• Florin (7/5): - La zona è perfetta per il quartiere europeo. La struttura è vecchia. Quindi non aspettatevi servizi moderni.
• Lina (10/5): Excellent! - Le quartier est agréable et l'immeuble est calme et sécurisé. Proximité des transports est un plus et il y a un parc à 2 minutes à pieds. L'accueil est très chaleureux et l'équipe très disponible. Je reviendrai.
• VIRGINIE (6/5): Appartement complet assez grand pour 1 ou 2 personnes, équipements dans la cuisine appréciables. Des finitions à amélior - La localisation Le ménage était perfectible. Personne à l’arrivée ni au départ, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans le descriptif. Il faut sonner à un interphone et signaler si on rentre après 22h, c’est contraignant mais je ne suis jamais restée dehors !

• Kevin (3/5): Vvery friendly person who let me in a showed me the aprtment (thank you), I will not be b - The place was warm and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for showering etc. The person who met me was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The location is a short walk from main business area. (Food was not included in the price since this is an apartment, so 'Not Applicable') There is a time limit for checking in - you pay extra is you arrive after 7pm. I made it with 2 minutes to spare. There was no wifi at first; and it needed an new App to be downloaded once it was working - so I didn't bother with it. There was loud construction noise from the apartment next door during the morning I was trying to work there - which I know was probably only temporary, but I was unlucky to have the work happening while I was there. Finally, the system for accessing the building is dependent on a person answering the intercom in the lobby. One night I arrived back at 10:20pm and could get no answer from the intercom or contact mobile number. After 30 minutes waiting and repeatedly trying to gain access, I called a hotel to book an alternative. I was just leaving when another resident came out, so I grabbed the door and got in that way. But it was only good luck, and I was cold and wet from the walk back in the rain. So, this property needs a better system with backup plans in case the responsible person is unavailable to let people in.
• Svilena (8/5): I travelled for work, so, I didn´t really stay much in the property. - Very comfortable mattress, spacious place, big windows, great location. The heater in the bathroom was not functioning and the bathroom was coldish.
