• Rose (10/5): Generalnie jestem bardzo zadowolona 😁 - Świetna lokalizacja! Smart Tv łatwy w obsłudze więc wieczorem można było oglądać wyścig F1 :) wszystko co potrzebne było na miejscu. Świetna opcja z kuponami na darmowe śniadanie. Zatkany odpływ pod prysznicem i hałas za oknem (tramwaje przejeżdżające pod oknem, jeśli ktoś ma lekki sen to polecam wziąć zatyczki) to były jedyne mankamenty.

She remained calm, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process, even taking the initiative to contact Booking.com and assist me in real time. Her professionalism, empathy, and sense of responsibility truly stood out. It is rare to encounter someone so committed to ensuring a guest’s well-being, even when the issue is not theirs to solve. • Jose Luis (10/5): Comodidad y ubicación genial . - Alojamiento estupendo , bonito y agradable , muy bien ubicado cercano al centro a pie y bien comunicado con la estación de metro cercano. El sonido del tranvía a altas horas de la noche y temprano por la mañana .
• Mette (7/5): Lejligheden er pæn og ren, men meget støj. - Lejligheden var ren og pæn. Sporvognen larmer utrolig meget om natten. Vi sov med ørepropper. Nøglen skal hentes et stykke fra lejligheden. Der er morgenmad med i prisen på samme café, hvor nøglen skulle hentes, men cafeen var ikke åben, da vi skulle have morgenmad, selvom det var inden for den oplyste åbningstid.
• Clemens (8/5): Tolle Lage und gut ausgestattet - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Ausstattung auch. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß oder Straßenbahn/Metro gut zu erreichen. Kommunikation mit Vermieter nur über Mail oder WhatsApp allerdings hat der Vermieter bei Fragen oder Wünschen ausgesprochen schnell reagiert. Das Apartment ist prima. Was allerdings wie so oft fehlt sind Ablageflächen im Bad und im Kleiderschrank ist die Kleiderstange für kleinere Personen unerreichbar. Ich bin ca. 1,80 m groß und musste mich strecken um ein Kleidungsstück auf dem Bügel aufzuhängen.

• Monica (8/5): "Un rifugio accogliente e di design nel cuore dei Navigli, perfettamente collegato e completo di ogni comfort." - Appartamento molto grazioso e dotato di tutte le comodità vicino ai Navigli, in una zona molto servita dai mezzi di trasporto e a pochi passi da numerosi locali e ristoranti. Camera da letto spaziosa, cucina piccola ma fornita e bagno ampio e comodo. Appartamento caldo e arredato con molto gusto.
• Svetlana (10/5): - Отличное местоположение. В центре, но не в самой шумихе. Рядом все виды транспорта, но и пешком можно добраться до сердца Милана за 20 минут. А на реке много ресторанчиков, которые работают и в праздничные дни. Рядом с домом отличный ресторан. Заселение и выезд были удобными. Очень чисто, уютно, все продумано. А паровое отопление-подарок для Европы) В следующий раз опять будем останавливаться здесь.

• Klara (10/5): A great stay in Navigli! - We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located. The building was safe and quiet, and everything we needed was provided. The breakfast voucher was such a thoughtful gesture, and the café where it’s used is fantastic – we went there more than once. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to deal with. I’d definitely recommend this place! The elevator was out of service for one day, but that wasn’t the hosts’ responsibility. Everything else was perfect – no complaints!

Perfect for a few days' city break for four people. You could hear the tram passing by, even at night, from the living room.

You pick up the key from the same cafe you get breakfast coupons for, which ended up being a great hangout spot both day and night. Highly recommend.

• Sirli (8/5): I loved to spend some quality time with my daughter in that sweet flat. So thank you! - I liked that we could have a small (free) breakfast at a Mag cafe nearby for the vouchers found in the kitchen table. The host contacted me and asked if I am ok and if there is all I need in the flat. I am used to live in a bigger flat but it was quite ok for me and my daughter for only 4 nights. The owner’s Netflix account was logged off but I used my own codes and passwords so I could still watch it.

It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s a busy area, so every sound on the street, you will hear inside. It would be even better if the host provided one parking spot.

• Alin (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast is at a bar at 5 mins distance, with excellent pistachio croissant and italian expresso. The parking is quite difficult, but if you find a blue line one then is ok (during the night is free) - otherwise 5 mins from the apartment is Porta Genova parking (25 eur per day).

• Ray (8/5): Good location in a lively place. The apartment is really comfortable - a great place. - The location was near to the canals of Milan which are full of lovely restaurants and bars. It really comes alive at nighttime. We chose to walk into the city centre which took about 40 minutes. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. The only thing we found, was it could get quite noisy at nighttime but it is a city so you would expect that and it didn't spoil our stay at all. Our host was very helpful, although we didn't get to meet them any query was quickly answered. A great place to stay. I would recommend it. The place for breakfast was disappointing. The first morning their coffee machine had broken and they wouldn't give us an alternative of orange juice or something cold, as a result, they didn't give us the pastry either! We went the next day and were given a cold cup of coffee and a very dry pastry. Our host was very apologetic and gave us a refund on the voucher which was very kind. I'm sure the cafe is normally fine but it was just having a bad couple of days!

• Arni (10/5): I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends. - The location is amazing: near the restaurants and bars at Navigli canal and Porta Genova metro is just 5-min walk. The free breakfast at Mag Cafe is a nice touch! we also love the espresso machine and the espresso is very good. The host is very helpful and responsive. They responded quickly when you contacted them. It would be nice to have more counter space in the bathroom and more hooks for towels. Having 2 keys, instead of one, would be great so I don’t have to coordinate with my husband when I ventured the city on my own. it would also be nice to have a microwave and laundry facility in the building.

The host (Serena) is an absolute sweetheart, extremely attentive and helpful. Easy to contact if you need to. The bed is extremely comfortable too! Location is great, right by canal and metro as well as loads of shops. Easy to walk anywhere. Overall we had a lovely time, would definitely stay again 😊.
