. Amazing roof terrace with views clear to the Duomo, in a gorgeous midcentury modern apartment building. Hosts were unobtrusive and very flexible when I arrived at an irregular time. A great low-key neighborhood spot to base yourself for exploring the city. Bonus: the air conditioning worked great. It's a little worn around the edges in places, but for the price I paid, the convenience and the overall comfort, it's perfectly fine. Just needs a fresh coat of paint on the doors, etc. Otherwise zero complaints.

• J (8/5): Nice clean room with nice view! - The staff was very friendly. The location was good as it was very silent. Even though it was a good walk to get into the center I liked this location. You could take the metro that has a station very close by. The room is clean and big enough, also with a very nice balcony. It's nice that the toilet has it's own entrance. The bed was really too small for me and one of the smallest I had so far on my holidays. Luckily it was for 2 persons so I could sleep diagonal. Further all was good!

Minute walk to transport links as well. The lock on the door to the house room was confusing/difficult, but I still managed to enter my room.

• Grg (10/5): Perfect location - clean and comfortable stay - very kind hosts - the studio was as described. it is a small house very spacious, comfortable and clean. the same is also the bathroom. can easily host a family or a group of friends or 2 couples. despite dont serve a breakfast, there are breakfast items as coffee, tea, cookies, marmalade,cake, juice and of course water. the location is perfect. you can find easily whatever you need (breakfast, coffee, to eat, to drink etc) and the metro station (M1) is right in front. if you like walking its very close around 30 minutes to everything like duomo or navigli. we came back late one night from navigli by foot for example. The extra charge for the late check in.
